We had a great time for our #wintersoak.. It was not crowded, and it was so relaxing.. Love it and will surely come back.. You need to install few towel hooks to hang wet towels and put nonslip mat at the small changing room (the room where the shower curtain is, the floor has no mat). Really have to be careful as it is slippery.

Super great place! Newly refurbished and under new ownership, the whole place was really enjoyable to visit one night. We definitely weren't expecting Korean food being available, but it made a nice addition! We stayed till close which made it a really relaxing day overall. Would definitely visit again.

Really nice and clean, the adults spa area was decorated with rocks surrounded with palms and nice landscaping. The main outdoor pools were a bit stark is comparison but that was made up for amply by the cleanliness of the complex. Pools are ar 33, 39 and 41 so really warm perfect for outdoor stargazing.

So relaxing 😌 water was lovely food and drinks available 3 or 4 pools .

The renovations are beautiful. It's really a lovely place with clean, well kept facilities. It's very quiet, and great for a relaxing warm soak in the healing natural waters. The only problem is that there is very very little shade over the pools. People huddle together under the umbrellas in the water. The cooler pool is completely uncovered. I got quite badly sunburnt unfortunately

Nice and clean place for a weekend not far for from Auckland.

Newly-renovated, clean, tidy and well-organised. We had a relaxing afternoon here in the pools, followed by hot chips and drinks in the cafe. We're planning to come back again this winter at least once.

Nice thermal pools in Parakai. Good wet day activity with various pools of varying temperatures. There is a kiddy play pool and an Adults only pool. You need to ask for locker keys at the reception, which are free. We didn't get a chance to try out the Korean food at the Cafe. Looks good though

Four stars for the water. It's expensive for what it is. The renovations aren't as extensive as made out to be, and they have no liquor licence. Unfortunately they haven't made exclusive adult times, so you'll have to put up with screaming kids.

Came today because I heard they were renovated and my expectations were exceeded, very clean showers, nice hot pool and also a tepid pool which is great for very hot days, also an adults only pool and a kids pool... nice chilled out music, much more relaxing than across the road.... will come again.. could probably do with a bit more shelter but it was a busy day.. there was also a Korean food menu which looked yum but I had bought a picnic.. also sells the traditional hot chips and chicken nuggets

With new owners 6 months old. Newly refurbished. Clean, good size changing room, individual shower with cubicle more private. Good size pools. Good for small groups and families. Super and cozy for seniors.

Lovely, peaceful place to go for a hot swim relax the body mind and soul recommend especially on a cold day warm up the bones just remember to remove your jewelry lol

It is clean and tidy hot pool, popular either. A lot of of people came here during Easter holidays.

The new owners have done a great job refurbishing this place. A relaxing environment, several pools set at different temperatures, lockers provided, clean changing facitlites with nice hot showers, & delicious Korean style food. Great value for money. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wow haven’t been here for years. The new owners are lovely. They have made this place so nice. Clean and really tidy. They also have a great selection of food. We will be back. Throughly enjoyed our time soaking in the hot pools.

Friendly staff, water is always clean as! Main swimming pool is also warm so no need worry about getting chilly. Nice soy latte and have a authentic and yummy Korean menu! Three pools with three different temperature to enjoy!

We all love this place! Nourishing for body and soul. Super clean... both pools and the changing rooms. The food is delicious!! you can feel the love in it.... and definitely another reason we come :)!

This place have been upgraded since I have been there long time ago. Nice atmosphere there- fake grass, natural wooden floors around pools and area to sit down in shade and relax after your swim. You can bring your own snacks or order some food at reception, which is nice. Clean facilities at all times. Good to visit with family or just by yourself.

Lovely pools, very hygienic particularly ( male ) changing facilities. Lovely Korean light meal served outside , a pleasure to see the young Korean owner working in the business and bring strongly supported by Asian community. Loved it.

Amazing beautiful pools. Clean modern bathroom, showers and change rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. The food and beverages were scrumptious, especially the hot chips. I would recommend everyone to go to experience this fantastic pools venue.

First time in 18 years I been here. Last time I came I was a child and it was so run down. Fantastic renovations, clean, amazing korean food and friendly hospitality. Absolutely loved our visit today. Will definitely drive all the way back for a nice soak.

Awesome facilities with the recent update. Haven't been for years, was worth the drive out. Will definitely be back over summer! What could have ended in a horrible night, the owner came to the rescue and jump started our car battery. Bonus point! 👍🏾

This place is awesome! The owners have clearly spent a lot of time and money renovating the pools and facilities. I loved the adults only area and the variety in temperatures of the pools. We really enjoyed our afternoon at Palm Springs and will definitely be back. Definitely would recommend for families and couples!

I took my family as we got back together after stage 2 came in, i new this place has been restored, what i didn't know was how good it was! Extremely clean, great layout and very pleasant staff. Recommend to all adults who want a rejuvenating soak closer to home other than going to Rotorua!

My partner and I went to Palm Springs today and the place is absolutely beautiful. Alot of thought and work has gone into the reservations and it is emmaculate. This would also be the perfect venue to hire out for a function. We will definitely be going back in future as well as taking our family and friends. Superb customer service and very friendly staff. Nice since it has been re-painted but over priced. Very slippery in the changing cubicles and also could do with some paint or reflective strips on the wooden steps. Enjoyed the warm water but is a bit expensive to go there too often. Definitely a great.

Very enjoyable day at Palm springs geo pools. Clean & tidy. Had a delicious meal as well. I would recommend here for a nice relaxing day out.

What a beautiful place, so clean and refurbished to a very high standard. The pools ranged from hot to comfortable so something for everyone to enjoy. Friendly staff and value for money. I will definitely be going back at least once a week.

The newly re-furbished Hot pools were are joy to visit. Easy to find with plenty of parking and the pools are wonderfully refreshed. Pay it a visit. Suitable for a quiet soak rather than for playing games etc.

Great place to relax, clean and tidy, good ambiance, water temperature is great three pools at three different temperatures to suit you. Washrooms and Showers were very clean too. would surely visit again.

Very well renovated. Great place. We will be back. Be aware of late openings on Sunday 3pm. Nearly caught us out. But for a private booking at 1pm that they allowed public in as well.

Very handy 4 square shop practically 2 buildings over. Lovely hosts that told us if we like them on Facebook we get 50% off which we did. Newly renovated clean & tidy premises with bbq & picnic area 3 warm pools and 1 toddler pool with fountain, clean showers & changing rooms. Worth the drive, Will defs go again :)

This is a great spot. The facilities were clean, the owners were friendly, and (perhaps most importantly) the pools were exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon here. Would recommend.

Palm spring is across the road from parakai springs. It's newly renovated. The pools at my visit were super clean and looked very modern. 3 pools at varying temperature was perfect. The pools are not to busy and have a nice feel. I would definitely recommend these pools over parakai that are outdated.

Great place. Can order lovely korean meals before the ride home. Friendly people. Love to go here. Quite place to relax in adult only pool.

Loving the renovations, we were disappointed when Palm Springs closed down but now it is back and better than before. Clean and fresh changing rooms and showers and the refurbishment is a credit to the proprietors.

We were very impressed, after not coming here for some 15+ years, we found the pools & shower areas to be very clean & not overcrowded. Both Colin & Maria were very friendly and helpful, particularly towards the end of the night. If you are looking for somewhere to have a peaceful & relaxing swim & aren't hung up on decor, then this is the place to go!!!

This place is a lot quieter than the pools over the road but they are not as setup to accommodate children. Their food is a lot better than that served at Parakai Pools and costs are very much on Par.

Enjoyed the pool and atmosphere. Adult pool should only be for adults though. Parents need to watch their unruly children. Manager was quick to help when some children were annoying other swimmers.

Amazing pools! The food is also really good my sister had a ham and cheese Toastie whilst I had some tasty Kimbap. They were both jolly lovely!

Beautiful geothermal swimming resort. Its been refurbished and everything is perfect. Love the new hot spa pool with waterfall. 40 mins to get there from glenfield.

all pools outside , clean ,way less people than over the road and way cheaper , more relaxed . in the process of a make over , still away to go but looking good .

Open again, with a good lick of paint and new surfaces between the pools to cover over the old concrete.

Compare to other Spring pools, here not clean. The facility need to refreshing. The water in the pools was so dirty.
