I have loved my time with CrossFit Porirua so far! I went in for a trial class last year and never looked back 🤩 The coaches are super knowledgeable and helpful, and are always more than happy to chat through any questions or skills/movements you want to know more about. Warm ups and drills are thorough and coaches are always on hand to provide direction and assistance. The other members of CFP are always incredibly welcoming to all members - new or old! It creates an awesome atmosphere where everyone wants each other to achieve and smash their goals.

I really enjoyed the bootcamp classes at CrossFit Porirua. Coach Lance and Kat are awesome. Very friendly and supportive and push you to do your best!

A CrossFit gym that is focussed on performance at all capabilities as well as pursuing excellence. The coaches are incredibly experienced and professional. The gym has an environment that makes you feel comfortable but also drives you to try and achieve your best. Since moving to this gym I have PB’d in all of my lifts . I have also achieved Rx standards of some of my weakest gymnastics movements, all without injury. An excellent move for me , highly recommend.

Fantastic! A very welcoming community for people at all stages of their fitness journey. The coaches really care about their members, encoring and encouraging you as you make your way through the movements and teaching you the necessary techniques to do things properly. I spend alot of time at gym. So for me it has to be somewhere I like going to. In fact we have made it a family affair, the have joined aswell doing the kids and teens classes.The crew are amazing, easy to talk to and everyone motivates each other. The coaches are fantastic, they help me with technique and explain every movement in each class, every time. They answer and questions and are always there to assist when I need a movement modified for any reason. We love our box. Thanks for making it awesome.
