OC has changed the way I think about gyms for the better. I have been going to OC since it opened and I feel I have gained so much experience and confidence in myself and my workouts. The trainers are all friendly and happy to help. They care about if you are injured and will spend the time needed with you to show you how to do an exercise the right way whilst motivating you to get further results. These classes are like having a personal trainer 5 times a week!

OC is an absolutely fantastic health club. The coaches take a true interest in each and everyone of their members, you do not at all feel like a another $ walking in the door. Chaz, Paddy and Sarah are also incredibly knowledgeable in mind and body - it's good to know your being coached by qualified trainers. And the community is an added bonus - Classes filled with anybody and everybody with a common smile. 100% recommend giving the OC a go.

Best health club in my all training experience. Super friendly staff and positive energy environment I have always while training in the club. This gym has by far been then best, originally I was a member of another gym in the area but decided to give this one a go. And WOW! In just a few weeks I was noticing results in my strength and muscle growth. Also within myself about training as the vibes in this place are great, everyone is so friendly and the trainers are so welcoming and always help out correcting techniques and helping improve as they see where you need it! And all rounder with this one and cannot wait for the next 6 months!

I have been training one on one with Chaz for 2 + years and these classes legitimately feel the same as those sessions except now I get them 5x a week with a little community feel thrown in to spice things up. Chaz, Paddy and Sarah genuinely care about the betterment of your body, both physically and mentally. The classes are well designed to increase mobility, strength and functionality and they're actually fun.
Overall, it's a great Health Club with top quality trainers, equipment and vibe. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the biggest battles I've had training, is getting to the gym and staying constant. With OC that issue is non-existent, theres no struggle to get there, you just have FOMO when you're not. Great equipment, heaps of showers, it's clean it's fresh and it just works.The classes are so much fun and the range of exercises always puts everyone on a level playing field. Chaz, Paddy and Sarah have created an incredible environment to workout in and they seriously know their stuff. Motivation is second to correct technique which has really helped me develop overall strength and Flexibility. The OC has helped me find passion for training again. Such a cool vibe, I highly recommend Chaz and the team if you’re in Queenstown and are looking for a gym/fitness classes. Very health and wellness focused which has switched my mentality from feeling like I have to exercise to wanting to! OC health clubs is outstanding training facility and the trainers are first rate. Programs keep you challenged while allowing for all abilities. The focus on form over fatigue has allowed me to realize some significant increases in strength while avoiding injuries which I used to have regularly.

Training with OC is much more than fitness and exercise. I am feeling so much stronger both physically and mentally from changing my training up and coming on board with the team at OC. I have always been into the gym, but over the last 5+ years I have struggled to maintain a good routine. I have tried everything from Crossfit to 1:1 PT sessions with other coaches and nothing compares to the training I do at OC. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with the OC community. I cannot recommend this training enough!

OC Health club is a great community of people who are more then willing to help out!!
The personal training experience is second to none. Classes are done collectively but you feel as if you have one on one training as they are focused on correct form and technique.
Definitely the right place to go if you want to level up you fitness and skill set as they also have health based workshops as-well, for example learn how to ice bath.
All your booking and up and coming events are done via the OC app witch is an effective and modern way to book classes workshops ect ect

I've been going to the gym now for nearly 20 years and hadn't experienced a group personal training style like OC. I always thought I'd be content in a regular gym; however, OC has been nothing short of life changing. And I don't use that phrase lightly.
There are numerous benefits to group personal training in the way OC executes it. In no particular order; you walk in and you know that your routine is taken care of, there is no stress or time wasted thinking "what do I have to do/should I do today?" It's all programmed and it's an hour and you're done. No phones, the time saved not having this distraction is fantastic. The camaraderie and social aspects; being paired or training as a three you have the drive to motivate and you are motivated by others. This combined with it being an eight circuit routine makes it social. The friendships, socially and professionally that have come out of this have been fantastic. The week is split into alternating days of Hyper (strength) and Retcon (HIIT) training, and the Hypers are Push, Legs and Pull. Every 4 weeks all the exercises in each class change so it' always fresh and challenging. The warm-ups and warm-downs are great and training as a group there's no skipping this because "you're too tired or can't be bothered."
The trainers; Chaz, Paddy and Sarah are three genuinely awesome people, they're exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. They know about the body and they care about you. They are always checking form and making sure you're training correctly.
It's just a fantastic way to train, run by and attended by fantastic people. Traditional gyms are like combustible cars, they're on the way out. You want to be part of the EV revolution, join OC. It's modern, dynamic and life changing.

This is what fitness should be about! - It's hard to condense the experience of going to OC into a simple paragraph, You have to go and experience it for yourself to appreciate how special and how the team at OC are revolutionising how personal fitness coaching should be.
This is not CrossFit, nor is it the same repeating group fitness, this is personal training set within a nurturing, encouraging, positive and knowledgable environment.
The health club itself is immaculate, the team are super professional, approachable and knowledgable and the community that they have build is one that welcomes everyone without that "cult" vibe that can put people off.
This is a place where you will find your love for fitness again and where you will continually exceed and develop.
Whether it's through the well detailed and thought-out classes, or through the immersive weekly seminars on heath and well being. You will be invigorated and excited to be part of this revolution with OC and your body and mind will thank you for it.

I have worked out with Chaz and Paddy. Amazing nutrition and workout plans. They do their best to help you with their extreme knowledge. The best part about getting trained by them is that they make working out so much fun. They have a wonderful sense of humour and makes the whole environment very Positive and motivating. 4 weeks gone, and a lifetime of good health to come... What a great concept by the team ot OC!! After being a constant gym visitor over the years I found myself a bit stuck on routine and not really achieving real goals. Add this to a shoulder injury and I was pretty much out of the game. With the help of Chaz and Paddy at OC, they've helped me gain my confidence again with perfecting my form, and adding new movements through the group sessions. An excellent concept that has definitely shown results for me!

The Club is situated in one of the best locations in Queenstown with a feel-good vibe that makes you instantly happy when you walk through the doors.
Chaz and Paddy really know their stuff and they genuinely care about your health and well being. I’ve been training with Paddy from OC since January 2021 and he’s helped me shred 10kg and dramatically improved my back pain, flexibility and overall quality of life. He also coached me through my first box jump last week which I'm stoked about as that had previously been a mental challenge I wanted to overcome.
The classes at the Club are run like a group PT and I love that we all train as a team. The guys walk around correcting your form and technique, as well as run you through a mobility session before and after class, which means you get everything you need in just 55 minutes.
With the option of of 33 classes a week (including Saturday morning yoga) in your membership, it’s ridiculously good value for money - the silly jokes and banter are at no extra charge lol.
If you want serious results with an awesome community of like-minded peeps I highly recommend signing up to OCHC. It's one of the best decisions I made for myself in 2021.

I love the OC community, such a welcoming and friendly environment to support you on your fitness journey. When I joined this wonderful OC Club team, I was a beginner for weight training but within 6 weeks they have upgraded my strength to another level and I can already see lot of change in my body - feels awesome! Chaz is a wonderful trainer as he has a amazing sense and experience on ability of people. I started here with a 1 week trial and was signed up with a 12 month membership before it had finished. This club and it’s classes are well thought out, run so well and Chaz, Paddy and Sarah are all super welcoming, friendly and just all round awesome, knowledgeable trainers. The group environment is nothing like a lot of others may look or feel and it is so easy to just slot right in and feel super comfortable. 5 stars and highly recommended by me 😊

OC is a cosy gym, where I've been training for almost 7 months and I can see significant results already! It has everything you need for the amazing training: professional trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts, well prepared and organized workouts which leave you energized and happy for the rest of the day.
