h. r.Clean facilities. Good options for equipment. $20 for day pass which gives you access to the gym, sauna, and all the group classes during the day. Staff are so friendly. Rob was great help :p
D.Great facilities and a good atmosphere. Got the pre-ski pass which is great I'd value. Staff are great, Ashley and Sean have been really helpful and explained a lot about the classes on offer etc, as have all the staff really.

I can’t believe how amazing I feel, eliminating stress, gaining strength & feeling pain free. I love my happy proactive life.
