S.I have been going to Jos Pedens yoga classes in Island Bay on an off for the past 8 years. She is an amazing yoga teacher with clear instructions and incredible knowledge. She has helped me gain strength after having children and for specific injuries. I find her classes give me a great workout but at the same time are relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her classes if you are needing some valuable me time.
