A hidden gem in Bream Bay! A well-equipped, modern gym with brand new equipment, a friendly community and competent coaching. There is room for literally all levels of fitness and ability. And Dave is just an outstanding coach!

An absolutely amazing gym. The training is professional, relevant and most importantly encouraging. The class format is excellent and the movement standards and training type is all about creating the best version of you in the safest environment possible. The sense of community stands out for me and the other members have quickly become friends. Have been attending the gym for two years now, which is about 1 year and 11 months longer than any other gym I have been a member of. Can not recommend BHP Functional Fitness highly enough.

BHP Functional Fitness offers so much more than any other gym I’ve ever attended. Great coaches, a great community and something for everyone from those starting out or restarting their fitness journey to those wanting to train at higher or competitive levels. Their alignment with the Level Method system puts a focus on safe continual improvement which constantly sees members bettering themselves.

If you a looking for a gym that puts technique and quality before anything else then what are you waiting for? From the first time I walked through the door I felt welcome, included and in safe hands. BHP uses a Level Method to ensure you get a great workout but at a level suited to your current ability. The Level Method also gives you goals to aim for and Dave and Sonia are more than willing to help you achieve these. The social aspect of BHP is also another draw card for me. Everyone is so friendly and non judgemental. You will not regret signing up so what are you waiting for?

I can not recommend BHP highly enough. They have created a safe and fun environment to become better humans. The classes are small so you never feel forgotten. There is no pressure to work outside of your own capability. The level method approach means you grow and get better at a level your a comfortable with, but challenges you too. The BHP coaches are big on getting the technique and movement right first, and the heavier weights come after. It is awesome to be part of the BHP family on my journey to being a better, stronger human :)

BHP is an incredible gym! Dave and Sonia put everything into making each of their clients the best they can be, and going to the gym each day is like working out with family. Can't recommend enough!

BHP is a fabulous environment to push yourself in a safe way. There is a focus on technique and coaches promote this over pushing yourself too hard. It is fun to go along to the classes and there is a range of times to suit different situations. I have discovered a love of exercise that I have never had before. I would highly recommend BHP.
