A.So yummy - those fries! 😩 ✨ Loved the mushroom burger as the salad was so fresh and crisp. Have been looking for delicious cheese fries for a while now and these ones really hit the spot. Yum!

M.It's good to have another burger option in the area, however I find that Better Burger Ponsonby is not as good as other Better Burgers, which themselves are an imitation of the legendary In-N-Out Burger from the USA. Although the menu is decent and the food is hardly bad, the burgers tend to have very tough patties, and a heavy volume of salads. In the cheeseburger you can hardly taste the cheese because it's being overpowered by the lettuce, tomato and onion. The fries I admit are good, but the epic fries option doesn't have enough toppings. The seating is uncomfortable and the interior fitout seems thrown together compared to other locations. Better Burger Ponsonby isn't a bad place, but it could be so much better!

J.After ordering online and being advised 15 minutes until collection we were waiting outside for over an hour until our food was ready. Completely understand that it was a busy evening but the website should be setting a realistic pick-up time if that is the case.
I haven't had a Better Burger for about a year so was really looking forward to it but unfortunately the burger ended up being very disappointing and rather bland.
