Amazing food and consistently great service. My go-to place for a delicious meal. The thunderbird burger is my favourite burger from anywhere. All the staff there are so nice, especially, Andre who served me so kindly last time. Would highly recommend!

Burger and fries were lovely on Monday. Had disappointing night the day before. Checked on line and closing time was 11pm. We arrived at 9.50 and was told they were closed. No explanations as to why. Understand things do happen for a reason but I feel it could have been handled a little more friendly. And yes we do still love your food it is the best

Ordered the Bacon Bbq Roadster burger was fresh, tasty and delicious. If you ever needed a tasty burger this is the place you want to visit. The only downside would be the cold fries, tasted like they had been sitting for a while.

One of the best burger places, nice & tidy sit-down area, clean toilets. A bit busy on Friday nights owing to the volume of take-away orders, which speak a lot about their burgers.

Impressive professionalism for such young staff who are so friendly. Lovely food, even though it is more expensive than your usual burger joint, but hey! It's worth it. This is the sort of place you bring your kids to spoil them on the odd occasion. Clean, tidy, but the music needs help.

Excellent burgers. Prices a little bit high. I have changed my above review from 4 to 5 stars. I visit monthly. The quality of the ingredients is very good. Avocado is always fresh. Lettuce always super fresh. I always get customized orders and they have never screwed it up. I just struggle with $4.90 for fries when you can get a yummy pizza for $5. Shop is always clean.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice burgers, although they're getting a bit too expensive for me these days and you can get better elsewhere now. I only go when they have an offer going. The burger market is becoming glutted so I reckon BF needs to keep upping its game. If you want to compare with a 5 star burger, try The Chosen Bun in Stonefields. They are next level and what I hope BF will aspire to be more like.

Whenever we need a burger fix - this is the only place we will think of coming. Quality of the burgers are always, consistently of top notch and always tastes really good. Staff are always friendly wherever you go. My only wish is that you guys can put in more veggies into your burgers to make it that little bit extra tasty (or at least give us the option to add it on for no charge :) )

This is a good branch of burger fuel and probably is my favorite one to visit if I'm in the area. I find this place clean and staff friendly. Food also does not take long to prepare and is on point. Easy to access and parking is abundant. Could do with a covered area outside for cool seating under the rain. Edit: spelling

Love this place. Although higher prices, you definitely get what you pay for. The aioli sauce is literally to die for! I bring my kids here all the time and just give them the kids cheeseburger meal, which is the only time they don’t mind having sesame seeds on their buns. Staff are so friendly and they never mess up your order.

The service was amazing. The gurl that serviced us, was perfect! Considerate, friendly, smiled and gave us great advise. Didn't take long for our food, to be served, even though the restuarant was full and online orders were also been given out. The staff were busy and seemed busy. No one was messing about and everyone was contributing to the store. Tables and chairs, were clean and all wiped. The gurl had called out our number and brought me the food, even though i had fyll intentions of grabing it myself.. 10/10 for service. My partner and I brought a burger and kumara fries each and i am never dissapointed so far, with the presentation and taste. Good work. The manager should be proud of their team. The place is lovely. The staff are friendly and the ingredients are fresh. But as a matter of personal taste.... The patty is the soul of the burger and this patty is processed, so for me this is a potentially great burger which has lost its soul due to a cost saving practice

This is a really good burger joint with great quality and quantity meals! The Botany branch is usually quite busy with long waits for meals. This also means the limited seating gets used by waiting patrons a lot, instead of the customers sitting down for a meal. Luckily they have an online app that allows one to preorder meals, pay for them and choose when to collect. With this one can order and rock up to collect with ease. Even though this is a very busy shop, the staff are always friendly and fast. The franchise as a whole alps looks after their brand and will address any issues with quality very quickly and efficiently. Overall a good experience.

I can say its one of the best burgers in NZ! It is indeed very expensive — spent roughly $50 for 2.5 meals for 4 pax. My husband and I shared one meal as I can’t finish a big burger. My friends ordered a regular sized burger and one small one, plus our drinks. Their high prices can make a big difference. I just hope the management will create better value on their menu say complete with a drink and dessert of choice at a reasonable price. I needed to wait for my birthday to get my free burger! Thanks for their VIB membership! UPDATE: GOT MY FREE BDAY BURGER. CHOOSE 1 ANY FROM THE GOURMET BURGERS! Note: You have to be a member first.

Twice a year I have the best burgers in town

Burgerfuel is a great chain of restaurants but honestly this one isn't quite up to scratch for a few reasons. The past couple of time I've been in I've had burgers with below average lettuce that is obviously past its best. The chips are always the leftover bits and a bit overcooked. They also never have my online orders on time despite ordering a half hour or more in advance. Last time they accused my partner of not having ordered and then saying it wasn't found because his name was different from the email address resulting in a 40minute wait. Online ordering is a waste of time at this point to be blunt. The staff also lack a little in the customer service department and are always busy chatting to each other and seem annoyed on occasions to be interrupted by customers. Unfortunately I don't know if I can give them anymore chances despite them being my local and I'm sure I've just had an unlucky run.

A standard Burger Fuel, pretty good food. This one is a little small inside, so be sure to arrive early if you're going to eat in. There was a nice outdoor eating area, but it wasn't very well lit at night.

Burgerfuel as a chain is already awesome. The fact that it's a New Zealand based business makes it all the better. This particular branch of burgerfuel makes particularly awesome burgers.
