Needless to say, Burger Fuel burgers are top-tier! 💯 & the Customs St store in particular has always been my favourite! Staff are always cheerful and polite, prompt service, and the food is always 100%!

My favorite burger chain. Great balance of the fast food and hand made burger feel!

My friend and I visited this store at 11:30am today, the staff were absolutely lovely and wrote us a little message wishing us good luck for our exams on our fries. It honestly made our day! Plus the food tastes amazing 10/10 :)

Great place to eat, captures American burgers very well. However the pickles were sweet and not dill which bothered me because it affects the flavor of the entire burger. All in all not bad, they have good food and shakes at okay prices.

Good taste fastfood. It has very useful package for ready to eat.

The American Muscle one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat is high quality and seasoned perfectly. The toppings were all fresh and matched well, and the bun was amazing. My wife liked the C N Cheese a lot too. Nothing but good things to say about this place. I'd be so fat if I lived here.

This is the best Burger Fuel I've been to in New Zealand. The food is excellent and the staff are efficient, friendly and very welcoming.

It's hard for me to say "I love it" 5 stars solely bc I'm still not completely sold on BF being my go-to burger place. Yet, if you're hungry, you'll get something good between the giant burgers and chips (or other fried sides), milkshakes too. Their branded decor is consistent but I wish the music wasn't so loud so I could listen to my own headphone music.

Perfect burgers every time whether you dine in or pop it in the bag. Burgers so juicy it overflows the doofer, especially their American Muscle burgers. By far the best BurgerFuel joint in Auckland.

We are big fans of burgers and have been to many burger places and burgerfuel branches - this place is the best! Consistently good, fresh and juicy burgers and great service!

The extraordinary in most ordinary. A burger place with a warm cafe setting. Regular looking burgers served so customers remain off guard. A cardboard burger holder placed next to the burger seems a sweet thought but that would still not prepared you for what is to come. The first munch down will only offer the satisfaction of a burger bite. Some bun softness, crispy lettuce, and meat in between. Then the chewing releases the flavors and meat grease embodied inside. Hmm...The satisfaction increases bite after bite. So chew baby, chew.

It’s a little bit pricy, but, every meal is expensive here!! Jajajaja so don’t get scared when you see the prices (like me at first 😱) at the end we spend 20-22 pp which is an average around here. The burgers are super big and we end up full and happy.

I’ve tried all the burgers in the menu. The double muscle is my favourite. But I have to admit, every single burger is a must. I love all the vegan options too. Keep it up.

One of my favorite Burger Fuels in Auckland. Staff are good and the fries are great! If I'm a bit peckish before coming home for dinner and the wife is none the wiser I'll drop in and grab some kumara fries. Thanks Custom St for keeping my belly full on the bus ride home!

I contacted Burger Fuel during L3 lockdown and placed a big order for our team base pack-up group who has been working tirelessly over the past few weeks. Chris was awesome to work with and he personally delivered our lunch. Everything came hot and fresh-- even the fries which normally don't travel well! It was such a great treat to have an awesome burger after a long work week!

Best BF shop in AKL! Their kumara fries and thick shakes are good enough reason for me to keep coming back. Tried their new fish burger last time and it was a banger! Staffs are friendly on Customs st, well-thought interior design, and always great vibes.

A great little place which just off of the main Queens St. Constant flow of people speaks for how popular their burgers are. I had the veggie burger it was nice to be able to taste the nuts within the burger however the buns are huge and it’s a lot of bread compared to the burger and filling which is a little bit of a shame. Tasty and nice as a treat at the price matches the gourmet style. The staff were super friendly and helpful, thank you

The best burger we have ever eaten in the world. We tried the meat and a chicken one, and they where both absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and had a lot of flavor. I must say that this chain has my favorite hamburgers ever! The meat is cooked perfectly and all the ingredients in the burger have a distinctive taste and it all tastes so fresh! This place is a must, especially the kumara fries! . The staff and the atmosphere are amazing. Great vibe, great music.

Fantastic fast service and the tastiest BF I have ever tasted!

I ate here on my birthday and got a free burger. This doesn't affect the rating but it was straight forward and quick to claim. I also got fries and my order was brought to my table which was nice (as opposed to having to get up to get it). The staff were friendly which was noticeable. It took a bit of time to make because it's a busy city store. It was worth the wait because the fries were hot and burger perfect. I recommend coming here for your lunch and sign up for the vib club online so you get a free burger on your birthday :)

The best feature about BurgerFuel is that they provide halal meat. The burger itself is very juicy, and the meat is of the highest quality. The pickles and dressing were perfect as well. The location is great and the atmosphere is very nice for friendly talks. I really loved it and will go there again for sure.

Always good burgers here, and have tried quite a few of them. Staff are friendly and have good customer service. Store is small, but has dining for about twenty people. Food is served pretty quickly (10 mins), but I tend to go before or after the peak period to miss the crowds.

Good burgers in general but their latest creation, the UFB, tips it over to a 5 star burger joint.

Freshly made sensational and delicious burgers with filling choices found nowhere else, the beer battered fries are scrumptious, self serve soft shakes, the usualfizzy drinks and small selection of fruit drinks. A small but almost intimate dining area in soft lighting, a perfect burger dining experience.

I stopped by this place for lunch and as a visitor to NZ, I had never really heard about BurgerFuel. But the interior was pretty neat, colorful and tidy so it felt like a proper place. The staff was helpful and polite and when the burger was served it turned out that it was awesome. I'm not sure how they were able to stack it all on top of eachother but I got big lettuce leaves, onion rings, good patty, sauce etc. Well done BurgerFuel! This could easily have become my favorite burger joint in Auckland if I was working/living there :-)

Great place. Good variety of different burgers. Gourmet minis are good size for a small snack. Lots of different beef and chicken burger available for everyone's taste.

I like their chicken fenders, so yummy but their kumara fries were very dry and some undercooked last time I got them. Was a shame because they used to be my favourite kumara fries.

We were visiting from Canada and just had to try a NZ burger to compare with ours. I have to say NZ does have good beef, and this place knows how to make a great burger. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

This is a great BurgerFuel branch. Yes it is busy but the staff are excellent, they remember you and always provide great banter. The food is always fresh and tasty, in typical BurgerFuel fashion. I'm a regular here and it's my go to healthy snack joint.

Honestly just came in for some kumara fries to go, but still got the outstanding service of a 3 course fine dining experience. Incredible crew, especially the young woman (leva I believe her name was) who went above and beyond her expectations as a restaurant worker.

Some of the burgers here you can't find anywhere else. Especially the V8 vegan burger they had. Delicious for a vegan meal but unfortunately not my style. Why did I go for the Vegan option you ask? It was at 12am on a Friday don't judge me. 10/10 experience, would stumble into and order Vegan again.

Great burger fuel! Please don't expect an instant burger when the line is out the door, that's the only thing I can say. They do a really good job, really efficient and make good burgers. Just sometimes the place gets majorly packed out and there can be a little wait, I've seen a few people get really mad because it took 15minutes for their burger and they start screaming about how their lunch break was wasted. Oh dear...

Wow, double American classic possibly the best burger stack I've ever had! Super friendly helpful staff dealt with my party of 5, check out the wall art or the custom car mags but you won't have a long wait, quick service, thankyou guys and girls at BurgerFuel Auckland. We need you in the UK.

Always great burgers here. Can't remember a time when I have had an unpleasant experience. If you are looking for a good quality burger and are on the go, then this place is a must try.

This is the juiciest burger in town. You can either go for the best selling American Muscle if you dig beef or Thunderbird for lighter chicken version. Just add in some Kumara fries and enjoy your guilty pleasure. They provide halal option as well. So this is a total win win.

The CN Cheese burger I just ate was the best yet. Consistant quality, friendly service. A special treat for lunch at $19.40 with the shake, but once it a while it's worth it. Keep it up Burgerfuel!

Good beef burger, taste is nice, patty is tender and juicy, burger bun is grilled and it's soft. Plenty of seats during dinner time (I came on weekday), maybe most people work at downtown do not have dinner here. So it's good time to drop by. I ate it at Wellington and Christchurch as well, it never disappoint me.

For a Akl central downtown food eatery its the kind of place you can escape the rush for a bit. Once your in there eating it doesn't seem so fast paced as the street you entered from. So its a good place to stop and have some time out and a good bite to eat.

My go to for something quick and yummy, not too expensive. Staff there are good too, the girl with the studded boots and dickies is always friendly and remembers my order. Great food and great staff to match :))

Went here for dinner in the 16th of June. Great burgers served on a plate. Fries were cooked nicely and were hot when served. BurgerFuel is generally always amazing and this branch is no different

As delicious as always. Loved introducing my overseas visitors to the best burgers in NZ. Lunch was so filling we just cancelled our dinner plans.

Visited on 4th June 2018 - had a great experience. The staff member who served me smiled and asked me if I wanted the heater turned up. I ordered a ufb ultimeatum and it was delicious and served quickly. Am a frequent visitor here now! Older review : Had the Vietnam. Decent burger. Was very tasty. Person at the till was really cold and didn't smile. Didn't feel welcome. May not visit again.

Fast, efficient service- great tasting burger. Burger Fuel is a bit pricey as takeaway joints go but the service/food is top notch. Well done.

Great tasting burgers and chips (especially when dipped in their aoli sauce). They are a bit pricey when compared to other fast food outlets, but the quality makes up for it. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly.

I wasn't impressed with the service at this particular Burger Fuel. Food was fine, but the counter staff misheard our order and then we had no fries. When asking about it, both the server and counter staff were rude saying we should have been specific. I'm not sure how much more specific "Two CnCheese burgers, a kumara fries and aioli" I could have been. The only reason this place isn't getting lower score wise is because I've had decent meals in the past.

Very nice man at the cash register. Normally you get your regular student like staff who is a but blam, but he was nice and cheerful as well as the lady who brought our food to the table. Nice staff. And very clean.

The burgers were big and juicy although it took us a while to recieve our food. The new kumara fires were a bit salty but still the best.

Sorry, glam-MacDonalds food for top dollars. Me and two colleagues had different burgers each; the one thing they had in common was the unbelievable amount of grease dripping on the table. Hardcore burger lovers probably love it; otherwise, brrrr. Nice fries though!

The quieter sibling of the Queen St burgerfuel. Staff here are much more friendly. There is ample seating inside. And its burgerfuel so it taste pretty good.

Burger Fuel is probably the best burger in New Zealand. This is very well located and can be very busy. The staff is always friendly.

Service was impeccable, the owner talked me through the menu, showed me how to use the doofer and made sure my experience was fantastic. Will definitely be back soon.

Ordered the CN Cheese burger. Cooked well, and tasted great. However the three cheeses were not spread properly and thus you would get a sudden overdose of one cheese along your bites.

Nice freshly made burgers. Personally I think their milkshakes could be improved though - they are too sweet and syrupy for my liking.

It can get quite busy in here but the service is always good. Recommend the vege and vegan options, they taste great. And the soy thickshakes.. yum

My V8 Vegan was awesome, spud fries with vegan aioli too. Would have given 5 stars but they charge extra for swapping aioli for vegan aioli, which is pretty rude.

Got the American Muscle and Chicken Tenders. Personally don't like the sweet pickles, otherwise a solid burger. Quite messy but it a good way.
