O.Lovely Burgers we‘ve tried them out a few weeks back for the first time via uber eats and we were amazed.
Just ordered a Gluten-free Cheese Burger with fries. The fries were with the tastiest crunchiest not too dry or soggy ones. With the best ones out of all the places, their Gluten-free Buns are also delicious just perfectly toasted not too cross and soggy aswell they stay in shape. Anytime again

A.Deliciously amazing! My wife approves the vegetarian Classic Veggie Burger, as she said, "Not too heavy and not dry!". She loves it! Handmade Burgers that's definitely not heavy on the budget, will definitely come back again soon. Truly recommended.
D.This place has been through a few hands (no pun intended) over the years and fair enough if you've bailed. But we chanced in yesterday for lunch and I was super impressed with the current setup. The burgers were delicious, the spaced out dining area feels quite comfortable in the COVID era, we split a plentiful side of chips, and the service was super friendly and considerate. I'll definitely be back, and if you've written it off from the past, maybe give it another go!
a.Had them on this weekend on a friends recommendation, truly worth it. As a foody and cook by myself I love to explore unique tasty food which is good for the soul and this burger finds its place on my list at the top. Go an taste them with a warm friendly staff.
A.Both burgers (beef & cheese and favourite one) were tasty, sadly my online order that I placed at 5:54pm for a 6:15pm pick up, was only accepted at 6:13pm thus not ready for a further 15mins minutes.
Will definitely be trying here again as we live local and the burgers were tasty. Perhaps they had a technology fault on online ordering.
羅.Ordered the Angus Burger via UberEats during the cabin crew hotel quarantine. Glad that the Burger is delicious which lets me taste a bit of NZ flavor.

E.I've walked past this place lots of times without going in, how wrong I was! Really great burgers, excellent value for money and kind staff. The burgers are pretty big and super tasty. Every element was cooked perfectly. Real chicken too, not a chewed up patty. Definitely our new burger joint!

G.This place warrants a different kind of review. We heard about it on Facebook, and for once the photos of the food truly represented the real quality.
The place itself is situated on the corner surrounded by similar looking eateries, but do not be mistaken. What the place lacks in showy-ness, it makes up for in some of best burgers you'll ever eat. All the burgers on the menu are made with proper, gourmet ingredients, homemade sauces, and arranged beautifully.
Whereas you'd wait up to ~2 hours in line at silly fads like Ferg Burger, Handmade Burgers and Bar will cook up a beast of a bun in minutes.
The owners are super genuine, and you can tell they're super passionate and just want to make bloody good food. Any issues with the food (there was only 1 despite serving 7 people) and they'll happy serve you in any way possible.
They were also super generous. Be it cheerfully low prices or sober drivers getting a free drink with their burger, can't help but feel valued as a patron.
Only gripes with the place is the interior needs a little work, and the beer selection is a little small. But the burgers make it worth the trip.

E.Omg I just had the Double fighter burger and loaded fries the burger is totally divine amazing tastes in every bite to the last bite. And the loaded fries with jalapenos and cheese and bacon piece's what more could you ask for? Friendly and helpful staff tidy establishment definitely a must come try. 5 star's from me hard to beat

T.Hands down, the best meal I’ve had in a very long time.
The burgers are phenomenal. I had the Fat Hen. It tasted like Zeus had crafted it over a golden stove of euphoria. The thing was gargantuan, at first sight I thought I was going to need to phone a friend for backup.
The fries... So curly. So crunchy.. and sauces for only 50c per flavour! Life is nothing without condiments, and these guys know how to bring the condiments.

S.New management new burgers new taste. One of the best places in Kingsland to hangout. New management changed this place a lot. Taste of their burgers are amazing and price wise they are not expensive. I recommend to try their buffalo wings especially on Wednesday coz they give $1 a wing. My over all review is 5 star.

M.Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the food and have eaten there loads, but am disappointed because I ordered via a delivery service and they cancelled it. Most likely because I used a discount code. Don't sign up to a delivery service if you're not going to follow through with it please.

K.Had a burger before the rugby at Eden Park on Saturday night. Quite a few customers at handmade, so expected a long wait. The counterman advised up to half an hour, so we were very happy when the burgers were ready after 20 minutes. As usual - absolutely delicious!
