Yummy. Delicious. The best burger in town. Actually, best burger anywhere. If you're dairy free. They have vegan cheese and it's really good👌 they sell desert as well and more than just burgers.

Great option when you want a burger! 👍 I got a pretty basic one and it still had lots to it but there are heaps of options with an array of burger toppings to appeal to just about everyone. The seasoned chips were nice too, but ketchup made them that much better. Oh, pay extra and get the kiwi made soda (can't remember the name, sorry). I love the line flavour. Great service as well so ticks all the boxes really.

Just about went into a Food Coma😅 Ordered the Po Po 5 0 and all I can say is have plenty of napkins and a big appetite because that was really delicious! That's juicy AF! Worth it at that price imo🙂 Ka pai Slick Burgers would definitely order again🙂👍🏾

Good burgers. Not as amazing as I had heard people say, def not close to the golden standard of fergburger, but def good enough that I would go eat again. Would be nice to have a sink tho for washing hands, because eating gets messy.

It was a good experience overall, specially when it is drizzling outside and you are sitting cosy with a nice fluffy burger in front of you!!! We ordered Nek Minnit and kids cheese burger with straight cut chips. The burgers were pretty good and tasty, lot of flavours, bun was super soft. Great location, nice crowd, very friendly staffs and good customer service. It might be a nice place to hang out with friends. Good luck 👍

Wow, these are some seriously good burgers! I couldn't believe the weight of it first off. So delicious though, and great thought put into the many different options available. I had to consider whether to put 4 or 5 stars, but the disappearing buns really made them a bit difficult to eat. Otherwise top notch and we'll be back!

Don't be thrown off by the location, this could be the best burger in Christchurch. Burgers are priced between $10 and $15 or you can get a combo for between $16 and $20, including a drink and fries. Burger was super tasty and fries were great. Staff were fantastic, super friendly. Highly highly recommend.

Had the 420 burger. Reasonably priced and quick to he served. Burger was nicely constructed between to firm yet fresh buns. Ingredients perfectly layered. The meat patty was tasty and juicy and cooked just right. The hash brown gave it a good touch with just the right amount of salad. Will slap on a different cheese next time, something with punch. Highly Recommended. Big juicy burgers. Amazing chips. Slick Rick has this burger joint on point the popo 5.0 is a amazing burger juicy patties dripping with flavour fabulously smokey bacon and the burger is gigantic. The chips I got in the combo with the popo has a really nice seasoning to it and we're nice and crunchy. The service is great Rick and the team are friendly as. 10/10 definitely coming back again.

The owner's dedication to his customers is evident in the consistently excellent quality of the food and the innovative new flavors he introduces to tempt your taste buds. I've been coming here for years and can honestly say I've never even had just an "average good" burger from here which for a small business is an amazing track record!! From the loaded monster burgers to the humble yet equally delicious po po you get fantastic value for money and service with a grin because this burger joint has nothing to hide.. As an added bonus may I add that this business is welcoming to everyone and has gone over and above to make my brothers experience (boy is a burger buff and I bow to his wisdom btw) not only delicious but equally fun and interactive. As such its found pride of place in our regular haunts and is Oscar's self proclaimed "best favorite fat burger in town" !!

I’ve been meaning to come here since they first opened, my loss for waiting so long to come here, the staff were great, the food was fast, and the preparation sublime, we had the bambi burger, their weekly special, venison patty with blue berries and a bunch of other complimentary ingredients, awesomely seasoned too, do your self a favour, come here as soon as you can.

Ordered dinner from here via Uber eats, quite possibly the best burgers we've ever had, and we've had a lot! The burgers are big and the ingredients fresh, we had jalapeno poppers and Korn nuggies for sides, both arrived hot and crunchy, I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a proper burger meal!

Came here with my family tonight after my brother recommended it to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was good and quick for 7pm on a Friday night, nice seating area with outside heater and comfortable couch's. Good vibes and great flavour definitely coming back here.

This place is genuinely the best burger joint in Christchurch. An average wait time may be 20 minutes and the venue is a bit small for bigger groups/catering but it's completely worth it. The menu happily caters to the modern dietary requirements and it's by far the tastiest. Add in the fact the average burger is less than $12 and it's always brilliant it's well worth it. Side note for slick: don't change how you are. You guys are perfect. Keep up the great work

Burger joint with decent burgers at decent prices. They do pretty good burgers, up there with the likes of burger fuel, velvet burger etc but a little cheaper on average by a dollar or two. Tried some fries as well, thought they were a tad expensive but they were real good chips. It's a funky little shop that has a small table inside and a few outdoor tables sort of hidden halfway down a driveway off the road. Although the restaurant looked clean and tidy enough would have been great if it had a little more inside seating so it felt a little more restaurant ee and a little less fish n chip shop ee.

Very fresh ;) Burgers are to die for. They are massive. Cute funky names for the food very reasonably priced. Also on Uber eats! So many fillings. I've been in a weekend and it was so busy but worth the wait. Keep that in mind and maybe pre order on the phone for pick up if going at a busy time

Oh these burgers are so mouth watering good!!!!!!!!!!! So many fillings in them!!!!! If you order in store or Uber then be prepared for a little bit of a wait but the wait is worth it the burgers are that good! Big fan of the wedges and onion rings too, some of the best around!

Great to have so many choices of salad toppings! It's not often you get to choose 5 toppings, plus a protein and dressing. Other salad bars are getting so stingy these days! Not much of a wait and good price point.

Easily the best gourmet burgers in Christchurch, and perhaps on par, if not better than Fergburger in Queenstown. Only a small place, so a bit of a wait during busy periods. Has a bit of a theme towards the 'Holy Herb' if that's your thing :)

Wow, why go anywhere else, there is literally something for everyone here, and the burgers aren't just your typical burgers...from the stellar ingredients through to the superb way they are cooked and presented there is not one burger bar within a 50 mile radius that even compares. Simply stunning! Can't wait to return :)

I'm not 1 for trying new burger places out without advice from family or friends however I took the chance with Slicks definitely a great burger I had the Nek Minit only 2 things I'd say about maybe look into weather the mustard works and bigger meat patties not as in thickness but actual size seemed a lil small for the bun Overall very impressed

Burgers are pretty good, environment is nice too but was disappointed because we spent a lot of money here and I was told there is no toilet “it is across the road” but my friend who was eating with us was allowed to use their toilet 15 minutes earlier

Absolutely the best burgers in Christchurch, hand on my heart. Who knew you could pack so much goodness in between some lovely buns at such stellar prices. The 420 burger is an absolute treat and has become a permanent staple in my weekly diet, along with the wide selection of drinks and sweet treats. The salted caramel cheesecake is also off the chain, I am yet to eat a slice in over 10 seconds; I just can't get enough. Slick's I hope you continue to Devast8 the christchurch food scene, keep that kai rollin' out!
