M. k.One of our new favorite places to eat, very delicious burgers, chips and puddings. Children really love the sundae's, and the prices of everything isn't to expensive and you are satisfied after your meal. Will definitely keep coming back here when we pass through masterton. Highly recommend this place, oh and the staff are always nice.
S. b.Service was great but food let it down somewhat, lukewarm chips and nuggets. Burger looked like it had seen better days. Ate it still and came away feeling meh... Sorry BK will be awhile before I will be back.
A. V.Had the best drive thru experience with Marcus the manager. So personable he left the whole car smiling. Fresh chips that were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, burgers were absolutely delicious!

A. R.Cheaper than maccas and in my opinion, taste better. And i like the frozen cokes from BK too, the texture is some what different but i like it. $5 stunners and you can upgrade.. sounds good to me. I just don't know how i feel about bbq sauce with nuggets..

A.I found this franchise a bit disappointing, on the day I visited. The Triple-Whopper meal was cold and leathery and dry. It was not worth the thick-end of $20. As they were very busy I didn't complain, I dined and left.
I did notice it was a new crew, tho' -- so I'll revisit and re-rate in a month or so, once the trainees have gotten used to their roles. Fair enough to cut them some slack.
M.Is was okay. I could tell it was understaffed. Here in Masterton it needs more space. It's cheap but the burgers have gone smaller, but they are still nice. Their ice cream tastes weird as well. Rated 7/10
H. N.Pretty messy when I was last there - 2 trays full of food left on the table. Even so it has a pretty cool outside seating area, unlike the mcdonalds across the road. Also have several arcade machines at the back of the building, including two basketball shooting games. Service is usually fast enough, and the drive thru is okay.
L. D.It's not too bad. You can definitely enjoy your meal when not focusing on floor cleanliness. The outdoor area is definitely better, with a decently sized car park too.

None of the burgers look remotely as nice as the ones on the board and the ice creams taste really strange. There is no point ordering the cheese burger because it is super expensive considering its two sloppy buns that touch with a gherki and a tiny slice of cheese and a uncooked disgusting 2mm thick pattie
A. R. K. D.Should change name to burger prince but I guess BP was already taken. I'll admit, the sole reason I went was for the food, which I scoffed like it was my last meal. Flavourgasm level was a 5 star. However, fast food was designed for the impatient. Nothing tastes more salty & bitter than waiting for 30mins in a hurry. Especially when the entire establishment is a ghost town. Time was not on your side BK it lost you a star.
T. T. T.Its ok unsure why their food is never ever hot. Its like they leave it sit before giving it to you so its not hot.
