I would highly recommend Aquarius Fish and Chips, the place was clean and tidy. The customer service was A+ and it had a separate room to dine in which is rare to find. I ordered a Hotdog and a Cheese burger and chips. Hotdog was amazing Cheese burger was big and well presented The chips were perfect So if you are in Paeroa or passing through call into the Aquarius Fish and Chips you won't be disappointed.

The fish tasted really fresh and delicious (and it was possible to tell the difference between gurnard and snapper). Definitely worth stopping here for a fish and chips. Great value too.

Googled best fish & chips I had 2x snapper &2x squid rings they were good size beautifully cooked.Well worth the 15min wait Well done i will be back😀

Really good fish and chips. Battered mussels are a real treat. Fish batter is light and the fillets chunky like they should be. Chips are good. I'd like a smidgen more salt on the fare and that's why the four stars. The wait time was spot on ar 12 minutes. Turk himself handed over the grub and instantly you see why this is good food. He's a proper chippie vendor. Highly recommend.

Got cheeseburgers and chips on the way home yesterday after a day at the beach. Excellent burgers, with beetroot, coleslaw and the usual salad fare, plus a good sized and delicious patty! Highly recommended.

Best shop for fish and chips. I go here every now and then, and have recommended it to my family. It only takes them 10 minutes to cook it, and the wait is WORTH IT. They also have fritters that taste like gold. 5/5
