We eat here quite often and love the burgers, shakes and fries. Just wish there would be more combos (like the fish finger combo at the moment) as buying everything separately is a bit pricey! Even so, very good food.

One of the things I miss the most from my time in America is In-N-Out Burger and though Shake Out is different they still have some similarities having a simple menu and quality ingredients. Service was genuinely friendly and efficient with nice decor to sit and enjoy their food ✅

The food is average, and the shakes aren't great, it's super expensive and i won't be going here again, though they do have one redeeming quality, the cheese fries. Edit: you do have to try the burgers if you get a chance this place is not as bad as stated in this review. i have bumped it from 2 to 4 stars.

I’ve not had a chance to try the burgers yet but the chocolate shake and pickle was on point 👌🏻 The restaurant was very clean and service was fast. The menu is limited but is designed to be quick in and out since everyone is on the grill and ordering is automated.

Burgers taste great and the staff are very nice and friendly. The store is open and very clean. The only downside is the size of the burger is relatively small, I was still hungry after a burger, chips and drink combo meal.

Great burger and amazing shake. Burger was probably one of the best In town simple but very well made. The shake was amazing ao much flavour. Must have been about 10000 calories to taste that good. Little bit pricey for the amount of food but if you are after quality over quantity then it's a great place to go.

Haven't enjoyed fast food like this in ages. Everything tasted fresh and well made. I'd rather spend time and petrol to drive there than walk to the likes of McDonald's from now on. A tad pricey, but it's reflected on the quality of the ingredients. Would still love bigger portions though.

Tried shakeout for the first time today and was absolutely blown away! Hands down one of the best burgers I've had in palmy. On par if not better than most restaurants around this town and so much better than any fast food burger. and hands down best fries I've ever had from a burger shop. The customer service was awesome and im looking forward to returning with friends! My meal cost me $23 for a burger, milkshake and fries. Stupidly good value and definitely worth the money!

Really loved this place! The double cheeseburger and fries were amazing, and the cheesecake shake was delicious. The staff were so lovely and helpful when explaining the tablet system. What put this place over the top for me, though, was the sustainable packaging they use. Everything can be composted at home or separated into the allocated bins in store for them to process. I'd choose Shake Out over other fast food any day. Looking forward to my next visit :)

I have to say, hard working and most importantly, friendly staff. It is hard to have perfect reviews due to people having different opinions on certain things. I understand that we are slowly walking away from a cash-based to a card-based sale but also understand the frustration it can cause on hungry individuals. In terms of food, The burger was absolutely amazing for me as well as my flatmate and we are always looking forward to it, time and time again. The juiciness of the patties never ceases to deliver. The fries are great and the unique selection of sides are exciting. Keep up the hard work. Cheers.

Absolutely love Shake Out! My favourite is the chicken burger with a side of fries with tasty salt and vinegar mayo. The chicken burger is amazing, I can tell whoever designed the menu put a lot of thought into the ingredients! The special sauce they use 🤤 The citrus lemonade is also delicious! My new go to, all the staff are friendly. I love the fact that they’re cashless makes for a quicker service and more time for them to focus on the orders! Awesome place. 🙂 Will be returning for sure.

First time here, love the self order system. Friendly staff, reasonable service time, my double cheese burger was great, patties were little bit chunky which I like, and they were even thicker than those ones from the picture, really cute bright color decoration and open kitchen as well.

Quite possibly one of the best burgers I've tried. They are on the smaller side but the taste and quality of the burger itself is very good. Feeling nice and full after a burger, fries and cheesecake shake. Will definitely be going again.

This was todays dinner. Healthy organic Veggie Burger, which was delicious. cheesy fries, with cheesy dip. Chips were little bit salty. I hope you able to figure it out how to fix that issue.:). Setting is nice and modern and staff are VERY FRIENDLY. Menu is very small but that is ok considering the food is good. I got the ghost pepper chicken burger, cheese fries and a chocolate shake. The burger was great chicken was crispy good ammount of spice The fries were good nice and crisp plenty of salt and the cheese dipping sauce is good The milkshake was good too (although it was sort of like a mcdonalds shake just thicker with little bits of chocolate. My only problem comes with the pricing. $11 for burger $6.50 for fries with cheese and $6 for shake. If the prices were fixed id change my review to a 5 star, great place to go if cost is no issue. May I suggest adding a meal deal where you can get fries burger and a drink

Went into Shakeout to grab my regular order but was once again side tracked by the amazing specials they have at the moment. Chilli Cheese Burger. Amazing. Trifle Shake. Blew my socks off good! Staff, especially the Canadian, had amazing service even while pumping out delescious shakes at top speeds!!! I've made it my regular take away spot, I'll definitely be in every Wednesday, Thursday, and even Friday!

Fantastic food. Burgers are wonderfully cooked, reminiscent of smash burgers. Fries are amazing, tasty and seasoned well. Shakes are nice and thick, has substance to them and the flavor is great. A bit on the pricey side, but I found them filling and worth it. Especially the Double Cheese.

Everything I've tried so far is on point. Tasty burgers, nice crispy shoestring fries and the most amazing shakes. I can eat an entire meal and not feel bloated and gross like you get with other fast food takeaways. And my orders have always come out super quick regardless of how busy it is. As others have said it is cashless payments only. Which is fine with me as I never carry cash. You order from a touch screen menu, small range but enough options imo. You can't edit options which again is fine with me but could be deal breaker for you. Got the chicken burger, fries and cheesecake shake. The cheesecake shake is amazing. Fries are good, shoestring sized and free sauce of either salt and vinegar or tomato. Chicken burger tasted fresh as, however it is similar size to a burgerfuel mini. If you are expecting a bigger burger you will be disappointed. If your only looking for a snack or a small meal this place is great. If you are looking for a feed it will get costly paid about $22.

Cheeseburger patties were good but everything kinda fell apart due to being soggy from too much oil and sauce, chips are top notch and cheesecake milkshake was pretty good, quite sweet though. Disappointed that you can’t customise anything and can’t pay cash. Overall it was decent but wouldn’t make it my go to place
