Regardless of the quality of the food (which was excellent, by the way), when I walked in there to collect my order the first thing the cute girl who served me said was “hey, I really like your suspenders” - and imma be honest, I was very close to bursting into tears after that compliment, I was not expecting that and absolutely needed to hear it. Amazing service, amazing food, how could it be anything less than five stars :))))))

As with all burger fuel locations food is always good, but we were told "15min wait max" when we placed or order then were made to wait for 35min making us late to collect a trade me purchase from just around the corner. We asked how long it would take because were were worried about making it to a storage unit in time and didn't want to keep the guy waiting. If they had told us it was a 35 min wait we wouldn't have even placed the order

My first visit to burger fuel, surprising because I have 3 teenagers but I really enjoyed the jalapeno chicken burger and kumura fries with a chocolate shake, I think i will most likely have this the next time i go too, it was so good. Definitely try it if you get the chance. Not the cheapest prices but my son paid so that's all good.

Quality if the plant based option has been slipping a bit. They are also a bit slow with expanding the plant based range compared to other stores in Auckland once lockdown lifted.

Considering the pressure and stress of a reopen level three in any food outlet,I expect I might have to wait a wee while for a bite. It would also be nice if the food was excellent,served with smile and passion. Burger Fuel Silverdale did not disappoint.It was clear to me that not only was the service top notch,the burger was awesome as well. They have picked up their game some what and I cant wait to get another American muscle with egg and bacon. Thank you!

Probably the best BurgerFuel we've visited. The burgers are consistently well made and always with fresh ingredients. Occasionally the wait time can be a bit long, but the staff are very empathetic and looked after us when our order took longer than they expected. Facilities are kept clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and pleasant

Sometimes a simple mistake can turn into a wonderful experience and this is exactly what happened to us when we thought that we were going to Nando's but ended up at Burgerfuel. Of course Nando's had relocated but we didn't know and it was only after being served with care and having their delicious quick food that I realised what a high bar they have set with a clean and efficient setup. The young lady who served us was 'in training' (as the sign politely informed us) but she must've already passed some key management requirements that made it a real pleasure for us to place an order with her. I don't mind bumbling and errors from people who are 'training on the job' but it can get a bit annoying when businesses unleash untrained staff and customers then have to take on training duties that management have abdicated. Our young cashier was entirely focused on our order and, despite the busyness behind her, did not make us feel rushed to place our orders and get away from her as I have felt in some other 'fast food' places. The person who brought the food to us on clean stainless steel mini platters was pleasant and professional with a care way above her age. It gave us the confidence to enjoy the meal and leave with a special feeling of both delight and appreciation for those who take pride in serving other. Why 5 stars? Clean shop (tick), good, fast & friendly service (tick), good tasty food (tick), good vibes & lovely ambience (tick), value for money meals (tick) ... what more!

I have to admit to being a frequent flyer here. The burgers are well made, and there's always an interesting "burger of the month" to try. Happy, friendly team that are always happy to serve you. The burgers are a bit pricey, but you get quantity and quality for your money.

Burgerfuel is always a great option for a nice hearty burger. At peak times there can be a lot of waiting but that is usually quite normal as the burgers are the best in the area. The staff are always super friendly and we always get treated and looked after very well.

Waited 10 minutes in line just to order our food. Once we had ordered our food, we had to clear a table from trash ourselves instead of an employee doing it themselves. Food arrived 15-20 minutes after ordering. The quality of the food was really good and I'd suggest going, just try not to go during peak hours as it can be a hassle and you'll have to wait forever.

Good vegetarian and vegan options. Everything is pretty pricey for what it is but the quality of ingredients is better than your average fast food burger. Online ordering is great but the time estimates are not always accurate when they're busy. Highly recommend the motobites.

Have ordered three times online now with silverdale burg fuel and while the staff are friendly and burgers are good the order has always been 10 to 20 minutes later than promised. When asked got told they have a lot of walk in orders. Surely they should go at the back of the line. Need to improve their online time estimate before I go back again as it's misleading.

Burgers are always fresh and well made! Love the American muscle and C N Cheese. Gluten free allergy option is so awesome, my partner can enjoy a decent burger without the worry of whether it actually IS gluten free or not so that's definitely a plus. Staff are always friendly and bubbly, definitely recommend :)

An amazing vibe. Staff are lovely. Not too long of a wait even when busy. Food is delicious and you pretty much get it looking as it was advertised! They cater to a lot of people/diets. Very great restaurant.

Burgerfuel Silverdale was a great experience. We were given an upgrade for an item that was no longer available. The team also gave us an extra serving for free. Really fantastic service. The Burgerful building is quite small considering how popular it was on the Tuesday night that we went, but we will definitely be back. Top marks.

Was visiting this BurgerFuel for the first time. Ordered a bio fuel and it was really good as usual. One of the customer service staff members was really kind. However another one came over when I was enjoying the burger holding it in my bare hands and asked me whether I knew how to use the paper holder. I found that question patronising and offensive, but being a nice person I humoured the staff member and used the holder. I think that customers should just have the freedom to choose the best way they eat the burger instead of being pressured by staff to use the paper holder. I had a much better experience at the BurgerFuel in Whangaparaoa and so will visit the Whangaparaoa branch next time.

You guys are the BEST BURGER FUEL!! Haven't had the burger yet, if it's anything like Takapuna it will be delicious. What letshould it down is the service, I waited 15 minutes to be served, 10 of those because 1 of the staff was chatting with a girl who was obviously a friend, when another waitress coming back from clearing tables finally said hello I thought I was going to be served, but no she preceeded to ask me if I was an online order to which I replied no and asked if she would take my order, she said that she didn't serve people and that there was a line. This all happened while there was 1 other customer & 5 employees behind the counter. I waited in my car as I certainly don't feel welcome. A young lady by the name of Jaala brought the burgers out to the car, smiled and wished me a pleasant evening, the only employee to smile & say something notice. These guys could learn a lot from the Takapuna team. Not sure if I'll be back!
