Had to take a break after driving for 3.5hours. Really impressed how clean all the facilities were. The staff are friendly & deliver service with a smile. Will stop here whenever I am passing through Tokoroa.

First time ordering thru the app this time. Seemed pretty easy to do. And my fries were hot too. Other times I've gone thru and fries weren't as fresh before. The burger wasn't as fresh as I'd hoped though

This Burger King is the heart and soul of Tokaroa. Without this icon of a food chain the town itself would be a shell of itself. I choked on my burger and the staff were kind enough to help me and then gave me another burger.

Although I love the taste of BK, I'm nearly always disappointed with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurants. Tokoroa BK was one of the worst BK experiences I've had in a while. Restaurant dining area looks tired and slightly grubby. Toilets are a disgrace. Staff were typically flat and unenthusiastic. Food was passably hot and tasty. Would go again, but only because I prefer BK burgers to Maccers.

A good place with friendly staff and service. Served a real good Jalepeno chicken fries 🍟 and was tummy full where other places are not serving such a good quality and quantity of the same. Thanks by the way.

The staff on the evening shift are wonderful, well mannered with exceptional customer service. Every 2nd thursday we stop and everytime have excellent service and meals. The best BK in NZ! Thankyou to the ladies in the drivethru, you always leave us with a smile. 🙂

BK tokoroa was awesome. They managed to get a very tricky gluten free bunless order for my wife done right, and my order was perfect. Drinks were great first thing in the morning, which is far too difficult at BK Wellington airport to get sorted. What can I say other than I'll make sure to head there next road trip, as they're really good.

10 stars if i could. Although it was quite in the dine in(busy drive through), it was 100% awesome service. Started to actually not like bk , but this was well worth the stop. especially coming from Hamilton(its 0 stars for me🤢). Clean outside(no trash), clean inside(even the toilets) & ofcourse mean fresh & hot food. Not at all slow , but just right to get what you paid for.. KEEP UP the awesome work girls , yup all girls .

Fast friendly service considering we had quite a large order, although it was barely warm. Only drive thru is open at the moment as they are doing renovations which was great to see! However we were slightly shocked that we were charged $7.60 when we asked for two large cups of water. While we understand that there may be a small charge for the cup itself - $3.80 seems excessive. We were given a refund on the water but probably will not stop in here again.

The customer service was excellent!! A Maori gentlemen served me and I make the distinction because you was the only person that treated me with respect and his smile was absolutely wonderful, he made my day and I had been driving for over four hours already. Kudos to you!! Sadly, his manager was a middle aged kiwi lady who was very prejudice. I have tribal tattoos on my lips and chin and she refused to serve me. Did not smile and I would have given one star based on her reaction alone. The food was great and I recommend getting served by this Maori chap! I didn't get the opportunity to meet any other staff but give them a try!! A+++

Best BK in the country. Thier chips are super crispy. The staff are always lovely. The renovations really make it a relaxed place to bite into a nice creamy mayo burger. Double thumbs up. 👍👍

I love the new up grades they have done great street appel and every time I go in there's never clusters of people witch means you can go straight in and order and the food is ready pronto also the gaming room is perfect for the kids and the hygiene standards are pretty good too I always see them wiping tables down and sweeping floors
