M.Well organized, cooperative staff. I bought couple of things a month back and wanted to return them. they refunded me straight away without any problems. I always prefer this one
D.So grateful to Steven and team for helping me this afternoon! They really went above and beyond to help me resolve an uncommon issue. Steven in particular got a small dome unstuck from the leg of a massage table, which is essential for it’s safe use. His colleagues were also very supportive in helping him. I came in worried, and have left feeling relieved and grateful - Thank you!
E.Took my new puppy and my daughter in today. What a pleasure. The staff were so helpful - observant, aware and offering help. Quick to respond. My daughter made an awesome snakes and ladders game at the DIY workshop whilst I shopped. Relaxing. Puppy had the best ride!
M.Would be rated higher except for the most ridiculous vehicle access in the building. They are cone crazy! Makes it very difficult if you have a longer van or God forbid, a trailer.
As far as I know, Glenfield is the only branch to adopt this stupid form of traffic control.
Whoever is responsible should go and work for Auckland Transport where their complete lack of common sense would be properly appreciated.
C.Great, we bought Swan plants, planters and potting mix. All were good price and in stock. Staff were pretty good as well.
T.First time visit at BW Glenfield branch. Auckland still at covid alert level 3 lockdown so only allowed for online shopping then a click and collect option other than delivery. Bought a char-griller as birthday present for hubby and was ready for collection just after 4days. Went to collect today and shall I say there click and collect process was well thought & organized even though there's a long queue of collectors the waiting time only takes between 10-15mins depending the size of your items. Thanks Bunnings warehouse team! Awesome job 👏 👍
B.They are ok, I went to buy 2 pairs of gloves and asked for help at the informationdesk. While the person at the information desk helped me to find the right aisle, she said someone was supposed to come to the same aisle to help me. No body came but since I was directed to the correct aisle I found what I was looking for after waiting for around 15 minutes.

Here and Westgate are probably the best two Bunnings stores in Auckland.
J.Good selections and great prices, always cheaper than Mitre 10 for similar items. However the service is non existent. During peak hours such as weekends, it is impossible to find anyone to assist you. We were there midday today, barely seen any staff around on Western side of the store. ... Must have gone to lunch. So if you are an expert, know what you need to get and no advice needed, Bunnings would be the right place for you. But if you are a first timer, Mitre 10 is the one to go as they have experienced staff to give you useful info. A trade off between service and price when it comes to Bunnings. But with DIY Home renovations/improvements, you don't really want to get it wrong. This is the same for Constellation Store I went to just yesterday. Not to mention only one staff assisted checkout counters and rest are self assisted.(sumilar to the warehouse/Countdown etc)

My order got cancelled despite the items clearly showing stock available on their website.
Also my online login to their website isn't working anymore. Their IT system is very wonky. Annoyed.

T.Twice in the last week I've needed help with items that I haven't been too familiar with. Whilst the guys are friendly enough, neither time have they really helped. Both times I purchased triple what I needed in order to be sure it was right, after being told to return what I don't use. That's all good and well if you don't live 45 minutes away!
S.Good big store with friendly staff. Checkouts can often be busy. Found recently that where items say they are located on the website is not always correct. You see a lot of people walking back and forth.

We were very very impressed by two of the staff members. One, Laughton (Lawton?) was in Trade and the other Violet in Tools. Each of them were knowledgeable, keen to find a solution, and (best of all) knew their stock. Please thank them for their courtesy and congratulate them for their skills. They are an asset to their employer.

B.One of my favourite stores, however they were not able to supply me with a power tool still new and sealed in its box, I had to accept one that had been opened... despite them having four in-stock. They told me that people are not happy with looking at the tools on display, they still need to open the box to look at the tool. I had to take their word for it but the contents were all supplied.
T.Good product range, friendly team. I really like the Bunnings App that help you to locate the products. But the car parking at Glenfield store is very hard to park.

J.Good sized store with pretty much all you are looking for. Good for diy projects around the home to commercial type jobs. Staff are knowledgeable as to the location of products and you also have the chance to see if the products you require are at your local store, by a quick search on their website

L.Bunnings is a great place to shop. I found what I wanted quickly, but there is not enough staff to help you on your mission and checkout too. What staff I have encountered are lovely, friendly and helpful. Lack of staff is soooo frustrating for the customer plus whatever staff are actually working at the time must find it hard too. Cost cuts I guess but how many customers do they lose in this situation. Not all customers are patient like I am.
A.Purchased a power tool battery in 2018 with a guarantee for 3 years. Unfortunately it failed after 2 yrs and 6 months. Staff were helpful and cheerfully replaced immediately. Great service
B.Well stocked and laid out. I quickly found what I was looking for paid using the self service counter. Very pleased 😀
A.Always amazed how staff have little knowledge of products or no one is around. You can't ask at the self checkout, also information desk lines way way back. Trade desk you can guarantee a person is going to answer your question but you could still be waiting a while. I drop by due to quality care from Bunnings. I SUPPORT NZ OWNED MITRE10. Bunnings Glenfield I would rank very poor service compared to all others in the North Island. It's the training of staff. Glenfield Bunnings add insult to the advertising of Bunnings on TV. Honestly you would get two excellent workers in that Bunnings while other staff loaf or disappear. I've made many complaints to that store. MITRE10, Glenfield, Albany, warkworth. SORRY BEST BUNNINGS IS CONSTELLATION DR, well worth the 19 min extra drive.

Timber and concrete section is separate so don’t think there no timber for fence and decking
It looks like no public and customer access to that area but it’s not they have marked yellow lines to ensure health safety of their staff and customer so be careful of your enter to that area as forklift are operating there
They do cut the timber on customers request so don’t hesitate to ask if you want to cut long length timber wood in pieces

I.Staff are incredibly helpful. Logical store layout, sufficient spacing in aisles. Great Christmas atmosphere and shopping experience. Very enjoyable. Tip, make sure you have enough space in your car before you arrive. Don't make my mistake! 😂

c.Trellis broken and needed repair, hardly any of the timber needed for a nicer fence the yard short notice. Is what it is. Cant get a trailer insode because of the bollards. But still getting the job done. Great paintshop
N.Great store. I spend entirely too much time and money here. Well laid out with a great range of products. Staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable and happy to help. Lots of great advice. Cafe and children's playground are good.
v.Lovely staff, huge ceiling fans for when it's hot! Need to keep an eye on the mobility parking as saw a few people parking there that didn't have pass, or well anything obvious wrong with them, and quite a few people coming into the store with mobility pass, so something to keep an eye on, other then that store was great, staff helped me out with everything.
D.Great coffee at very reasonable prices, the coffees even come with a chocolate fish. Also my favourite place to buy garden and DIY products.

Have asked the staff about Paint, Timber and random DIY questions and they all have been able to help me every time.

With this level of service I have no reason to go to other stores.

M.We happened to stop by this Bunnings by chance as we don't live in the area. The staff were super helpful and had great product knowledge and we managed to get a great deal on a work bench which the staff helped us secure on to a trailer. E.Pretty standard hardware shop. This is a huge store with endless aisles of product at good prices. There are a lot of employees walking around, so easy to find someone to help you find a particular item and make recommendations. The main entrance staff are friendly and welcoming, but sometimes I have experienced cold treatment from employees at the desk over by the drive in area. Sometimes the employees walking around could be better at knowing their stock too.
C.Good parking, even special spaces for cars with trailers. Wide selection of both consumables and tools. Added bonus, it's right next door to the Mitre10, so if Bunnings doesn't have what you're after (unlikely as that may be) you can try the competition.
D.Great big store with some great products. Cafe is not that great . Had to go to mitre10 lol

J.The usual selection of products for DIY enthusiasts! Plenty of staff available to assist and a few notable specials. I did notice some price rises on products I have purchased here previously and will shop around to check this out.
E.You don't really need my review of Bunnings. You either like Bunnings or you don't. And this is a typical Bunnings store. The only real difference to most is that there is a Mitre10 right next door, so.if you can't find it in Bunnings you can pop next door. Oh, and they have free lollipops for the kids. And a playground.
L.the usual Bunnings Warehouse, by which I mean same/similar layout with other Bunnings outlets... which makes looking for items quite convenient. also, there are helpful staff around if you need any assistance.
A.Okay Bunnings, has most of what you would expect. Good parking and situated close to main roads. We went looking for a particular item. Couldn't find it so looked for help. All staff in the gardening section we're in a meeting. Went for a coffee thinking we would ask after. Half an hour later they were still in the meeting so we left.
B.One of the best places ever! Its bunnings! Lol. Friendly helpful staff. Huge range. Good prices. I would definitely check it out if you have any DIY projects. They have many panflets on how to make and do various things. Has a small kids playground with slide for your little ones with a cafe beside it.
J.I buy my sealant gun here and sealant tube few days ago. its really cheap but good quality. definitely recommended if youre looking for tools and stuff. 👍

N.Bunnings service has left a lot to be desired during visits some years back. They seem to have improved their offerings and recent visits have beeen problem free.
t.Alex in isle 20 helped me to fix my line trimmer today. His can do attitude coupled with his expertise and great communication skills amazed me. He does not hesitate to get other experts to complete my query, it was a good surprise that I can use it in the same day. I would recommend to go to this shop for a wonderful shopping experience and will go back again.

R.Helpful staff and large range of DIY products. Cafe small but nice coffee and a better experience compared to Placemakers which is where trades people go vs Bunnings who are more customer focused in terms of their labeling and friendly staff.
L.We normally get our building supplies because we're doing a renovation and sometimes we run out of nails,pencils,screwdrivers we just go there and buy everything we need. It's really near our house so it's just a five minute drive from our house. I recommend this place for shopping on building supplies.
A.Not as extensive stock as Australian bunnings
B.Great on campus option with good staff. Best to head to a larger PB tech store with a wider range if looking to make an important purchase. Queen Street should be within walking distance if necessary.
M.Great shop usually fully stocked. A few of the trade counter team could stop the staff chit chat and serve the trades who need to get back on site.
R.Parking a bit problematic at times, indoors, But they have most everything you need at good prices. It pays to organise and get it, yourself in the wood yard, as service is very indifferent, usually, but this is about normal for most large yards overseas. Very helpful staff in the rest of the store.

R.Glynis is really helpful as is a lot of the older gen people there. But the younger ones are fking hopelessly woeful at independent thought or even any type of building knowhow or knowledge. Complained about a young staff member who didn't know where my saved item was. Couldn't really be bothered looking for it then started serving someone else. Glynis was AWESOME to deal with otherwise this would be 1 star
R.Yesterday I went into Bunnings to buy my handwash which an pleased to say they had in stock. The bonus to my visit was I got to win a prize on the spinning wheel...shot!
y.I was pleasantly surprised to find that what I had come to buy was reduced in price and not only that but the lovely last assistant explained how to treat the roses and what to do before planting them in the garden bed I had had dug for me. I want to have a ring of roses in that middle of the lawn and all my roses have a perfume to them also she advised. Us of a rose furturliser to get. Also we stopped for a coffee and Cake which was the best value out I will be telling my friends to go there for there plants and coffee for sure. Thank you for a lovely morning out.🌺🌸🏵️🌼🌻🌹🥀🌿

L.I am always (pleasantly) amazed by how well the staff know where the products are, so much so that the new Bunnings ad shows an assistant pointing to where a customer needs to go, as I always get taken to where I need to go. Well done staff!!

M.Bunnings has lots of goods to choose from which I like. But they don't seem to train their staff so if you have a question it's not the best choice. It's hard to find someone to help you and then they often have no idea.

Love bunnings, they've always got what I need, staff are really friendly, prices really cheap and as an extra bonus I can take Fido inside which he loves. I'm in there weekly looking for bits and pieces for all of my projects. Much beeter experience than at competitors.

L.Good sized Bunnings store with a decent carpark. The self checkouts help make the process faster, though it would be good to be able to enter SKU numbers if your item doesn't have a barcode. They have a good range but we occasionally find items that we are after are out of stock. It can also be difficult to find team members at times. The returns desk is efficient though and doesn't usually have much of a wait.

R.As you would expect in a mega bunnings store - they have everything, and more - in my opinion a better and higher quality range than the mitre10 store immediately next door - I needed a professional grade battery drill and got exactly what I needed at bunnings but couldn't get that level of quality next door. Bunnings seem to stock a fair range of Australian produced goods which are far higher in quality than the Chinese equivalents next door - particularly when it comes to tools (eg sidchrome spanners) and shadecloth/awnings etc). I have a mitre10 mega cash discount card which I try and use to gain savings on goods and bunnings don't seem to offer any discounts - but in the end for me quality counts and I end up buying most of my tools and non-standard building supplies from bunnings
E.If you're looking for a bunnings warehouse in Glenfield, this is one. The most bunnings of warehouses. With all your bunnings warehouses needs. Anything you can get at any other bunnings warehouse will most likely be available here for similar, if not the same prices. Service that you can except from most bunnings warehouses in the area. As a store, it has done exactly what it claimed to do.
