R.My first time building a deck. This company has everything i needed for my project from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful to work out what I needed to achieve. Great range and fair price of product. Awesome service and professional. Would definitely recommend going to them !
K.Great place to buy all your deck and landscaping wood. Deck framing, kwila, marcocarpa etc. Very efficient and helpful. Had some decking left over and they gave me credit. Jobs done now can sit back and relax.
I.Friendly helpful staff. A range of products I didn't know they held. Even to treatment products for the decking timber and a selection of Hi koki battery tools. Go there and talk to staff for your deck project BEFORE you plan your new deck. I ordered mine online and now feel a visit would have been helpful.

Questions were answered quickly and comprehensively, the delivery was on time, and the materials were good quality and as expected. The option of sending a drawing and getting back a complete quote and materials list was invaluable for this first-time deck builder, and the person who delivered the materials was helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back to them for any future deck-related purchases.
R.My overall experience was great however a few boards were a little suspect but I managed to jigsaw the good ones. On returning to purchase more screws the lady behind the counter was nice enough to reduce my cost after hearing my dilemma.
I’d like to make a plug for young Daniel who looked after me two weeks ago. This young man has a lot of integrity and an honesty. On checking my invoice from one of his colleagues he was able to correct the matter and charged me accordingly. I wish Daniel all the best and believe One Stop Deck have a real top kiwi bloke.

G.I can't recommend the Deck Gurus team highly enough! I was building my first deck and quite unsure, but from the start I was met with very detailed, helpful , and friendly advice. As well as a draughting a good plan for the project, their's was the best quote of three alternatives I tried. When I proposed possible alternative ideas they provided updated plans and quotes within the day. When I settled on my order it was delivered promptly, with no problems, and I was able to build my deck in time for spring, and me and the family are now enjoying it.
S.Thank you to the fantastic team at one stop deck shop. They gave us really good advice and awesome service when we were looking at adding a deck. Especially now that we are in Lockdown and we can now at least have extra space. I would recommend any one wanting to enjoy the good things in life to go and talk to the awesome team. We'll maybe not at the moment but a good time to look at making plans.
So many people have commented on how fantastic our deck has improved our living space. Thank you to the whole team from the manager to the floor staff. Great bunch of people.
R.We were originally going to get our decking timber from elsewhere but thought we would stop in and have a look. We were approached by a sales person (I wish I could remember their name) they were so help and enthusiastic and really new what they were talking about. They spent so much time talking us through all the options they had available and what kind of timber was best and what would look best for what we were looking for. They sorted a great deal for us and honestly I will never go anywhere else again. We are currently remodeling our ne house and we will definitely be back when we need timber in the future. F.Project i just completed, was the first time i had dealt with One Stop Deck Shop and from that one experience, i have no complaints whatsoever and will at some stage contact them again for future projects.

L.Friendly service but unusual with cutting measurments and i want to give an honest but friendly review so others know what to possibly expect.
They said it was no problem to cut some timber for me i purchased.
I asked for x6 600mm pieces and got x2 596mm x2 660mm and x2 600mm and i asked for x6 1200mm pieces and got x6 which were all over 1200mm between 1210-1250mm.
It means my project doesn't fit together quite right and i could only fix it up with the hand saw so much.
I would buy more timber and give them another chance but will make sure it is accurate next time before i drive home and maybe mention what happened last time to them.
F.We got our deck materials (kwila) from One Stop Deck Shop and it was 20% cheaper than trade discount at the major trade centres - and they delivered for free because we bought all the gear from their stop - and were AMAZING with their advice and the dude who delivered to our place in Lincoln on a hot Friday afternoon had a great attitude, super friendly. We’re stoked - thanks team.
