F.Good service, during 2nd lockdown I was itching to create some new modern masterpiece painting , and as my brushes were in transit down the line aways , I got all the most outrageous colours in the spray can department, told them what i wanted and hey presto JUST CHECK OUT MY MASTERPIECE thank you Mitre 10 .
M.Nice "big/little" site. Interesting store. Helpful staff too. They seem to have managed to set up/cram quite a lot into this site yet it doesn't look cramped.

F.The process of buying and then being the proud owner of a 'Discounted Display Model' lawnmower. "Good price isn't it. Sometimes there are bits missing", said salesperson.
What do know ... got it home and didn-t work!
Today, took it back under warranty. We both had patience.
I was laughing with Customer Service and Accounting.
In the meantime, I will watch the grass grow until they find and replace the missing bits, about two weeks....
Damn it, I will be back!

What I wanted.
K.It's ok. I'm used to larger stores like the Manukau branch so there is a smaller range. It seems like a bit of mishmash of goods in sales bins mostly. The staff seem depressed.. not a smile or a 'hello' from anyone.
I.Was covid .but it was very well organized
I.Not the biggest store but friendly and experienced staff that is very helpful. Despite size a good selection of products and I found all I needed.
H.OK as far as the basics - don't usually have a great variety - for a better range I usually go to Westgate
V.Jazz in the paint department has been and continues to be a major help with painting our house. I've been learning as I go and jazz has been so much help and given heaps of great advice. I felt alone but now I have her back I'm much more confident. Go jazz and thank you so much!!!
