J.Went here during Covid 19 lockdown level 3 September 2021. Very very helpful and friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome in a very difficult and weird time. Was a very surreal shopping experience, but don't let this put you off. Just so very happy that we could finally get what we wanted. Good on ya Mitre 10 Hokitika. A pleasure.

M.Wonderful, friendly team who are truly interested and supportive. Impressively knowledgeable and more than willing to take time to explain everything to someone less experienced. Never patronising just keen to help customers out. It was like shopping with my mates who know a hell of a lot more about DIY than me. Highly recommended.
A.Some times good sometimes not so good. The ladies are always the best to get service. One or two guys there that need to change attitude towards customer. But generally have the items we all need.
