Today I took a trip to Mitre 10 in Levin with intentions of using my $50 voucher I got given for my bday last year. I walked into store & went to the garden area & I had no idea what I was going to get as it was all very overwhelming so i explained to the two ladies in the garden centre what my vision was & they jumped on board with the most magnificent customer service that i have ever experienced. Both ladies knew the exact plants that would suit my garden area at home & they showed me many options & they were very confident when it came to knowing their plants & I drove away with such a feeling of joy that these two ladies know their work & what an asset they are to this business. To Jan & Jan thanks so much for all your help today it was greatly appreciated 🌻🌼🌷🌴 And I will definitely be back 🙉 Stephanie Dekker

For Levin I'd rate it higher , but it's a smaller ,less comprehensive store for mitre 10 . As usual , good service ,and good knowledge in some departments by the staff . But not the range I'm used to being a tradie . Better timber options at Crightons ITM , but for bits and bobs ,and outdoors stuff mitre10 is fine .

Location - ample free parking, flat surface (no mobility issues), away from State Highway 1 so not too busy. Goods - retail stock selection is minimal due to size/location of store but click and collect can be ordered, building material range is good with free local delivery, delicious onsite cafe (food is AH-MAZING). Service - building customer service team should be managed by the older Māori male he was truly professional, informative and has excellent customer service (probably the only reason we brought wood/trellis from there even when it was more expensive). Retail service team are young and friendly, not in-your-face helpful which is what I prefer but not so good for elderly customers. Recommend - Yes definitely!

Always a great hardware store to visit. The 'new' shop has a Cafe on site and a great layout. Much better for tradies and trailers too. And good staff finish the job off for excellent shopping.

Big new shop, stock increasing all the time. Plenty of staff, all helpful and obliging. Garden department has improved hugely, coffee shop, up and running. Deffinately worth a visit, look out for directional signage, getting to it is a bit tricky at first. Once you are there, you will spend an hour or two easily. Enjoy.

Simply the best shoppe for customer help and service. Really are locally owned and operated so doing their absolute best to support those in the area means they always get my business, even if that is only a few hundred here or there they still deliver for free and give the correct advice. Being an old builder with a broken spine isn't much fun to be honest, but these peoples attitudes and helpful nature mean the few maintenance jobs I do take on are pleasant experiences. The kids broken swing down the road and pensioners tree damaged porch thank Mitre10-Levin greatly. Keeping kids at home hard enough for solo mum without broken play stuff

Needed a sheet of plywood 1 problem my cars a small hatchback with no tow ball, So the awesome guys n gals helped me find everything I needed and even cut the plywood to the size I needed making it fit easily into my small car 👍 way to go mitre 10 levin thank you very much 😊
