L.very helpful staff and the have most of the things you need and the guy in the food caravan out the front is a good laugh and has very good food too
S.I work for one of their suppliers. Garth and his team are always a pleasure to deal with regarding any supplier or customer query. The Hutt City branch is a great support to Parmco a top quality 100% owned company with a 7 year warranty.

L.Awesome service. Awesome kitchen and bathroom . Hamish had our best interest at heart and most importantly, he listened to what we were looking for with style. One small disappointment we were charged for a delivery. This service could of been made to be a bonus for customer. Instead it felt like a charged add on. For 25k spend. It should of been free delivery as it was local.
h.Every time I've come here for advice, the staff have run round after me, looked things up, asked other staff and generally been about as friendly and helpful as can be. I've been to other hardware stores of course, but never had service as good as here. The whole team - from the guys outside in the yard, to the people in the office and on the counter - so helpful and friendly. Possibly the best service I've ever had anywhere at ANY kind of shop.
