D.Great customer service and knowledge of the products being sold is crucial when being a sales assistant, and the woman who helped my partner and I on this visit had this all in the bag (I believe her name was Fran). Turned an overwhelming time of new curtains in to a pleasurable experience with Fran as our navigator. Many other assistants in general should take a leaf out of her book!
M.With paint supplies, carpet and fabric, Guthrie Bowron is just about a one stop shop! The service is welcoming and friendly, happy to offer assistance or just let you browse for inspiration. Infact there is a bakery a couple of doors down, stock up on supplies and lunch at the same time.. One stop shop!
