Y.Visited Mitre10 Opotiki whilst on trip to Opotiki / Te Raha / Te Araroa (Cape Runaway Lighthouse. Not one of those Mega Mitre10 in big city but I still enjoyed visiting this store and was able to buy few unique plants not available in other Mitre10. Highly recommended if you regularly visit other Mitre10.
K.I decided to buy a bbq at the last minute. My local store had sold out so I got on line & Opotiki had one! A few phone calls later to Robyn, a click & collect & it was delivered by the owner on his way home from work to my daughters front door!! Wow. I can’t say enough about the service from Opotiki Mitre 10. No stress (especially at this time of the year). just really helpfu staff who went above & beyond. Merry Xmas to you all & your families. Staff on the floor are helpful.
Counters are cluttered, and figuring out which one is being used to serve customers from is confusing.
The check out people seemed more focused on chatting, than people in the store.
