Wearing masks is quite hot in the back display areas. However staff are brilliant, very helpful and the store is very well stocked...For a limited time only, spend $100 in store and get a $15 gift card valid for 3 months.. Well done Mitre 10 Papamoa and all Mitre 10 stores!♡

Shelves always well stocked. Very seldom do they not have what you want. Staff very friendly and helpful. If they don't have something, they will do their best to get it for you

A good supply of good quality plants and seedlings, not the cheapest but not the dearest either. Reliable and handy place, I got solar lights for the garden and vege plants. One of our best ever buys was two metal couches that turn into daybeds for outside ( they have squabs that can be camp beds too ). Very versatile furniture! :-)

The aisles are very crowded, especially in the garden area. So difficult to get around . Especially when someone is watering and the hose is all over the place. Staff very helpful.

We are very lucky to have a mitre 10 in Papamoa but it does seem to be a bit of a shambles with too much stock cluttered to close together .it's not very user friendly to walk around but they do have some nice and useful stock .I love the garden centre outside that's always well taken care of .

While not as large as some other Mitre 10s, this place is organized, well-stocked and well laid out. The staff is helpful, and most importantly, they pretty much keep the aisles open unlike other Mitre 10s (who close them to restock during daytime shopping hours). This is our first choice for a Mitre 10 in the Bay of Plenty area.

Ended up visiting 4 times in one day due to my lack of DIY skills! Was helped by the same staff member each time (plumbing department). He was knowledgeable and his advice saved me from more disasters. Great selection of tools, gardening and general home items on offer.

Great place to shop for all your gardening requirements just ask Chris and his team of gorgeous girls about your gardening problems they will surely get you sorted. Mitre 10 have everything else you need for about the house.Even my doctor would you believe spends time there relaxing with a coffee among all the plants = Yes it's true folks.

Small store not as much stock only demo models. Shop assistant advised some good advice as well as not so good. The 15% price guarantee didnt apply because our product we compared was at super cheap auto rather than 'bunnings' - suggest you take down the massive 15% guarantee sign at front of shop. Was advised by the sales assistant 'why don't you just go there and buy it' . Replied saying we here to give you the business for which he had no answer for. We live in tauranga and were at the beach and Came in after we would usually go Cameron road or bunnings. Pity papamoa a little hardware with no selections.

Not as good of selection as a Mega store. Some items very expensive compared to other retailers but offer price match and take a further15% off to make it worth your while. Found 1 item was 40% more than other manufacturer store rrp price on bbq items. Always check prices before buying.

Come here all the time, the staff are exceptional always helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble or any request too small. The Yorkshire lady on the checkouts is great and the guys on painting and decorating are really helpful and knowledgeable.
