O, I just love Bunnings. Have never had to turn back because they were out of stock and always find what I need and more!

Solid stock of most things. Friendly, helpful staff and plenty of parking. We left our kids favourite book behind one time and they put it aside until we came back the next week. Very kind.

Nice large shopping centre with very reasonable range, often plenty of staff around who will direct you in the right direction, but they usually won't come to you, rather waiting for you to approach them. Plenty of parking with a garden centre and coffee shop.

Bunnings stock a decent range of products and the prices are generally good enough to be very competitive. The staff are pretty good too. Always ready to be helpful and pleasant to deal with but, understandably given the average age is young, a bit short on actual trade experience. Having said that, it's noticeable that the quality of the staff is a recurring theme throughout the reviews for this particular Bunnings.

This place consistenly delivers on all customer experience points. Great pricing, advice and products. Even my 4 year old granddaughter rates going to Bunnings as cool! There is a really lovely Chinese man in the Tool section who is so customer Centric he should be the CEO. Time to step it up Mitre 10, these guys leave you in the starting blocks of understanding the customer.

I love this place above all other stores of its type. I never have to check that the prices are lower than others, they always are. Parking is good for a larger vehicle, although some dedicated Motorhome parking would be ideal. Staff are friendly & helpful. An overall win

I love Bunnings in Silverdale. The staff are always happy to help and never make you feel like you are a nuisance or interrupting their day. And they are quick to get someone with better knowledge if your problem is outside of their knowledge base. And the fact the staff dont pounce on you is so refreshing.

Ive been sorting my kitchen with Sara..The poor woman is soooo busy , dashing here and there... she seriously needs more help... 6 and 7 people deep waiting to talk to her... listening to grumpy people... going to the warehouse to get kitchen for loading, she needs a medal... kitchen department is seriously understaffed. It's ok...same as many other Bunnings warehouses, you have a large selection of everything but so often seem to be missing the things you need. Managed to get some standard plumbing stuff (overpriced) but could I find a range of metal files with different grades and shapes. Not a chance. I needed some finer grade files but I could only find course versions...loads of choices for those but no good for me. Off to toolshed tomorrow...should've just gone there first...

What a great place! Everything you need in one place! And the prices are very good. Even better is their guarantee. I bought a trailer for our farm and the jockey wheel broke after 6 months. I took back the wheel to buy a new one. I had my receipt, just to make sure that I got the right part. When they brought me the new wheel and I gave them my credit card, they refused it and said, "No charge, it is covered by the Bunnings guarantee!" I thought of the tremendous hassles with their competitors. I said "You just bought a customer for life!" Now I buy everything from Bunnings.

Good place to buy household hardware. You'd better check price online first before you visit because there's just too many options and the price may varies a lot. And good value stuff usually hide in the corner, take extra care and you may surprise how much you can save.

Bunnings used to have people seek you out to help. Now it seems like an effort to ask for anything. Usually just get yelled a isle number now. Typically better prices however.

Bunnings has a good variety of items from Trade related, DIY, Gardening and so on. Prices are competitive, but this seems to be at the expense of quality of many items. Choose wisely, checking the quality carefully including accuracy of measurements, sturdiness, fixtures, levels, etc. Be mindful of international differences, will an adapter be needed for it to 'work's in New Zealand, beautiful Aoteroa? GREAT BARGAINS TO BE FOUND!

This is a large Bunnings retail shop. It has ample parking, and a large variety of DIY and home products inside. The staff also seem to be friendly and helpful. Their main advertising pitch seems to be the price of their products. Personally, I only tend to buy things from Bunnings I only want to use a couple of times, or that I don't mind if it wont last. That's because although they pitch themselves as having the lowest prices, they also seem to have the lowest quality.

Staff - while really friendly - are generally clueless about the products they are selling - quite frustrating when you want recommendations or information. Also, don't bother calling if you want to speak to someone in the Trade department - you will be waiting a long time. They are helpful if you go in on person. Lastly, Bunnings in general is terrible at honoring their "lowest price guarantee" where they promise to beat any price by 15% if you have found the product cheaper elsewhere. They have so many ways to wriggle out of this, even if it is clearly the same brand and product.

Around 2:30 pm today, only 2 checkout operators were serving customers. At the one I was at the customer wanted to swap one of the items, and the operator said he could not cancel the order so I had to wait while the customer walked off to change the item. Eventually I went and stood in the only other queue and even after I was served the first operator was standing by his till. What a waste of resource. I am sure there must have been a way to put the order on hold, or just start over when the customer returned
