I.A good range of tools, prices ok. Big emphasis on selling expensive packs of battery powered tools, like DeWalt. This makes it harder to find ordinary products that real people want.
J.The guys in here are really friendly and know how to treat customers. Tools are well priced and usually good to fair quality; you certainly know what you're getting. I know some guys have a bit of a toolshed stigma, but I think this is mostly unjustified when you look at their prices and they need to get over it. They also have a great selection of branded tools...I'm a Milwaukee man and they have always given me the sharpest prices in town. Thanks guys, keep it up. (Update: no change, team is still great after 2 years, thanks Tony).
D.Staff don't let customers in without masks, despite mask exemptions which was concerning. However staff are lovely and really helpful.

Easy to find location close to Silverdale on/off ramp. Shop front recognisable from roadside. Plenty of easy level parking in front of store.
Clean, well-presented products. Logical setting out and a variety of presentation styles made it easy to move quickly through the myriad of tools and stuff. Hand tools, power tools and consumables at sharp prices. Great guarantee promise.
Pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful
