L.I adore their plant collection. They always look healthy and vibrant. The cacti in particular have a large variety. Just a tad bit expensive but all my plants from here have lasted for years now.
P.I live at this place ,always got wot you wont (except at the moment in the wood department since October last year they have had no decent wood delivery come on management sort it out.) Apart from that she's Allgood down mitre10 upperhutt.
J.Really impressed with the service provided by the kitchen/laundry department. The Häfele flat pack cupboards and drawer units, and the Elfa shelving system turned our laundry from drab to fab. Now it's an awesome space with marvelleous storage!
T.Pretty solid overall, Bunnings does have better prices though 😬
P.Good product range.service ok but not over great. Some staff seem to be preoccupied in putting stock away instead of serving customers looking for sevice

d.We had such a lovely experience today with the lady on the paint counter. We were buying all the paint to re paint my daughters first home..I think it was 48litres all up.. so a huge buy and as it was my daughter's first home she gave her as a gift, a paint roller, replacement rollers and sticks to stir the paint..we were blown away, what an amazing wee treat. 10 out of 10 💕

C.Since moving to Upper Hutt 2 years ago, I have been to Mitre 10 Mega Upper Hutt dozens of times. Each time I visit I am amazed at the quality of service. Staff willing to help out and go the extra mile, even making recommendations to purchase some smaller items elsewhere on the odd occasion, this treatment keeps me coming back. Final observation - all checkout staff engage well with customers and exhibit exceptional courtesy which is really appreciated.

J.Highly impressed with the layout and presentation of this store. Living in lower hutt has meant i don't usually visit the upper hutt store, so I was pleasantly surprised with this store when visiting. The kids had a great time in the play ground and then we relaxed in the Columbus coffee Cafe with some awesome nachos and really good coffee!

S.We always shop in Mitre10 since there isn't any other big stores to shop from in Upper Hutt the staff are nice and helpful. I like the store, but they offered good cheap deal and more variety.. We are renovating and the bill adds up..

J.Staff are always very helpful. They didn't stock a lot of nail plates, so I couldn't purchase what I needed. Quite expensive; can expect it would be priced better if you had a trade account.

J.Great place. Garden & building supplies are on hand for those around the house projects. The cafe is popular ... the peach iced tea is delicious... Little doglet is welcome in store too.
J.cafe was closed and i really wanted a brownie but otherwise ok
M.Service is usually helpful and friendly most of the time. Unfortunately on the one occasion when it mattered more, the staff member was unhelpful to the extent that one has to search for someone else in order to locate and pin down a specific product (a buying enquiry for a major item) that the employee assigned to the kitchen aisle failed to help us with.
In the end we did go to their competitor to purchase that item only because the attendant was so helpful in guiding us through the various, alternative kitchen products, which were spread over several aisles and even gave us helpful input regarding colour and texture considerations.
M10 has an enticing cafe which offers good coffee and more in the lush, nursery setting of pretty, potted plants. This is very popular with the locals especially on Sundays.

D.Great place, staff are so friendly and helpful it's always a pleasure going there whether it's for a nail or a kitchen . Their plants are great quality too and the Columbus Cafe on site is great,love they have tasty gluten free options as well as Paleo, vegan and keto.
D.I go there heaps but usually not impressed with the staff who usually are standing about talking to each other and don't want to help when approached. Love the Columbus cafe though.
