K.Choice of product, overwhelming.
Prices also overwhelming.
Customer service, Take it or leave it. Didn't even provide sufficient screws for the handles I bought. And as for longer screws - go fish! Better customer service at Pete's Emporium.
D.I purchased a replacement set of locks and door handles from KnN Thorndon.
They also have an installation team and I took the opportunity to get them to install my new locks and handles, because I’m hopeless at that type of work.
The result is fantastic; they arrived on time, installed my new locks, door handle and cleaned up the wood chips. We are very happy with the service from retail to installation.
