A. W.Very expensive and often doesn't have what I need. Staff is rude regarding masks and masks exemptions on the retail side of the store and appears indifferent on the subject on the trade side. Some staff members are incredibly helpful and pleasant such as the young red haired girl who served me as is the lady in the kitchen appliances department (Heather).

The staff are good natured, knowledgeable and always give me the vibe that they enjoy working there. The timber trade guys are always happy to help and offer advice. I've had some good yarns with some of them over the years.
