J. T.The men who served me each visit were disinterested in saying anything to me about the DeWalt chainsaw or weed eater, no instructions or demonstrations of use and maintenance. I wasn't told about the redemption of a torch and there was nothing at all on receipt. I could have purchased things to go with each such as a spare chain and bar and chain oil, but they seemed to want me to pay for items and leave. At Bunnings, Mitre 10 Mega and other stores I receive way better service as a woman looking at or purchasing power tools and accessories for myself

Yes, some 'budget' stuff priced for a short life-use, but a lot of better-end stuff at really sharp prices too. Hand tools, power tools and some extensive range of 'fittings' available. Awesome collection of socket sets and extra sockets available.
Convenient location with off-street parking near other on-to-it neighbouring businesses.

P.great place to shop on line and fantastic responce to warranty claim.bought a waterblaster two and a half years ago which suddenly stoped working. rang up to enquire about repairs and they said it was still under warranty..GREAT!!!!. sent it back,but after a couple of weeks they rang and said due to parts not available for at least a month they will send me a new one.i am extremely happy and have told my kids and friends.thank you and well done.
