S.Fantastic Vets. My labs have received the best possible care from routine check ups & vaccinations to an emergency visit for an injured paw. From the genuinely caring reception staff on the phones to the vets themselves my labs always get treated like family, couldn't ask for more. They even do follow up calls to make sure recovery is going smoothly.
C.We came for our first visit as an emergency a Saturday morning. Everyone was so nice and efficient, they manage to fit us straight away.
They called for follow up to see how our kitten was doing multiple times. Doctor Ee has been amazing! They all took great care of us.

K.This morning I brought my puppy Ivy in due to her having severe stomach pains that seemed to happen so quickly. I managed to get a morning appointment with Abbotts which I was so thankful for as my prior vets weren't open. I even contacted the emergency service under them and was told I would need to go somewhere else as they weren't going to be open much longer. The ladies at Abbotts Clinic were not just professional but were all so lovely to deal with. Due to Covid they discussed the steps with me via the phone while in my car, they then took Ivy and checked over her/gave her medication. I was also called before collecting her and everything was explained to me clearly. Once collecting Ivy I was informed how lovely she is and if any further issues continue please don't hesitate to contact them and bring her straight back. Due to the kindness, support and reassurance that I needed within this stressful time I'm happy to say Ivy is now registered with this amazing clinic. Thank you ladies for making my morning which was so stressful easy by helping Ivy in such short notice. Keep up all the great/hard work you're each doing in this busy/stressful time with Covid.

S.Kept everyone apart so felt totally safe and even though they take your pet to the examination rooms without you I felt they went above and beyond to check my cat all over.
s.We are so happy that you have taken our handsome bruno on as a client, brunos the sweetest happiest gentlest soul you could ever meet but we do understand he looks a little scary, so we were a little worried he might be declined as a new patient, however this was not the case and when he saw the vet wagging his tail she said that's why they're called happy staffies, we look forward to a very happy vet/pupper relationship but hope we don't have to see you guys too much lol!
M.Had the first vet appointment with my very shy rescue cat there, and the vet was very friendly, gentle and mindful of my cat's shyness. She took the time to check and explain everything and was very helpful. Highly recommended.
J.It is always a difficult decision to have one’s pet euthanised. Phoning the clinic early in the morning, I was greeted with empathy as I arranged for my elderly cat to leave this world within the half hour. Arriving at the clinic, again, the empathy was much appreciated. Dr Lilian Wong talked my husband and me through the process and was always calm and measured and professional. Thank you so much Team Abbots Way Vets in sending our beloved pet on her way. When the time is right to find a new pet, we will be back.
B.Abbotts way Vets have consistently provided good professional advice and consultancy with our Cat and Dogs . On my recent visit with my 15year old Bichon, Louise (the vet ) showed an excellent knowledgeable caring empathy which had a calming effect a potentially stressful visit . She also provided a good practical plan for treatment.

M.I have been going to this clinic for about ten years.I am very impressed with the loving care everyone on the team have always given my dogs.(and to me and my cat when she pops in for her yearly jab) The vets are very professional and thorough, The high fees are worth it.You are allowed to pay off a big bill in installments.Appointments are usually on time, unless there is an emergency.You are always greeted with a friendly ,"Hello" when you arrive .If you go here, I don't think you will ever regret it. I was very touched by David's caring attitude when he came to my home to put my elderly Labrador to sleep.Dsleep.Davud us the head vet.

A.We came to Abbotts Way for a second opinion on our sick dog. The vet (Rachel) is wonderful, her staff attentive and genuinely caring. I felt like the vet took the time to listen, and actually spend time with us as we sought treatment for our dog. We had been seeking treatment elsewhere for over a week and had super quick expensive consults where the vets really seemed more interested in paying for their new car park than taking the time to assess my sick dog. She was admitted, unfortunately tests indicated cancer and we chose to put her out of pain the next day. Rachel was amazing and her team were attentive and empathetic - genuinely. They provided time and space for us to say good bye and while incredibly difficult, the experience was made the best as it could. I have shifted my other dog here and will never return to my previous vet - thank you Rachel and team.
