Dr Para Nara，He is really good and patient. My cat could not urinate, so I went to see him and had a catheter inserted. He was very patient all the time. I went to see him for more than 4 times, and every time I asked him a lot of questions. Because my English was not good, I always worte question and show him.he answered my questions one by one. I think he is the best, most careful and patient doctor in the veterinary hospital. This hospital is not expensive, I really recommend everyone to come.

Competitive pricing, on time and extremely busy which make sense.. if someone do good work then they will be busy. Thanks Vets & Staff for your amazing services. Keep it up.

Super busy but we were seen quickly and my puppy's procedure was quick and well cared for. The cost was also very affordable. Will definitely look at coming back.

Best to arrive as early as possible. Understandable with such cheap pricing heaps of people go there. I got there at about 8am and was seen at about 1130am, wasn't too bad though - theres a website where you can see what number they are up to i returned when it got closer to my number. The vet was really fast and helpful when i asked questions. Given the pressure of covid and how busy they are aswel as staff numbers changing (because of covid) i really liked the service for my kitties there.

You have to have patience and wait till your number comes up. The young women on the reception are dedicated to their job and work tirelessly even in times when they are abused by customers. The service to your pet is great. They have treated 3 of my dogs and the vet supported me with my little Becky to make the decision to let her go to heaven. I tautoko support this service. Its affordable to my budget and realistic compared to your mainstream vets who charge so much more.

Have been bringing pets here for a year now, overall the prices and service is good. With the understanding that they are understaffed, I feel that they could definitely improve with a more organised system for the early morning queues, a more detailed explanation of the costs (especially when bringing in more than one pet).

Few things I want to talk about; Their price cannot be beaten by any other vets, it's extremely cheap in comparison. It might make you wonder why.. The receptionist can be somewhat more friendly despite being so busy. Now, the real stuff I want to talk about is their Veterinarians.. One had his license suspended few times and the other one is being accused of conducting other procedures without the owners consent. You can google their name and find it out. Although I am giving them a 4 stars as my cat seems fine, but I am starting to doubt if anything else has been done or have been looked after okay. I will go somewhere else with my 2nd cat.

Made a appointment was told to get there early so I did didn't mind the wait left 3 cats there 1 to be neutered and 2 to be spayed great service could pick them up on time so rung them they kept them over night was charged which was great picked my cats up and brought home they are healed and doing great thank you to the vets and staff I trust yous as I've brought several cats there over the years always good service 👍

Reasonable in price for their services, extremely popular veterinary service so need to get there before 7am or will find yourself in a que for upto 2hrs, pays to book ahead so you can drop and go, wasn't happy my 3mth pup was vaccinated with a CAT Vax She's a Dog! I got a oops I think I just gave your dog a cat Vax!! Can imagine my horror! Make sure the vet KNOWS what he or she has in front of them. Overall they're a good vet, just always overcrowded. Would like to be able to get through via phone but is always switched to after hours messaging service, how are we to check our pets are ready for pick up, surely not everyone is given 4-5 or it would be chaos

Such a great veterinary clinic, bit of a wait so had to get in early, but so worth it! The team works diligently for our pets and they are all about their wellbeing they all deserve medals for all their dedication and hard work.

Great vets. No appointment needed but sometimes there is a very long wait. Prices are very affordable and very caring and helpful staff. I drive all the way from West because they are so good. Extremely helpful staff. Parking a bit difficult

Very busy vets the price r very reasonable, so best go there early drop off the pets then pick up in the afternoon

The price do is unbeatable compared to other vet~ Very convenient thing is you can wait in your car and the reception ladies will call you when is your turn~~~ HOWEVER! Vet there is not very skillful and the attitude when dealing with my cat is a bit impatient and rough ~ they just can’t give you very confident suggestions so I recommend don’t take your pet when they are in serious and complicated health issues ~

First time visiting and k really love it Animal vet is so cool for out babies we have 4 beautiful cats and 2 fabulous dogs all in the family

Very reasonable service and good value for money, you have to be patient sometimes waiting for hours but it’s worth it. They have a cleaver web system to track Your turn in the queue. Very friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

Awesome vet great staff the wait times are long but it would be with your prices being super low also the ticket system works well go in get a number you can leave then come back when close to your turn. Happy customers. Thank you great south vets.

Their very friendly, have awesome customer service. You can ask any questions that you may have and they will answer them. Very affordable. Would recommend them.

Good vets. Long wait time which is a given due to circumstances. However on the website it say the wait times are due to the labor partys boarder restrictions limiting them being able to get qualified vets. However I have been going to this vet for years and there was signs long long before the pandemic apologising for the long wait due to only have 1/2 the vets the need due to a shortage of vets in new zealand. I do agree with the priciple but I feel as though its a cheap shot at the labour party as this problem was well pre-exising. Which is a little bit cheaky.

It is so popular. More economical. I wish one day I can win the lottery to open a Vets like this to help our 4 legs friends.

Can get very busy though I very much like their ticket system. They give you a ticket with your number, this number gives you an idea how far you are in the que.and you can check live what number is currently being seen by the vet (You can do this online on any device, uses data. Instructions are given on the ticket they give you) usually if its a long wait between consultations you'll be able to go and run your errands etc and then gauge when to go back in time for your pet to be seen, so your not waiting hours in the carpark.

I appreciated alll da service they gav me. Had 2 pt my girl down bcos she was riddled wif cancer. They crem8d her n put her n a nice box. I closed my account bcos ive moved. Thank u so much i will always cherish the friendship we had . Thank u very much Hone wilson

We've had our dogs here for treatment multiple times, one more than the other. The vets and staff are great!! They're very knowledgeable and helpful.Lately we had to euthanize one of our dogs at 12 years of age due to cancer and we couldn't have hoped for an easier process. It was very peaceful and the vet in charge of this was very calm and comforting to both us and our dog.

The only vets I know of in Auckland who don't over charge for services and are more concerned about your pet than getting rich. Thank you for being here !!!

One of the older girls behind the counter was so rude to an Asian couple everyone felt like leaving on the 1st of June 2020 Wednesday. Appalled by her condescending manner we expressed to the couple that they did no wrong for them to feel misunderstood. Otherwise always a wait and parking is a shambles! The rest of the staff are great! 👍

There is a wait but well worth it. Staff, both admin and doctors are great to work with. And the prices....

I used this vet a few times in past but after I read everyone's reviews, I thought I may go somewhere else because quite a few people complaining a wait time and they seem not doing anything about this issue. I hope they will start using online booking or something to solve the problem.

Great vet centre. Feel bad for the staff as so many pets and people - shows how great of a place this is. Our boy gets anxious so he often gets seen in the side room and is let in from the side rather than main entrance. Thanks for this option guys. All positive experiences, the only downside we’ve had were the xrays taken a few years back although very cheap compared to others weren’t clear enough for specialist so got another.

My cat visits the clinic once a year for a jab. Kind staff and experienced vets Also I love to wait in a waiting room, watching other animals and talking to other people next to me.

Very busy place and no added stress, made appointment and job was scheduled... Friendly staff and very good price and experience, my reg vet wanted 1300-1500 for some dental work and this bill was 350 so really good value for the same outcome... Highly recommend and know why they have long lines waiting at the door, cos they are A1 service... 2nd time visiting them and both times been happy with results...

We brought our dog here for surgery, paid a deposit, and we were allowed to pay rest later, it was very costly, but worth it and cheaper than other vets, the surgeon did a very a good job, we were very happy with the results, but we were sent home with no medication for pain relief, we thought that odd, but we were told she didn't need any, so we went took our dog home for the weekend to recover, and bought her back on the Monday and paid the rest of the bill, I took a look at the invoice, and it had medication on it that we didn't receive, that totalled over a hundred dollars, so I took it back and got a refund, so end story my dog suffered with no pain relief, because they told us we didn't need it, what a muckup. Maybe the staff were a little stressed because of the level 4 lock down and they were very busy, I don't know. But even after that, I would still recommend them. I'll just remember for next time.

Prices are the best in Auckland - only $29 for a consultation. Staff are relaxed and friendly. Good parking, easy location. Come in and take a number and wait to be seen. Usually 12 vets on (short staffed currently because of Covid) but roster will be filled again when Covid is finally gone.

We were 6th in line, parking is abit of a issue, just because some weren't parked properly lol🤣. Great customer service we were served by a young Asian guy doctor, he was very good he checked our dog Thoroughly, talked us through everything for our dog. We were very happy with what he told us. The girl at the Reception was good her customer service an her professionalism was amazing. 😊😊

Good prices and very helpful abit of waiting

Lovely vet and very affordable prices. Been here a few times and usually arrive before opening so wait time is reduced. Most times people respect first in first served, but would be good if the staff reminded those few inconsiderate people who arrive just before the doors open and push in, to queue in order of arrival (sometimes they do but not always).

Affordable if your a patient person just got my number early went off to do a few things checked my number and came back in time to get my puppies vaccinated. Added worming and flea treatment ✅ Parking is limited but if it's not an emergency I'm sure our community can work around it and respect each others own issues.

Highly recommended. Crazy busy and insane parking but definitely worth the effort.

Long wait (3hrs) due to only 3 vets working, hardly any parking spaces but luckily on road parking close by. Staff were super friendly and helpful and Vet definitely knew her stuff! Real affordable prices imo.

Best vets in the whole of Auckland by far! Been using them since 15+ years now with my first dog and now my second. Cheapest prices and best service, they don’t beat around the bush at all and they never try ripping customers off at all. Can be but of a wait sometimes but it’s def worth it, 5 stars is just not enough to rate them I give them 100 !

I would recommend Great South Vets for their great value and wide range of services; they are one of the most affordable vets in Auckland and also are open on weekends which was a lifesaver when our dog needed to be seen on a Sunday. (A better option than paying the exorbitant prices of an after-hours vet!) However, the clinic is often crowded with long lines, they mentioned they are currently understaffed. Because of this the wait times can be long especially because they do not allow prior booking of appointment times, so you can't predict how long you'll be waiting until you show up. Last time the staff told me the waiting time was about half an hour but my dog ended up waiting, in pain, for four hours in the waiting room and it was a very difficult time and the staff seemed very busy and rushed though still professional. Again, this doesn't necessarily reflect on them since they are understaffed so I understand it must be hard, but it's something potential clients should be aware of.

You have to wait as they are very busy. Vets are very nice and are there to look after your pet not their own bank account. Great prices. 3 months flee and worm treatment. vacation and micro chip and full check up. For $100. Once you get use to the new system you can check in and go for a coffee or a walk and check your place in the line on your phone.

For vet treatment that will not rob your bank come see this team. We breed rabbits and it’s lots cheaper for us to travel across from West Auckland to have the simple operation done than to use the services of local veterinarians. Team are knowledgeable and great service.

Unbeatable prices and great staff. Got 2 vaccinations and paid about $56 only and the vet did great checkup of my 6 month old pup. At the other vet in Remuera I paid $80 for just to be seen a vet. Just be ready to wait a little but worth it than paying a fortune for average service.

Fantastic Vet. So busy though. if you're wanting a morning appointment you need to arrive at least an hour b4 you need the vet. You cant really make an appointment via the phone so have have to go in with your pet. Waiting time is usually 1-3hrs.

The wait is long however what a great place. The staff were super compassionate and were trying their best to keep up. Keep going strong and hopefully boarders open soon so you can get more vets.

They provide the best possible services, we've taken all of our pets here, we all know vet Bill's are never cheap, but they do work with the best as they possibly can. We continue to use them now and not a problem so far.

Good location, great vets and support staff plus very affordable. Expect long waiting times as there are no bookings but they do have a pretty good ticket system to manage the queue. Watch out for parking in bus lane out front Monday-Friday 7-9am..

Very thorough, VERY AFFORDABLE, desperately need more veterinarians on board as the wait is considerably long but that's because of covid.

I went to the Great South Vets first time today because I was told the price was very reasonable and I googled the reviews and seems to be quite good as well. I have been with 4 other vets before, I would have to say the quality, value from Great South Vet was just out of my expectation. few months ago my Cooper had so many different tests including blood, urine, glucose, xray and ultrasound from another vet which costed me total of around 7Ks, and the result/diagnoses was kind of not very helpful. Today Cooper had the ultrasound again, which costed $120 only (the ultrasound done from the previous vet few months back was around $700) and Great South Vet could find the cause why cooper hasn't been well. Both vets Sue and Teresa basically went through Cooper's medical history with me and were really really helpful. wonderful. I just wish that I was told about GSV sooner....... even just the consultation fee from all my previous vets were more than $60, GSV charged me $29....

Great place. Everytime I have taken my animals in there the staff have been great. Yes long wait times but that's due to it being a walk in clinic. Last visited on 7/3/20 to put my cat down and they were so amazing. My cat was deaf and losing his eyesight so they sedated him to make it a more peaceful experience. Never had a animal sedated before euthanasia but it was definitely the most memorable as I was able to get time with my boy while he was asleep before this. Thank you to the staff here. You have no idea how much that helped me.

We were very impressed with their quick and friendly service. Our puppies had their operations and they looking good and already up and running 😊👍 Will definitely recommend them and take our fur babies there when needed. Thank you for an excellent service!!

Our vet clinic for 6yrs now & we live west akl. Our two pitties like the staff alot. For a major surgery - xray/OP/meds +nail trim & follow up visit one wk later we saved between $400 to $1600 compared to west akl prices. Carpark is approx 6-8 tight spots. When it's full, I park one minute away on Baird Road where Pizza Hut is amongst a group of shops, dairy, bakery etc so your baby & u can nibble/drink/lay on the grass & chillax while waiting. When you sign in, let them know u need to park off-site, (if full) & that you'll call close to ETA. They have a good queue tracking system in place. Seperate entrance & wait room option for stressed & anxious pets. Best clinic, better service, basic fee structure. Wtg Great Sth

Wonderful vets who take excellent care of your pets at truly affordable prices. Sometimes the wait is long, but it is always worth it.

Wonderful vet and great staff working there for the most part. The costs are far cheaper than anywhere else and I wouldnt want to really go anywhere else! The downside is how busy it can get, sometimes you wait hours, as there is unfortunately a shortgage of staff, hence why appt only may be a better choice now, or to advise people they will wait hours, as there was people being put before others who were waiting at the vet in busier times. I believe if you wait at the vet, you should be made a priority, and not allow others to go home/leave the vet premises to be called to come back when it is there turn, it gives a false sense that you arent as busy as you are, or at least communicate there is people before clients waiting, a family member was stuck waiting over 3 hours at the vet. Thank you for your low prices and quality service. Overall, a good choice for your pet.

Car parking really needs to be looked at. The place needs a really good tidy up honestly the office space for the staff is just shocking (if your the owner do renovations) Staff was awesome during level 3. Couldn't find my online booking but they sorted it and given some good valued opinions

Very affordable vet, much cheaper than most vet places. The big downside is that the wait times can be quite long. There were also a couple of times where I've experienced inconsistent advice from different veterinaries in this clinic.

We took our cat in today, at alert level3 they were open on a Saturday right on time. We were told to complete a sheet with basic information and to wait on our car and a vet would come to see us. We were seen by Vet Shirlene Leslie, she was super friendly and asked what was happening, she took our baby cat in for a consultation. 20min later she came back to our car were we waited. She was spot on and explained to us what was happening (allergic reaction on our cat, caused by flea bite). She was super professional and friendly! I would recommend her services any day! Will definitely come back and feel that I have finally found out family vet! Theres more! The price charged for a injection of corticoides, the consultantation on saturday and a new package of flea treatment was under 150!!! Can you believe it?! Thank you Great South Vet and thank you Shirley! You guys rock!

My pets go to place 😍 great service and lovely staff. After picking my cat up from being fixed last year November he ran away in the carpark due to the noise and him just being scared. Miss him like crazy always go back to call him and posted missing posters. Thankyou great south vets for taking care of our animals when they need it. 😊

Great vets n nurses. Staff is very friendly, professional & polite. Go early & you get to finish early. Every Dr are attentive, caring & are pet lovers. Your pets are in very good hands and care. It'ser busy during weekends & staff is even more patient. 10-30 minutes waiting for low to moderate customers. In 2014, Surgeon & nurses care for my cat who underwent a major surgery after rundown by an unknown car who had <50% survival rate. My same 🐈 under went 2 surgery for stones in bladder & recover after 1 week of close monitoring. Great work Team!

When I rung Great Sth Vets I asked on prices for the service I was wanting, when I arrived I was given another price. So I would appreciate it if they would give me accurate prices or explain in detail of pricing on the phone so I don't get a surprise when I turn up. Apart from that I think the service they provided for me and my dog was excellent

Since the covid19 pandemic, customers have been using the laybuy payment options of Humm, Afterpay, Zip, Genoapay and other apps like these but, South Vets are still stuck in cash or eftpos payments which is hard and unexpected when your dog is sick 🤮 or been injured. The above payment options are so popular now, people are moving away from hire purchase or loan finance companies because the interest rates are just out the door 🚪. Please consider moving to at least two of these laybuy options as it is so user friendly, that i had to move to papatoetoe vets on east tamaki rd, because they were letting people use the Genoapay Laybuy App payment method for emergencies or maintenance of my dogs health. Please consider this from a customer service point of view. Thanks Kataraina and Cindy🚶‍♀️❤️🐩

Awesome vet and cheap price. I met people who loved their job and pets and tried their best for the animal. My dog was suffering from a "rare sickness", they searched days after days and did their best to save him. It was hard time for us and our dog... but I can say without any doubt: I trust them. Thanks to the team for their support, advice, professionalism and kindness.

This place is awesome really friendly and they know their stuff! I'm a first time owner of a pitbull mastiff puppy and they helped me to understand his needs also gave me some great advise on how to properly train him so that he's safe and others feel safe around him highly recomend this vet place even though they're busy I wouldn't take my baby boy anywhere else 😍

Great vets they're absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond with their services. They're the most affordable vets I have come across I travel to go to this veternarian clinic they're well worth the drive. Remember this is a walk in clinic so there is waiting time but for me the services provided are worth it

Been going there a number of years with our cat since the rescue centre introduced us to them when we adopted her. Dr. Sue Grant has been looking after her for the last couple of days and has been genuinely compassionate and kind during and after the consultation. She even called me outside of work hours to see how our cat was doing (she swallowed something rather large). Wait times are long at times but it's very reasonably priced for a reason. Highly recommend this practice and also having pet insurance for any potential surgeries.

Worked around our budget, were super friendly and Inviting and super supportive. We came from another vet to this one the other was quiet rude so we left, but as soon as we walked in the atmosphere, the people, you just know they care about the animals. Thank yous for looking after our girl

Best vet and ultra sound technician ever, big thanks to Dr Teresa and sue the unsung heroes, Our dog is almost 13 years old and has diagnosed wih d been collapsing 4 times in the past 6 mouths, we've been spending more than 8k with no insurance, been to so many vets, emergency with no detailed information provided , they are pricey and not as professional, but Dr Teresa and Sue are exceptional, Sue read thru all our medical report which has over 20k words and came up with a an extremely detailed report with 5 whole pages, explaining the result, treatment, prevention of future complications, and recommendation of whats the best for our pupper, same as Dr Teresa explained all medical terms with graph and super patient took her more than 1 hour went thru all details with us, also provide lots of support that might beable to stabilize glucose level. And how much does everything cost? 230 compared to carevet, abbotway 8xxx. These two are literally angels but human in disguised! Can't thank you both enough

My old girl had a molar removed after it was found to be cracked in half with the root exposed,she was treated with the best of care and the staff were caring and amazing. She's back to herself and fully recovered

Such a popular place. They have been short on vets for a little while but it looks to be a national problem across the board. We just go in for arthritis injections for my cat and they are really good at prioritising the quick turn arounds over the longer visits which is great.

Great South Vets are so well priced compared to other vets in the same area... I like that they are open until 8pm every week night - and that you don't need an appointment, you can just rock up. I would of given it 5 stars - but unfortunately the smell of the waiting room can be pretty off putting at times Still a highly recommended vet!!

Absolutely love this vet clinic. They are very reasonably priced and always happy to accommodate your situation. Yes you often have to wait as they don't take appointments but its worth it.

You might have to wait a while before they can see you as they only do walk ins for general consults. But they are really good and are reasonable with pricing.

Based on word of mouth I tried this vet even though I live in West Auckland. First time here and I will never go anywhere else now. The staff were absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!!!

A busy vet clinc. First in, first served as no booking/appointment system. 6-7 carpark spaces on premises but quickly fills up. Has off-street parking on busy road though. Busy between 7am to 8am due to people dropping pets off for surgery, then probably another peak after 3pm. Currently down to 5 veterinarian so even more busy. If you want to get an appointment, often people need to wait outside from 6am.Pricing is good - annual check ups, vaccinations etc. not too expensive compared to other areas.

Loved it! Great Vets, been a few times now and yes they are very affordable considering the cost of Vets in general. Parking is great, but does get very busy, although I have not had to wait long for a park or there is plenty street parking.

They go to extreme lengths for your pets. Plus the are reasonable with their charges. As a frequent flier I would never considered going elsewhere. They are extremely busy so do expect to have a bit of a wait. They have given me too service for a number of years.

I've always had great service here. The prices are remarkable and my animals have always been well taken care of. My most recent visit was for vaccination and microchip and worm treatment total cost $51.00 compared to my local vet of $150

They are not just the cheapest vet you can find in Auckland, they are much more than that! they literally save my dog with the exact same care, techniques and equipment than any other vet! It make me realize how other vet can be much more interested by your money than your pet! Everyone (vets, nurse) was very kind to us and our dog so what more could you ask for? The vet I dealt with was very friendly & explained everything. She did the surgery on my cat to have some of his broken terth removed. Scrubbed them clean and dosed him on pain killers. They are a very busy vet hospital, but they are very kind to your pet and respectiful. Also, they have an affordable price to every procedure! I’m happy about having taken my kitten there.

Affordable care is the best thing about Great South Vets. They also have very friendly staff. The only unfortunate downside to Great South Vets is that everyone in the area knows that this is a great place to bring their pets so it is constantly busy. I've personally found it busiest during the early morning hours where people try to visit before they head off to work. Try around 10am or 11am and it should be a much shorter wait.

This is by far the cheapest vet around. They have a bit of a long wait compared to other vets you can't book appointments you just have to show up and wait your place in line. The staff are friendly and helpful. Theres plenty of parking and room in the waiting area, even a bench you can sit on outside. For the price its definitely worth the wait. I have been going to this vet for years and will keep coming to this vet for years to come. Thanks great south vets

The most affordable vet by a long shot. Great staff and you meet great people in the waiting room. No appointments so just rock up. However depending on how busy it is you can be in for a long wait. Longest wait for me was 3hrs 20 mins! That was at the extreme though. I've been in and out within 30 mins on other occasions. Perhaps call ahead to check how busy they are. The pet food is also very well priced here.

The staff provide the basic services you would expect for a cheap vet and can’t say I have anything to complain about. Yes there is a bit of a wait considering their staffing levels have halved, yes they may see other pets ahead of your pet if it's more urgent but the staff are always friendly and professional, and the prices are affordable. Parking can be an issue if it's full but it's best to get in early if you can. You've probably heard of some horror stories on social media etc but so far every visit has been a great experience for us.

Cheap affordable pet care for your animals. Have been a customer for years here with different animals, did not come here for a while, however upon returning last week it was evident that the waiting times for the vets has become less although they are very busy. they take great care of the animals brought in for surgery and their communication i found exceptional. It is better to either see them in person or email as phone calls take the back seat when dealing with so many other people in reception.

My 5 month old kitten Beckett went in for a standard spaying procedure. Sadly, we discovered very quickly that she was allergic to Penicillin. Her heart stopped and we almost lost her. The wonderful staff cared for her and I am due to pick her up tomorrow. They have constantly kept me up to date and when I cried over the phone when we almost lost her, they were worried about me. They understand that she is not just a cat, she is family. Beckett will always go there now. They are just as concerned with her well-being as I am.

Last week we had to euthanize mums beloved 15 year old cat, mums 80, so she was heart broken, however I would like to praise the vet that assisted us, mum spoke really highly about how the vet dealt with Kitty and advised mum what was happening and said nice things about him, it was his time, old boys body wasn't doing well, in hindsight this cat lived at Port Waikato, the vets in Pukekohe are too expensive so we took him to Papatoetoe, which is where I live, he had a dignified passing, thank you so much Great South Vets for assisting us during this sensitive time

We often take our dog here, and the service is always great. It's hard to find a good vet in Auckland, but Great South Vets are great!

Great value for the service ,but the waiting is too long , 3-4 hours or even more. It says that the injections can be done by a nurse, and you don't need to stay in que to visit a vet, but when I visited on Sat there were no nurse available , I arrived an hour before opening time and ended up to wait for 4 hours for a vaccination. Very frustrating as my kitten couldn't wait that long in the cage and peed and pooped in it which can be expected. They say that they don't have enough vets , but at least they can arrange the visits by appointment only , so that would prevent this problem.
