A.My husband was taken into hospital last Sat with severe pain in his stomach. Paramedics were fabulous and his stay in the hospital 🏥 has been great JACK and Melissa his nurse were fantastic all the other staff A1 treatment. My husband has not long so o appreciate the support from North Shore hospital 👏 👍

It has been three-plus weeks since my first ED attendance (21/11) with a fractured wrist until my eventual wrist operation (9/12) and I am still bathed in the memory of your complete professionalism and kindness. I felt totally cared for - nothing was a problem. You also respected my age by not treating me like a “76-year-old Senior”. You patiently answered all my queries and administered to my needs without hesitation. I am forever grateful.
j.The surgeon was fantastic pulls no punches tells you everything even if you don't want to hear it. The staff were exceptional. ORCA team well done .the anesthesia guys were great and explained everything. I think everyone went beyond what they needed to do

R.Large public hospital in the North shore central area.
The location is easily accessible by road and public transport.
There is ample paid parking on site, which is little expensive but very convenient.
Facilities are very nice and well maintained.
The emergency department is open 24x7 which is a huge plus point.
All the staff are nice and helpful.
Highly recommended.
G.I was admitted to NSH 2 weekends ago, I needed an operation on my hands on Sunday evening due to a boating accident. From the time I got there to Monday when I left the nurses and doctors were amazing. Super friendly and made me feel welcome and cared for. Totally opposite to the madness Covid is creating outside. You should be very proud of your staff and the incredible care they take of their patients. Thanks to everyone that looked after me.
H.The emergency department at northshore hospital is out of this world! Our little baby bumped his head and we weren't sure of has sure of how serious it was, so we took him to the ER and we were treated with with the utmost level of urgency and professionalism and care for our little 1. The staff were highly knowledgeable and compassionate they even brought us a small snack because we were there for quite some time. We left the hospital after a few hours feeling way less stressed. Thanks to Tumi, Marissa, David, and two other nurses (name escapes me) who made us and baby feel very cared for.
D.They treat patients well I think but as a visitor/support person my experience was woeful. No one knew where the patient was. No covid vaccine pass required. No call from the hospital. Had to figure it out with the patient on messenger.
