Thankyou to all the lovely caring staff especially Cathy who showed kindness and confidence walking me through my procedure. I was nervous but was put at ease by all the staff having a very professional bedside manner. Everyone of you are amazing 👏

Amazing team. Every single person I dealt with from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out made me feel so comfortable about the procedure I was having done and even had me laughing before it. Thank you so much!

Caring, professional staff; right from the reception, to nurses and the specialists. Modern facilities, equipment and amenities.

Thank you to the awesome team at Waitemata Endoscopy for your 5 star treatment and service! The entire experience was very professional, efficient and easy, from the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, to the comprehensive information received via courier, to the reception staff, intake nurse, the specialist and the assisting nurses. I attended the West Auckland clinic, and was very impressed with the ease of parking, the brand new building and wowza, what a delish chicken wrap to dig into after not eating food for almost 24 hours! Highly recommended, thank you one and all, looking forward to returning in 5 years time!

Nursing staff were great during and POST procedure but definitely lacking in Patient pre-procedure care. 20 minutes wait after appointment time in reception. No explanation. Put in to private cubicle with own bathroom after nurse did Obs.
2 hard chairs to wait on. Curtain closed on Me. 2 hours later no-one had come in to check on me. Now almost 3 hours past appointment start. I had to go out and find out what was going on. To be told oh,we are running behind.
No Nurse or other staff came in to see if all was well, did I need a blanket to keep warm. No notification of delay. Conflicting information given about end of procedure time. Cold and uncomfortable waiting area.
This definitely needs to be re addressed. Would hate to be an elderly person waiting that long on those chairs.
Pre Procedure Patient care needs to be addressed.

From the moment I stepped through the doors I was so impressed with every single person I encountered - I felt so cared for and understood. They all made a nerve racking experience as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Dr Ali Jafer, a true expert that works with kindness and compassion.
