C.Excellent. I had an anaphylactic reaction and they let me straight through the ER. These people saved my life and did it for free. The bedding was conformable and they responded to the buzzer very quickly. Warm blankets and pillows were provided. Thank you for keeping me alive and well.
F.The new part of the hospital is nice, modern and good. but the old part is ugly, gross, dark and stinky. It looks abandoned. I felt scared for my life. The children’s ward is through there so poor them
R.Today I visited Rotorua Hospital - my wife was having an MRI and C scan, the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and caring, there are not enough adjectives to describe our visit. All I can say is the CEO of this DHB must a very proud CEO. Thank you so very much to you all.
D.Had a great experience which has been rare with my use of A&E centres around the country and have to say that the Rotorua one was the best for me. I checked on Google to see how busy they'd be, then came in. Waited patiently but was seen within 30 mins of arrival by nurse no.1 then 30 mins later by nurse no.2 then another hour later by my first doctor, then 10 mins later by xray staff, another 10 mins later by ultrasound staff and one more time by the Dr. Went in at 9am, came out at 2pm but felt really good. Ka mau te wehi.
J.Wonderful staff, they take you seriously and go out of their way to be accommodating. Couldnt have had a better experience. Thank you.
N.The staff was extremely kind and efficient. They really tried their best to make things less stressful for our 1 yo daughter. She was even given a free soft toy to comfort her. We saw a doctor only minutes after our arrival so waiting was nearly non-existent. And we did not even have to pay a cent as it was an accident that got us there. Thumbs up for Rotorua Hospital
