R.Great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the Vinyard in quiet and peaceful surroundings. The units are modern, with great facilities and lots of room. Best bed that I have slept in in a long while. I have no hesitation in recommending the Weaver Estate accommodation.

B.Tiny, family-run winery. Daughter is the wine maker. Beautiful tasting room & location. Pinot Noir (2011 in particular) and Pinot Noir Rosé wines are fantastic!

It is a pity that I can not get it in Japan.
Other wines also use aluminum barrels and wooden barrels skillfully, so there are many variations and it will be fun no matter what you get. Pino Noir 2014 has a strong acidity and a young taste, but it has a solid flavor and is a good wine that you will like while you repeat the number of times with the first and second bite.
A cottage where you can enjoy your time in a wine vineyard. I recommend it.

このワイナリーでは、珍しいオレンジ色のワインが楽しめます。Autumn Gris 2014
これは、珍しさ以上に、柑橘系のフルーティな味わいに、ほのかな甘みが有り、喉を爽やかにしてくれる素敵なクオリティを持っていました。
日本で、手に入らないのが本当に残念です。
他のワインもアルミ樽と木樽を巧く使って、バリエーション豊富で、どれを頂いても楽しくなります。2014 Pino Noirは、酸味が強い若めながらも、しっかりとした風味が有り、一口目、二口目と回数を重ねる内に好きになる・・・良いワインです。
ワインのぶどう畑の中で、自分の時間を楽しめるコテージ。オススメします。
