N.Great stay, booked the apartment the night before my wedding and surpassed all expectations. Very spacious, modern and clean. Nice views and the staff were really accommodating to all the people coming and going I.e photographers, make up artists, friends & parents etc. Exceptional service and they even allowed late check out to accommodate on the day of my wedding. A complimentary bottle of bubbles upon arrival and a lovely card made it even more special. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely look to book again soon.
J.Clean, spacious and conveniently located. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I stayed here for a work trip, but when I go back to Auckland for personal travel, I'll be staying here again.
E.This is a lovely, peaceful, homely, clean, very comfortable & warm hotel. We slept so well on the comfortable Queen size bed. Everything was so welcoming & inviting on a cool autumn day in Auckland. It is located at the bottom of town near Quay St but is close enough to walk to pubs/clubs/restaurants as well as the local supermarket. It was also really reasonably priced for what we got which was a an awesome executive studio apartment with kitchen & laundry facilities which was so cool to have that for a change. We didn't really need to talk to staff but the ones we did talk to were very nice & friendly. Would definitely go back their again!!! Highly recommend this hotel.
J.Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked. Excellent location, close to the Arena, supermarket and places to eat. Clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed. Was a bit worried about the location of loo beside an exterior frosted glass wall with light on, but that's my issue really. Would happily stay here again.
P.Recently stayed here for two nights when going to the twenty one pilots gig. Super close to the venue. Staff were really friendly. The accommodation was really clean and well laid out. We had a great stay and will definitely return if we are ever back in Auckland! :)
U.Amazing! We were upgraded to the premier two bedroom apartment from a standard room for no extra charge. The room was very clean and tidy, had a great view from the balcony. Air con in every room in the apartment and even had a fireplace. Staff were very helpful. Food was great!
Overall we had a pleasant experience. Will defiantly be back.
B.Cute hotel with a great location. I've stayed here a couple of times and each visit has been a great urban retreat.
The foyer and rooms are well appointed with my favourite feature being the floor to ceiling windows with large heavy curtains to block out the impeding daylight.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant serves up a GREAT breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my Eggs Benedict and the evening before a cheeseboard and espresso martini went down well!

P.Absolutely fabulous!! Had my birthday the first day I arrived and the staff and manager brought champagne and a red velvet cake to my room compete with signed card and balloon . That was day 1 and the next 4 were just as wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and full of suggestions for fun day trips. The proximity to the arena made the Pink Concert an unexpected treat while in New Zealand. I will be back to stay longer. The apartment room with a grocery store around the corner made for $$$ saved on food .I looked forward to talking to Matt, Mike and all the rest .Perfect thank you
A.Loved staying here for our first time!! Probably the best customer service we have ever had from a hotel we have ever stayed at. Love the 11am check out time, that extra hour is a huge difference! The room was great! And we loved the balcony on the floor level and top level! Thank you so much!

S.Great location and value. Rooms come with microwave, fridge, and kettle plus utencils, and other kitchen ware. Bed is comfortable with good quality sheets and 4 pillows of varying firmness. Bathroom is spacious and shower is palatial with 2 separate shower heads. Could have built in a larger counter area, but moved Kleenex to under the sink and there is room enough for the basics. Water gets hot quickly and water pressure is great. Gym is small but we'll equipped. A roller and mat would have be nice additions but area is clean with sanitizer and towels, and water to drink. There is a cafe that looks good though I haven't tried it yet. There are 2 computer terminals in the lobby as well as some comfy looking furnishings. Internet I'd complimentary. Really nice place to stay and I would definitely stay here again!!
D.Stayed at Adina September 2018. Location is a quick 5 minute walk to Britomart and a grocery store. Reception staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Stayed in a king 1-bedroom suite. Kitchen unit was stocked with all needed utensils, pots and pans. The bed was very comfy. The entire unit was clean and well-maintained. The attached restaurant Yard had a great breakfast and serves excellent coffee.
T.We had the best experience at this hotel from the moment we checked-in. Staff were gret to deal with and price was very competitive. Some senior staff were very good but they were on evening duties. There is no plug for the hand basin, the toilet roll holder is in an odd position and nowhere to put toiletries.
N.A really nice apartment hotel. Just outside the noisy part of the cbd but near lots of lovely restaurants. On site the staff are great. The little restaurant is now better priced. Rooms are pleasant with good views near vector arena park. Would continue to book here.
D.Overall its a good experience stay with them. I would give a higher score if the room is same side as windows can be opened loke last time. The floor of the room i stayed this time was not clean.they are super busy i was asking to change a room because of the floor and cant-be-turned-off range hood. There is no room available for me to change as i was being upgraded. Ive spoken to the manger several times and she was nice to walk me to other available rooms but they were not the same type. I really appreciated her help even though i didnt get what id like.
T.Stayed here for an event at the Vector Arena and it couldn't have been more conveniently located. The cleaners had been in and hadn't closed our door properly. Great help from the luggage guy to our room. Parking was $25 a night and the room rate was reasonable. I would be happy to stay here again next time I am visiting Auckland.
J.The two bedroom apartment is very nice including kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. When you first arrive and you plan on parking don't go to their parking lot, you can't get in without checking in first because you need your key to open the gate. Staff is nice. They don't really have many dishes stocked in the kitchen. If you are using the sofabed make sure you ask for sheets since they don't provide it in the room.
S.update Feb 2018: stayed on level 2 which suffered from lots of street noise and I got wet walking from my room to the lifts as there's no cover. a warning too, the parking here is stupid expensive, I won't be staying here again after $30 per night parking.
clean and fairly comfy. the beds are a little soft for me but I'm used to a hard mattress. good shower pressure, although strangely hardly any pressure for the basin tap.
walk to Britomart and the viaduct. not that great for business travellers who need to work from the room as there's not that much space to sit and work. the task lighting was more mood lighting, so you'd have to have the full room lights on to work.
our room on the 4th floor was a little noisy from the street below, and the windows could be better sealed.
overall though ok for Auckland.
J.Decent business hotel with good sized rooms with desks. Beds are comfy and not noisy at all. Even when there events on at vector arena I don’t think it’s too bad. The yard bar is pretty reasonable as far as hotel bars go for breakfast although their coffee is alway super hot
P.These apartments are very well appointed, they have small kitchens, and a small lounge so more than enough for a glass of wine with someone before you head out. The rooms are clean and easy to get to - if your in a car there is no where to drive into the reception to check-in. I simply drive into their carpark and they check my booking. They will charge 30 for car parking there is no concierge to park you car for you.
Location is easy to find and get to but the reception can be a tad challenging for the first time it's between the two buildings in the large walking area behind the Waldorf apartments.
The location is pretty empty of night life but it's quite, and an easy walk to Queen Street or the waterfront so it's pretty handy to pubs and bars etc also to britomart.
Price is good for what you get also room service and a downstairs bar with breakfast dinner etc if you prefer.
Overall it's a good value for money proposition. Recommended for a bit more space than the average hotel room.
T.Very smart hotel in good location for reaching ***y parts of Auckland. The location is superb. The street meters are ingenious. Very close to Vector Arena (200 metres), and walking distance to shopping on Queen Street and Countdown. Fantastic bathroom with a big shower and enough surfaces to put all my (***y) bags.
S.Comfortable stay in central Auckland location
This hotel is in a great location in Britomart and an easy 5-10 minute walk to Queen Street. We had a spacious studio with a comfortable king sized bed, good bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning and well equipped kitchenette. Our studio did not have laundry but we had access to a washing machine and dryer on the same level (there are also some on the ground floor) which was really handy. There's also a Countdown supermarket nearby. This was a perfect spot for our 4 night stay in Auckland.
T.I only stayed here once, very new with nice comfortable room (slightly small) with kitchen/cooking facilities. The staff we friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Restaurants and a countdown supermarket a short walk away. I loved my stay here and will definitely be back to stay for longer next visit.

O.Adina is a beautiful hotel with lovely large rooms and bathrooms. We had the studio and were very impressed. But we were most impressed by the customer service. We left the hotel at 4 am to catch a flight, only to arrive at the airport to find out our flight was delayed by 10 hours. Adina allowed us to not only come back to our room, but also gave us a free late check out!
T.My husband and I booked the room through the hotel's website and got a great deal for their grand opening. The Britomart area and the ferry terminal were only a 10-15 minutes walk away. The room is clean. Food was delivered to my room in good time and was delicious.
M.A bit disappointed with the service. Asian lady at reception and restaurant only friendly to European client. Food was slightly burnt and did not come complete. The boys were very good. Cleanliness in our 3 bedroom apartment not up to scratch. Reported leak on ceiling from bath and was responded quickly and staff/ manager very apologetic. Thumbs up for that. Filled in the feedback form sent it but no response, so what the point of doing it and that's why l'm posting this.
J.Having a look at the one bedroom and premium studio rooms for a 3 month stay. Nice layouts and furnishings. They include washed and dryer and a fold out futon. A basic gym but no pool. It's quite expensive but that's Feb in Auckland for you. The premium studio has a folding door to separate from the living space but it's a bit smaller than the one bedroom. It's also about $50 nz cheaper a night.
T.Cleanliness of the hotel and the servicing of the rooms was good. Location is very good for major road access and there is a Countdown (Woolies) just around the corner for groceries, beer,wine etc. Very good standard of presentation and cleanliness at all times. I highly recommend this place.
C.Lovely place, great location, comfy bed and a clean environment. I totally would come back! But the only 1 down fall was upon arrival it was our first time checking into a hotel so we werent sure of the process. The manager on duty didn't help and she wasnt very nice she didnt smile and it seemed like she wasn't willing to help. The other staff we talked with in our stay were wonderful especially the guy who helped us checked out.
T.Excellent value for money. Good location to all attractions in the CBD, bus line and train nearby. Plenty of great dining options close by and easy enough to walk into the city. For high $400's a night and $50 car parking we would definitely go back to the Heritage or Hilton for the same money and a much nicer experience.
T.We appreciated the great location of the hotel: ten minutes by walk from Queen street, in downtown. A welcome relief to find such great service in an Auckland hotel. Bathroom design is a little weird in that there is a full glass wall that looks out to the common courtyard.
V.Service was good but we were a bit thrown off by the hotel facilities. Corridors were not covered so we needed to walk in the rain to our room. There was no mirror above the sink, only behind the bathroom door, so shaving was difficult. Besides that, location was good, the hotel was clean with new furnishings.
J.Adina is located within walking distance of the city center, and there's a 24 hour grocery store right next door. The rooms are very well furnished with a full kitchen. There's also free wifi and a restaurant downstairs. Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Auckland.

T.The location is no doubt what you will appreciate the most with this hotel. Only thing i dislike about the hotel was the lack of a common laundry facilities. The neighboring door was very loud, and in the morning I could hear every bottle that the garbage collector was collecting.
T.Friendly staff but I don't know whether they were in training They didn't really seem to know what they were doing. Clean and tidy rooms and an interesting lay out of the whole place. The bathroom and toilet have a huge wall of frosted windows facing the walkway. Good mexican and Vietnamese close buy to enjoy.
I.Hotel facilities are excellent as are the staff. Don't touch the over priced breakfast, especially the granola with yogurt, especially when there is no yogurt. A bit like eating bird feed.
A.Good place to stay in Auckland CBD. I have stayed in some bad hotels in Auckland where the road noise dominated all night. Even with double glazing the sirens, trucks and drunks were easily heard. The Adina is set back from busy roads and has buildings between it and the two main road. So it is in a quiet oasis just off busy roads.
T.The location is great, right next to vector arena and a short walk to Britomart and the rest of the CBD. People in the opposite office building can easily see inside the room. Found our complex was very central and 24 hr Count Down was great if you needed anything.
S.Great location close to town, rooms were very nice and modern. Excellent service from staff. The only downside is when it rains all of the walkways are wet - no undercover in the middle.
C.Large clean rooms, good sound proofing. Hotel is very close to Spark stadium however I was unable to hear any music from the Def Leppard concert.

T.The Auckland Adina is handily located in Britomart with easy access to motorways. The desk staff checked me in quickly and smoothly and followed up on my request for directions to the Ferry terminal after I was settled into my room. Microwave, jug, toaster and good size fridge/freezer.

Tolle Apartments im Zentrum von Auckland und in der Nähe vom Hafen. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Ebenso ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit! Absolut zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Auckland!

It is close to the shopping center to walk. And it's easy to access from anywhere in the city by car. They have paid parking, but the places are very limited, however there is also the Arena Car Park right next door (also for a fee).
The only thing that unites we did not like was the food, (We did not have the letter in our room, we had to go down to the restaurant to take pictures of the menu) We asked for room service and they served it as in a fast food, besides the food It was very greasy and the shrimp salad was spicy.

La habitación limpia y muy nueva; tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días (calentador de agua, microondas una nevera grande, tabla de planchar y plancha, algo de vajilla).
Está cerca del shopping centre para ir caminando. Y es fácil acceder desde cualquier sitio de la ciudad en coche. Tienen aparcamiento de pago, pero las plazas son muy limitadas, no obstante está también está el Arena Car Park justo al lado (también de pago).
Lo único que une no nos ha gustado fue la comida, (No teníamos la carta en nuestra habitación, tuvimos que bajar al restaurante a sacar fotos del menú) pedimos al servicio de habitaciones y nos lo sirvieron como en un fast food, además la comida estaba muy grasienta y la ensalada de gambas era picante.
