C.Friendly staff, but otherwise not great. Bathroom was a bit shabby, restaurant closed, the advertised shuttle bus was not running, and the place had a slightly delapidated atmosphere.
S.The airport shuttle was fast which was great! And when they couldn’t take us back to the airport they ordered us an Uber which they paid for. BUT we found a bag of Mary Jane in our bedside table, gave us a good laugh (hence the extra star). The room was quite dirty with an used old wash cloth left behind from a previous guest in plain sight. No sound proofing at all in rooms which made any noise outside very audible. Overall not a bad stay, and for the price I guess there’s no complaints.
L.It's OK...rooms need some attention..wasn't the cleanest motel ..bit pricey 4 wot u get and da State it was in..don't think il be in a hurry to stay there again...but car was safely behind locked gates
W.Good customer service and safe & sound. I am a bit worried because it located in Mangere, a poor neighborhood. But the security cameras and security gates, make it safe and no theft or no breaking car windows. But to be safe, pls don't leave any invisible stuffs inside your car. Theft maybe will break your car windows just to check your empty bag or boxes.
S.We had a short but lovely stay here. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, comfortable beds and shower pressure was AMAZING!! Would definitely stay here again :-)

there are kids who live nearby so expect normal family neighbourhood noise eg:kids playing & laughing.

A.Cheap and cheerful enough accommodation and convention centre in south Auckland. Check in was friendly and welcoming. The place suited our needs for a last minute overnight stay with return airport transfers included. Not particularly quiet. The room was clean and beds firm and comfy. The free wifi doesn’t really reach the back rooms; you can connect to the internet but can’t do anything with it. There was a loud party in the bar so we ordered room service as there are no restaurants or cafes nearby. Tired decor and fittings throughout with very basic facilities. The gardens and pool have seen better days and could do with a big tidy up.
M.Ok for the price. Room was of a good size, lots of scuff marks and peeling paint. Although only one tiny pottle of uht milk in the fridge so not enough to make coffee. Tried visiting reception but door was locked. Also tried phoning, but alas, no answer
K.Cheap deal about $100 per nite for couple, secure gated parking and living areas, bar and even some mary jane floating around if needed, no disrespect intended and it is not connected to motel and has no bearing whatsoever to it, but I must say it was of very high quality so thank to the dude I ran into outside, Boy I slept well. Nuff said.

N.Comfortable place to stay for the night. Quiet. Very small TV and chef was off sick so my only option was pizza, I ordered the chicken and I think they just chucked a bag of salad on top of the pizza with a little bit of chicken. It had carrot and cucumber on it. Who puts carrot and cucumber on pizza? So apart from the food quite good.

S.The owners are nice, the rooms are tidy and as the pictures look .... quite big and will do the trick, Stayed one night got picked up at 1130pm but couldn't be dropped back at 6 in the morning so had to taxi (I only mention this because it says they do airport transfers) I'm not sure why I couldn't get a transfer back but I worked it out. Was good for my one night stay
M.Unit is comfortable & tidy. However we found a used mask under the couch. Perfect location for us to stay at for 2 days. No teaspoon to stor sugar in hot coffee. Thanks Jack for your help
C.We needed a place close to the airport before the long drive to Taupo. Our flight was delayed and we arrived half past 2 in the morning instead of past midnight. I rang the hotel and the guy at the reception told us to wait outside the airport. We did not have to wait long, he was there in a flash. He was very nice and even suggested for a late checkout so we can sleep longer. Truly appreciated the kind and thoughtful offer. The room is tidy and clean and the bed was so comfy. The bed sheets smells really nice and we slept like babies, maybe because we were both exhausted. Furnishings a bit old but that's okay they served its purpose. WiFi was fast and the shower was fantastic. A bit mean with the tea and coffee sachets but they have free hot drinks in the lobby anyway, so i just helped myself to more coffee. However, I found that the Asian Iady at the checkout was very rude when I was inquiring about the shuttle service. So for her rudeness, one star less.
D.The staff was extremely friendly and couldn't ask for much more. Unlike other reviews we emailed them in advance and they told us between 11 and 1pm they couldn't do a shuttle but before no problem. We arrived by 9 called them and within 10 minutes they were here and in the email they sent me they even told us the gate and license plate which made it super easy. The staff initially said our room wouldn't be ready which makes sense but by time we got there the room was ready. Had the breakfast and truthfully it's pretty standard to breakfasts I've had traveling the US for work. The price while high to some for me pretty standard buffet prices I've dealt with. Even checking out they were extremely friendly. The room was perfect; clean, neat and simple which is what we wanted. Pro tip for US travelers the sink may throw you off with no release valve for the water push the drain cover it pops up. Also if you forget your outlet adapter use the t.v. it has a USB cord.
A.The hotel has undergone a refurbishment since my last stay and the rooms are comfortable and well situated. Abundant parking with very little noise from the highway. Lovely pool which I bet would come in handy in summer. Check-in and out was handled efficiently and staff we interacted with were welcoming and pleasant
N.Helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, Carparking was available and the free airport shuttle was good - even at in the morning!
The only negative was that there was no airconditioning and the windows had no fly screens, so on a hot January night it was a bit stuffy - the pedestal fan provided did not really help.
P.Nice staff but the actual rooms are quite average. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on next door. The rooms are very basic. It's really just a separate room back packers level but pricier. I probably won't be staying here again.

V.Nice and clean hotel. Lovely staff and very close to the airport. Our room was fairly basic but the bed was comfortable and the room sizeable and airy. We ate from the bar one night and they have a basic menu but the food and drinks were reasonably priced and if transitting through Auckland again I'd stay again.
M.The rooms themselves are in a nice enough condition. However the bathrooms looked like something out of a hospital ward and certainly weren't the cleanest. There was soap on the shower floor from the previous occupant and some questionable stains near the shower as well. The drain in the shower was so small and presumably clogged which led to water seeping out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. Reception came out to sort it but not convinced it was fixed. Overall I think it's overpriced for what it is and is more of a motel than a hotel.
V.Accomodation was great, clean, service with a smile. Could not fault this place. Price is reasonable,has a restaurant. Quiet and peaceful & very secure. Will definately stay again. Thank you. Note: rooms are spacious & warm.

T.Easy to get to the airport and support comfortable beds, the shower is on the small side and unfortunately it was a little on the noisy side. Conversations in the corridor were clearly audible. It has a kitchenette but apart from a kettle no utensils.

Plus side..airport transfer..room size ok close to the pool and airport..reception good.. stayed at this hotel again 28 Dec 2019 it was looking good until very loud thumping music from the neighbors till early hours in the morning..the hotel could have sorted it out for the sake of it's patrons.. mentioned to reception about the music..but they didn't seem too worried..so I left it at that.

Bit of a rude receptionist at check in..however checkout more assertive..room a bit dated very small room which needs a bit of t.l.c ,good for overnight which suited me..my assigned car park was used by a van and trailer which pis#%@ me off..so i parked elsewhere lucky close to my room..breakfast Buffett very basic..not alot of selection..just minor attention to details to sort out.
H.Stayed here for one night. Arrived late so woke up late. Was a little stressed about making the 10am checkout. The lady at the desk was great and allowed us to checkout by 11am. Room was clean. There is a pool onsite but didn't use this obviously. The place is a little of a rabbit warren and got lost a little when first arrived.
M.The service my partner and I were given was excellent. Complimentary 2GB of internet and shuttle buses to the airport and back made our lives much easier. Everything was very clean and up to standard. I would highly recommend this place.

B.Nice, large, clean rooms. Open concept hotel with lush outside areas between buildings. Rooms have sliding doors leading out to the garden. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Really beautiful hotel!

T.(Translated) The hotel was fine for our night before departure. The ventilation in the bathroom, which always operated at the light switch was so loud that certainly all the neighboring rooms were awake from it. The room (especially the bathroom) are in places a bit in need of renovation, but all in all for about 50 € per night all right. Especially the free shuttle service in the morning to the airport. The staff were mostly friendly.

Das Hotel war für unsere Nacht vor dem Abflug in Ordnung. Die Lüftung im Bad, die immer beim Lichtschalter betätigen anging, war dermaßen laut, dass sicher alle Nachbarzimmer davon wach geworden sind. Das Zimmer (vor Allem das Bad) sind stellenweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber alles in allem für ca. 50€ pro Nacht ganz in Ordnung. Vor allem der kostenlose Shuttle Service morgens früh zum Flughafen. Die Mitarbeiter waren weitestgehend freundlich.

M.(Translated) We booked this hotel for one night before our departure for 49 € and are overall satisfied.
With one exception, the staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big. It was recently renovated so everything was in very good condition. Unfortunately, when the rooms were renewed, the bathroom was left outside. It was basically clean but would need a small refurbishment. At least the poorly repaired joints should be replaced.
All in all, but still a good hotel, especially considering the cheaper price compared to other hotels near the airport.
The airport transfer was included and we would like to go at 4 o'clock in the morning without problems to the airport. L

Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Nacht vor unserem Abflug für 49€ gebucht und sind insgesamt zufrieden.
Bis auf eine Ausnahme war das Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön und groß. Es wurde denke ich vor kurzem renoviert, sodass alles in sehr gutem Zustand war. Leider wurde bei der Erneuerung der Zimmer das Bad außen vorgelassen. Es war grundsätzlich sauber aber bedürfte einfach einer kleinen Sanierung. Zumindestens die dürftig ausgebesserten Fugen sollten ausgetauscht werden.
Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, vor allem wenn man den günstigeren Preis gegenüber den anderen Hotels in Flughafennähe berücksichtigt.
Der Flughafentransfer war inklusive und wir würden wie ausgemacht um 4 Uhr Morgens ohne Probleme zum Flughafen gefahren. L

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht um meine Tochter wegen dem Covid Lockdown aus Neuseeland zu bekommen. Dann bekam sie schnell einen Flug und brauchte das Zimmer nicht. Das Hotel zeigte sich kulant und akzeptierte die Stornierung. Es dauerte zwar etwas bis das Geld kam, der Kontakt war aber stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
