R.Clean and well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Owner/Manager a very kind and accommodating man. On site laundry and all amenities are there.
However there are some quite unsavory characters also seeming to be living there full time that made it a sleepless night.. (emergency housing guests?) Would recommend ear plugs for prospective guests at this time, as the noise from other guests was quite loud all night.
D.This is a good motel. Our room was very clean and tidy with a reasonably modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. Good shower, fluffy towels, and all the facilities you could need. Very conveniently located across the road from a strip of great Asian restaurants. The WiFi is unlimited and although occasionally patchy was good enough for me to work from the room. Would definitely stay here again.
L.Overall building is very dated....doesn't look that appealing. Rooms are Basic...but it's Ok accommodation. Do feel that it is time for Host to move on. Gary is a nice enough guy, but he gives off a somewhat careless vibe!

G.AEMI is a Wonderful place to stay, has everything you need! Excellent location to delicious eateries/restaurants, supermarkets and Albany Westfield ALL within walking distance and with the motorway access so close you can easily jump on and off from touring about Auckland easily. Gary is friendly and extremely helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to book this place again 🙌
P.Whist this motel is a little dated, the rooms are tidy and the rates are really good. We love the location and proximity to restaurants. Noise is not an issue and the spa bath was awesome. Parking is close and the proprietors were easy going and helpful. We had earlier cancelled a booking at the last minute before rebooking and they were so accommodating without demanding deposits. This was really awesome and we will continue to stay here. Not the place to stay if you want really flash but reiterate awesome bang for buck!
M.This hotel has a perfect prime position in Albany for anywhere that you want to get to. It is close to food areas, Westfield, entertainment and the highway. The hotel itself is a bit dated and could do with a little bit of love and care and upgrading. However was still a good hotel to stay out for an extended period in such a good location
J.Affordable, clean, and tidy rooms. Super duper convenient (walk) to the mall, shops, and quite a few Asian restaurants. Be advised: no elevator on this two-story building, and no trolley or hand cart for heavy luggage. Serves only breakfast, and at night, business sign not always visible from road. But cleaning nearly every day we have been here, and continual improvements made.
T.We stayed here after our initial accommodation didn't cut the mustard. Great location - very close to Westfield.
We stayed in a room with a queen size bed & a single bed. Small rooms but that was fine... There weren't many of us in a room. No aircon - just a ceiling fan. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Had sky & free WiFi. Close to town & you can hear the traffic.
A.Attended for a course and was unable to park in the motor inn although they did offer for me to double park behind them. Adequate and friendly staff. Make sure you pay parking on the roadside.
Z.Very dated and in need of TLC. Letters have fallen off the wall and room smelt damp but overall friendly host and okay experience. Needs to habe a refreshing change to the interior and exterior.

Close to all shops within good walking distance also ... Got all Freeview Channels and Sky Sports also Sky Movie ... Plenty of parking space ... Cant find a fault with the place ... Great Rates and very affordable prices also ... I spent a week here for work purposes and happy with the place and the room i had ... Recomend to anyone to visit and stay here ... I give it a 5 Star Rating any day ...

V.Dated. Had to move rooms, the room I was in was not vacuumed, bed was broken, beds not made. 2nd room not much better. Stayed here 3 weeks with 15 year old daughter under emergency housing. IYKYK. Advise against bringing children here of any age. Unsafe. Loud at night. Visible drinking. Could smell drug smoke. Owner, although well meaning was drunk daily. Incoherent. Was glad to leave when I did. If you're offered this place by WINZ, refuse.
