Really enjoying my stay here. I've been here for around 5weeks. The staff are all graciously polite, welcoming, understanding, the food is amazing around this motel. Room was always immaculate. Would definitely come back. Great value for the money 💵

Stayed overnight for work so very handy. Rooms are clean and spacious. Shame the pool and spa were closed even though they could have been. Also a shame the restaurant attached caters for the Asian community and doesn’t offer European options

Great place to return to. Been here several times. Central for doing business on the North Shore. Korean food is a bonus

Room was clean and tidy. Furniture was a bit dated. Modern bathroom and kitchen. The host explained where the parking was but not much else. At first I thought the room had no power so had to ask why as there were no lights etc. Where he then told me about the key fob needing to be placed in a slot on the wall to activate everything. Hunted out the pool our selves. A decent sized cold pool, a large heated pool under cover and a spa. Funnily enough the heated pool was hotter than the spa. Both could have done with a clean as,.. let's just say you wouldn't want to accidentally swallow a mouthful.. Overall reasonably priced compared to others around. Room for myself and 2 kids. The kids shared the queen bed and I took the single which was fine as there was no foldout in the room. Korean restaurant attached to the building and a close drive to other eateries. Overall not bad.

Clean and tidy. Was a place to stay that fulfilled our requirements for one night.

It's okay. A simple motel; nice enough check-in. The room met needs, the furniture is a little outdated. The businesses at the front of the motel are open late and can get quite loud as the night progresses. Didn't use the pool facilities as we had a spa bath in the room. Past stays in previous motels normally have a folder with local attractions and places to eat; nothing like this during this stay. Overall 3 stars as it could have been better; but it was an okay stay; if in a pinch would stay again.

This is a very reasonable motel. Friendly folks on reception. Nice welcome as opposed to what other reviews say here. Yes it’s a bit worn now, could do with a pick me up here and there but comfortable and pleasant. Everything worked fine. Air con, tv, electrics. Water pressure is great for the shower. Pay for what you get basically. I’d stay again. Very handy for visiting friends in the area.

Quite unassuming place. Nice big clean rooms with all you need for a pleasant stay. Helpful and cheerful Staff. But not in the fake have a nice day way.

My daughter (14), and I, stayed here for 2 weeks while between houses,. The cleaning lady is so awesome, cleans the room the same every day. Never slacks off. Refills shampoos conditioners etc, by the time we left we were calling her Aunty

Comfortable and clean. Good sized room. Fine for overnight stay. Internet access not great - wifi kept dropping out, voucher died well before 24 hours was up and long before data was used up.

This place is really 'AWESOME' staff that work here are really welcoming and friendly and it's only my second day/night here. The rooms are like your in a luxurious penthouse room (my opinion of cause) with an elevator going from garage to 1&2 floors. The front man is a champ, great service that I will definitely recommend to others who are looking at getting away to relax from everyday stresses, oh and if you feel like pampering yourself, all you need is only meters away from this establishment.

Doesn't look much from the outside but quite nice inside. Our room was well priced and comfortable. Everything we needed. Shower pressure was awesome which is so important. Beds comfy and clean

Hands down one of the best Korean BBQ places in town. They use fresh meat and charcoal grill. I find meat cooked on gas grill not as tasty. I usually prefer the 생갈비 (Fresh Beef Ribs without seasoning or marinating) instead of 양념 갈비 (Marinated Beef Ribs) because I like to taste the flavor of the meat and unless you get it perfectly right, they're almost always too salty once cooked and other flavors are too overwhelming, and most importantly most places that serve marinated meats make them with the least fresh and low quality meats. But this place made me think twice about this. Their marinated pork ribs and beef ribs were fresh, tender, and perfectly marinated. I really enjoyed them more than the fresh one. Also had the 물냉면 (Noodles in Cold Broth) which I thought was just okay. But worthy mention is that they pull their own noodles. Price is average, and service was average. Interior and atmosphere were just okay too. Nothing fancy. Good place to go with friends, colleagues, and family. Good/average price.

Clean and tidy, and looks like the classic type motel room. Everything in the room was modern though, and not tired. Has a kitchenette with a 2 burner hot plate, and a microwave. Staff are friendly, and concise. Only thing I did notice was the cleaners use strong chlorine, and the residue smell is very noticeable. If you are like me I carry a small humidifier with some oil to make the room smell ok, not like chlorine. It's not a 5 star hotel, but very comfortable, and fairly priced. Perfect for a business stay..

Good for a quick stop over. Quite dated but clean enough. Rooms not fully serviced but the linen was changed daily. Quiet. Underground parking was good as it was raining while we were there. A little convenience store nearby & a Korean BBQ Restaurant. We did not try it but it seemed busy on the Saturday night.

Very happy with the room. Nice comfy bed and spacious room. Would stay there again.

The bed was uncomfortable, blankets seamed and smelled old. The shower hose burst. I should have slept in the car and saved the 138. There was no clear instructions where my room was. And to be honest I wouldn't stay again. But that's only my opinion.

At reception you will see nobody even in the daytime. If you will see someone, he will give you keys but no wifi details (as in room there is no wifi details). Now after entering into the room you will find there is no wifi details then you have to go back again at the reception to get the same. Finally you have all the wifi details, but now the wifi has its own issues (connectivity due to wifi range). Given 3 stars as not satisfied with the service. (not due to wifi 😂) Room was fine.

Only been to sauna which is nice and hot but can do with a bit of a TLC and tidy up. Pool is nice and big but not heated and water needs to be refreshed

I have been coming here weekly however I'm not sure why the owner turned strange today .I rang the bell a few times but no one came out from the Motel . I got dressed to swim went into the hot pool and hour later he came to me while in the pool requesting I get out to pay he has done this 3x now instead of responding to the bell at the time when I waited before I got dressed . I have seen people leaving as no one came out .The pool has a fold up cover to keep the water warm overnight which covers 3/4 of the pool I folded it up and left it in the corner of the pool as we got in. An Asian woman appeared from behind the pool area and pointed to it and kinda indicating that I must take it out the pool..I told her it was too heavy she was muttering something in Korean and then tried to drag it out and then left it as it was way too heavy .i eventually did it with help if the disabled boy . I was here before when 4 of us were in this pool. We all moved this cover out as where would we sit if it was opened up in this pool . ? He told me to move a disabled boy so he can put the cover back in the pool I asked him why he wants to put it in the pool as we would sit ontop of each other especially if more people had to arrive .He could not even drag it into the pool it was so heavy He told me people have complained the water has not been hot enough and "this is a private establishment" and told me to get out he will refund me when I asked him why he is demanding this ? He -the owner screamed at me in front of a disabled child . I asked him why he is speaking to me in this manor as i am a paying client. He basically said if I don't do as he wants I can go He told me I should leave a few times . I said no! I have done nothing wrong and I'm a client and others do the same . I rolled one of the sides of the covers up after an hour which close the pools sides before he came over too. We were getting very hot in the pool so I rolled this up. The disabled boy's face was red and I could see he was uncomfortable I thought we were going to pass out . This is often rolled up by other clients yet he freaked out and he unrolled it as he spoke loudly and rudely . He told me it cost 20k and he is keeping the water warm if I'm overheating then I can leave . Nowhere does it state that this cannot be rolled up, it has zips so it's designed to be opened and closed . He was so rude , yet he never complains about the other clients who did the same or when clients showers for 30min at a time occupying both showers and I don't complain or the time me and my friend had a rash for 3 days because the chemicals were incorrectly measured and we had itchy and painful skin rash yet no one ever apologised on the phone .A few weeks ago we had the same issue with sore itchy skin another client complained to me but most people only use the saunas not the hot pools in the day so I really felt uncomfortable today as we just wanted a peaceful relaxing time . It takes a long time to upset me but this was a cruel and a rude manager .If you read the other reviews you will see im Not the only one who had a bad experience here . Sadly this is a lovely place if you are not a target for taking out his anger .I think I have paid more than the average person over the years and to treat a regular client this way was unnecessary and I had brought plenty of new clients here , but today we left feeling unhappy and the disabled boy was unsettled after being exposed to this for something I believe should not have been an issue or could have been dealt with In a decent or civil manor.

Was clean, good off street parking, bit noisey cause of the restaurants in front, other wise fine for the price

The power plungs in the room doesnt male senstences and my shower room glass door handle is gonna broken anytime. Need to be careful to open and close. Easy to access to the car park but need to make sure you have room key to open the door access between the car park and motel because the room key controls the power in the room. Staffs weren't friendly as the motel standard.

An average restaurant. Food is nice price average. The BBQ beef dish was the smallest that I've ever seen, so please bare in mind when you order these dishes.

Good parking nice rooms great people and 1/2 hour walk to shopping in Albany and brew

The sauna is a bit expensive ($15 pp) but worth it for the experience. Russians. Open rocks. Coffee in paper cups.

This motel was super clean, very quite & pretty comfortable when you just want to relax, well worth the money. Would recommend to stay here.
