A.Lovely friendly accomodating hosts. Exceptionally clean and tidy. I had a very warm comftable sleep. Everything is fresh, modern and cozy. Feels like home! Could not be happier! You should be very proud of what you have accomplished hosts!

L.Very enjoyable place to stay, very hospitable and helpful. Very clean, well maintained would recommend it to my friends. Location is within an enjoyable walking distance to the CBD. Did not find any issues with on street parking, very easy to get a place to park. I will be coming back to stay in the near future, as it's too good a deal to pass up!
L.The Host was so welcoming even though I checked in while they were busy with renovations. The room was really tidy and well furnished, and the facilities were really well looked after and so tidy. Such a great stay, especially for the price!

M.Lovely accommodation and very good location to get to the Zoo and Grey Lynn. Nice people. Place is tidy and pantry loaded with food for breakfast or other meal options. Price is very reasonable.

D.Fantastic location, lovely and accommodating host, fully equipped accommodation for the budget traveler. Clean and neat through out. Common toilets and shower. Lounge and Laundry in house. Fully stocked kitchen. Private rooms as well as dorm beds available.
X.My Partner & I stayed here for 3 months whilst looking for an apartment and this has honestly been 1 of the best places we've stayed at, It's Clean, Unlimited Internet, House Phone. Everything is included in your rent, So you won't have to worry about extra costs. We both highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a neat and tidy accommodation.

A.Earlier in the year I had a very adverse experience. My son and his girlfriend frantically attempted to find me suitable accommodation. After 11 boarding houses they almost gave up hope. Thankfully my son's girlfriend said attempt 1 more. Auckland Budget Inn in Morningside. Thank God. What a homely environment and still improving. After 2 and a half months...organisation and professionalism....I am sure this is the best Lodge in Auckland....this is based on current residents comments to me. I would recommend anyone to apply at Auckland Budget Inn. Respect the property and just try to get along....
