Y.Room is clean. Check in is easy. Location is convenient. However, no information regarding how to adjust air condition would be an issue. We stayed in spring time. Outside temperature was about 18C but inside we felt like we were in 28C or higher. Although we got two fans, it was impossible for us to get fresh air unless we opened the windows. But when we opened the widows, we smelled heavy creasy cooking from the street as On the ground floor of the building is a Chinese cuisine express. Overall an acceptable accommodation but could be better if they provide prompt customer service responses or guidance on air conditioner.
A.Nice tidy apartment with a modern look love the balcony area from bedroom overlooking Hobson street. walking distance to shops, food stores, & skycity. Only downfall is the carpark area is first in first serve once apartment has been paid for at a cost of $20.
R.Clean and presentible, a mission to pick up the key from the little shop around the corner, finally worked out which corner, fight the trafic back to the carpark, only to find that the carpark and lifts are in a different set of appartments to the one you need, i.e. on site parking means, on another site. Loads of traps for first time stayers, after that it was OK. Don't try this at 5:00pm, unless you like stress!
M.I'm renting an apartment in this building. It's well kept, very clean and tidy. Building manager is good and seems to keep on top of things.
U.Came for airbnb. Clean rooms, fast internet, every component is in order, just a little bit too loud at night because of the city bustle.
B.It is close to major facilities but I did not feel safe. You can hear the sound of the road as if you are outside.
J.This was a disappointment for sure. Not as advertised. But if you want a cheaper deal then maybe this is the place as its close to downtown Auckland.
