Just wonderful! Titoa provided absolutely excellent service - she was friendly, accomodating and helpful. That kindness really impacted our stay, making us feel so welcome and comfortable. Loved the big rooms and the pool & spa :) Also, the beds were incredibly comfy - best sleep ever!! Will definitely be coming back again!
J.
Amazing spot here, booked due to flight cancellation. Rooftop pool, very fancy (to my standards anyways) the bed was the equivalent to chocolate or steak that just melts in your mouth
P.
Very happy with our room we had.
The view was fabulous harbour view. Down side was that we had some issues that o occurred, that shouldn't have. Staff incompetence.
R.
Good central location. Only 1 of 2 central hotels with rooftop pool. Great pillows. Good beds.
S.
Lovely stay! Highly recommend. The pool is gorgeous
C.
Enjoyed my stay. Room was well presented and clean with very comfy beds. A little disappointed for a four star hotel the restaurant was not open in the evenings and limited room service but there is a lot of choice locally. Amazing history which is described in the room compendium.
E.
Absolutely blown away with the service we received from the moment we stepped foot in the building. Doreen was an absolute treat, very warm, welcoming and approachable. The facilities are excellent and the view from the roof top pool is incredible. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for being the highlight of our evening and making us feel extra special on our birthday.
J.
Had a great night at the Heritage, massive rooms and amazing views for the money. Atmospheric historic farmers building with a primo pool, spa and gym. It may have been a few years since the last reno but the rooms are still fine. Excellent service as well. Just get the bar going again and it would be even better.
S.
Lovely big rooms, great outdoor pool.
S.
Service was slow .. conference at this place and arranged breaks with coffee/ food were always later than scheduled, sadly. Tasty when it arrived.. appreciated.
S.
We had a lovely stay at the Heritage over the weekend. The staff were lovely. I love the huge rooms with period features. Spotless bathrooms. Central location meant once we’d parked we could walk everywhere.
And very easy to get to from the motorway, once we’d taken the exit just a couple of turns and we were there. We will be back
T.
Spent Friday and Saturday night in the family deluxe suite. Had a small kitchen with facilities which was good, but had no table with chairs for us to eat at, so 3 of us sat on the beds to eat breakfast while 1 if us had the only chair. Didnt have a couch either. Heated outdoor wasnt heated, was to cold for me but the kids enjoyed it. We all still had a nice weekend and would return to the hotel again.
W.
Comfortable relaxing stay, well located, close to public transportation, excellent food, professional, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended if you're after quiet accommodation, fitness area equipped with necessary equipment, pools and spas well maintained and comfortable temperature.
M.
Our Stay was on point...had a great room which is privately owned...booked through Air Bnb....& although we didnt have the perks of the Hotel, everything with our room was great. We could still use all of the Awesome Facilities, and easy access to what we wanted to do here in the city..
I would definitely recommend staying here to those having a weekend out. We would definitely check to see if theres availability on this particular room the next time we need somewhere to stay. Thank you
N.
good and bad
i would suggest it as a comfortable hotel with comfy beds, quiet clean rooms and good shower pressure
however I suggest you eat out as the expensive meals were well below pa for both rooms who ordered
meals like that should never leave the kitchen
maintenance was prompt when the temp control wasnt working however they fixed it easily so no foul
the spa seemed to be suffering from a few suicidal bugs which kinda put me off
i never did find the sauna which staff assured me they had
with a little work this could be a top grade place
S.
Great location. Loved the room and views and the pool area. Comfy bed and friendly helpful staff. Definitely be back.
I.
Nice large rooms and lovely old beuilding.
c.
Nice friendly helpful staff at front desk. For q older building it is really well maintained with great modern facilities even tho the rooftop bar has been shut since covid apparently.
B.
Pleasantly surprised by size of my room. Wifi good. Tennis court, gym and indoor pool were in great condition and good range of gym equipment (although no suitable space for stretching or floor based exercises e.g. sit ups / lunges etc).
Bathroom a bit dated but clean. Been looking for a go-to hotel for regular work trips and think I've found it! Definitely would recommend to others
R.
Awesome rooftop heated pool & spa pool. There is also a rooftop pool bar that operates in evenings serving bar snacks & drinks poolside. Also has indoor heated lap pool & spa. 2 gyms/ workout facilities/ tennis court which guests can use- rackets & balls available at reception. And kids enjoyed playing on the giant outdoor chess board. Great rooms with plenty of room & lovely comfy beds/ pillows. Staff were friendly & helpful.
j.
We had an awesome time. The room was great. Corner room on 5th floor was huge, and decent view of harbour and hotels outdoor pool area. It had everything we could need, even a proper kitchen! My only prob with the room is the shower, it's very low even for a shorty like me!
We tried out room service dessert which was all delicious and delivered very quickly. All hotel staff were pleasant.
The fitness facilities were great! But the showers and toilets weren't great, seemed like local pool changing rooms really.
Before checking out we had a huge buffet breakfast. The dietary options are great. The hot dishes and bakery were pretty standard choices, but all very tasty.
We will def go back!
N.
The customer service at front desk is outstanding, very helpful (greetings to Shade and Doreen🙂). The service at the restaurant is also very customer friendly and the menu is versatile (including lots of plant based options). Plus I loved the atmosphere of this hotel. The rooms were reasonably clean, the beds very soft, it's just a bit noisy at night times due to the central location. For the same reason, Heritage is perfect for those wanting to experience the colorful streets of Auckland straight from the hotel door.
T.
Upon entering the hotel lobby there was a special charm and cozy mood. The hotel itself is kept spotlessly clean. The hotel's facilities were simply amazing. There is an excellent and efficient public transport network. The staff at this hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating for. Excellent value most times of the year.
G.
It's not bad. I had an inexpensive room. Cons: Needs a little care, there was some cracked paint and the furnishings have some wear. The Air conditioning was not amazing. Pros: Lots of space, nice timber floors, quiet (For a downtown hotel) and nice staff. The Breakfast was above average.
L.
Reception staff were a bit snobby. Hotel itself seemed very old, creaking floorboards. $45 a day parking is absurd. Pillows were so big, woke up with a stiff neck. Good location. Definitely not worth the price, but that's Auckland for you
J.
Really great hotel with a central location, right around the corner of the sky tower. There are two parts a renovated tower and the old building. Our room was in the old building, which is already a little outdated. Carpet in the floor was smelling a bit. Standard rooms are very small, recommend an upgrade to the deluxe. Roof pool is just amazing. Super friendly staff!!
P.
Fabulous stay at this Auckland monument. Despite the age (old farmers building) everything was of the highest standard. Our family room was large and very impressive. The pool area and gym was fantastic, great city views. The breakfast was the best I think we have ever had in a hotel. They cater to pretty much any requirements. The chill pressed coffee was my highlight, coming from what looks like a chemistry lab set up ;) definitely stay here again!
M.
Very cosy and beautiful interior. Liked by many of my clients who stayed there. Service is fantastic
J.
We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Auckland. The pool was a perfect escape in the middle of the city with amazing views of Auckland. The customer service was top notch, we arrived after some hours on the road with our one year old and were greeted with smiles and helped to our room. We left an item in our room and the staff found it and went out of their way to ship it all the way to us in California. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Zealand.
D.
Nice and central, decent size room and friendly staff. However watching sweaty residents and visitors come out of the sauna and straight into the lane pool is disgusting. A shower outside the pool might be a good idea.
J.
This is a great hotel. With well appointed rooms and great facilities. I particularly like the gym and roof top pool. The restaurant has one of th best vegetarian continental breakfast buffets I've seen. The bar is a great place to stop off for a scotch to end the night on too
T.
Waited at (what we now know to be) the main reception for ages to check in (only one staff member on). Concierge was darting around but unfortunately too busy to be able to grab him to ask if we were in the right place for valet parking etc. After we were checked in, yep we were in the wrong place. No worries we walked the dead ghost-like path to the other Tower building. Room was hot and poky, horrible outlook. They said it would cool down after a time but two hours later it was still impossibly hot and already on the coolest setting. Outdoor pool is heated at 28 degrees they say but it was icy cold. (I'm just comparing it to The Cordis outdoor pool which is very warm at 24 degrees). The phone at the pool was broken therefore couldn't phone for drinks or anything. Went all the way back to the tower reception to get towels and order a drink (where staff have no authority to do anything, takes 15 mins for a manager from the 'real' reception to come over upon request). The pool bar only opens Thursday to Sunday and we were staying Tues-Thurs so the place is dead, no staff, no service, no phone & no towels. I thought travel was a seven-day thing? The staff were nice and the manager tried to help but it just wasn't working for us, a room upgrade just couldn't fix the terrible vibe, dead energy or whatever you call it. I see some wonderful reviews here, happy guests, but that was not our experience at all. Had to leave, couldn't stay, went straight to Cordis and a dramatically different feel & welcome, bright and cheery, comfortable room and pool.
J.
Rooms were simple but nice, though the room configuration was not as requested so required house keeping to remake the room, tv remote batteries were flat, and after a night out our cards had stopped working so required another visit to reception to get reissued. All up fairly minor problems. Staff were very friendly and the beds and pillows very comfortable.
I.
Nice view and historical facility. Great location, great room.
Would have appreciated double glazing as the city noise was loud at night.
R.
Great hotel and location. Centrally located within walking distance to the cruise wharf ,and plenty of restaurants to satisfy your appetite.
Located close to a mall with an extensive local food court.
Hotel has an excellent rooftop pool and gym with a great morning breakfast .
my room had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer.
D.
A bit dated. Staff were very helpful and lovely. I'd probably stay again if I couldn't find anywhere else. The place does have a nice vibe though.
The bed was quite small. And so was the room. It's hard to compliment the place but, I wouldn't criticize it too harshly either.
T.
A room with a view, an efficient/compact kitchen and has an excellent location. The room was beautiful with all you could want in a hotel room. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. Its a total value for money. We had a great quality sleep over.
D.
Fairly nice period hotel in central location. Good amenities like roof top pool, indoor lap pool and gym. We particularly liked that the room was specifically designed for 4 people with a room divider between the two double beds, and a small kitchen. Front desk staff were pretty friendly and happy to spend the time giving us tourist advice on things to do.
On the negative front, it’s seems pretty antiquated, in the era of Netflix, to cap the free wifi at 2GB per room per 24 hours and then charge for extra. We also tried the room service one evening and found that two of our choices weren’t available, and the order took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive (ordered at 8pm).
M.
We stayed at an Air B & B located inside the hotel. Gorgeous in every way! Fantastic location to CBD and plenty of things to do. The hotel has a beautiful high tea in Hectors restaurant. My friends had a terrific view of the fireworks on New Years from the rooftop pool.
I.
Great service. Clean modern rooms. We had a two bedroom apartment and there was plenty of space. Lovely rooftop pool and bar too.
T.
We have been to the Heritage Hotel in Auckland several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and everything you needed. The Family Suite where we've stayed was spacey and comfortable. The location is good and only a short walk to the waterfront and city centre.
T.
Stayed here just for a night and it was lovely. I really enjoyed staying here with these services. The hotel room itself was very clean. Room exquisitely decorated with all amenities. Location is great for public transport. The location is almost perfect Walikng Distance to the water front and restaurants.
D.
Nice hotel with a great location. It's only a few blocks away from the Waterfront with a plethora of restaurants and bars. Also, walking distance to the Cruise Port Terminal at Princes Wharf. It's 2 blocks to Sky City with the Shy Tower and Casino.
The rooms are clean with high ceilings, large windows, and sumptuous bed linens. The body length pillows were a welcome surprise. My room even had a full stove, kitchen sink with Garbage Disposal, dishes, pots, pans, glassware, coffee pot, and a toaster. Allowing the option of cooking and eating in for those on a budget.
The rooftop pool was also surprisingly large and deep. The gym is a little bit small. But it opens up to the Pool. That's a good thing and bad at the same time if you don't want to be watched by everyone at the Pool. I'm a bit shy on that matter.
There is a Spa, but I did not have time to check it out on my short stay.
The Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was having trouble connecting to the free WiFi and the front desk lady set it up on my phone for me.
I was also able to request and get Early Arrival for my room at no ectra charge, which was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. After a 13 hour flight, that was a big plus.
I would highly recommend this hotel for it's amenities and location.
S.
All time favourite spot. Less greasy absolutely tasty with good customer service. Lovely ambiance. Recommended
A.
Hotels in Auckland are hit and miss. Some are really good, others are terrible. Heritage falls in between.
When I turned up, I asked one of the staff where the parking was. Did they have self parking or was it only valet?
He responded that they do have parking but there are no parking spots and to look around for somewhere else. This is pretty poor. If you're a big, mid city hotel, you must offer parking.
Otherwise, staff at check in were lovely. Room is large enough for a night or two, but wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. Bathroom is extremely large, but very dated.
Not the worst, not the best.
C.
Not sure if I'm reviewing the right Heritage just like how I wasn't sure whether I was checking in to Heritage Hotel or Heritage Tower.
I stayed a night at the Heritage Tower, in a family room that came with a stove top, laundry facilities and a small living room. While the in-room facility is great especially for parents with infants (you can cook for your little one as required), I thought that the hotel can do better in freshening up the room. The moment we entered the room, we can smell butter and stuffs. As we ventured further into the room, it smelled a little damp.
The toilet bowl was also leaking water.
Location of the hotel is fantastic if you're looking to explore Queen's Street and Skycity. Everything is within walking distance.
There's no free parking provided if you're driving - there's a valet parking option available, which is NZ$45 (during my stay) a day. Although there are other parking options nearby, valet parking is probably your best choice though. But I thought it would be nice to have this information somewhere on their website so that travelers can take these costs into account.
Service was ok in my opinion - there were some sour faces but there were also some really nice gentleman and ladies who helped us out with our requests and questions.
M.
Nice tidy room and good facilities. Location excellent. No one on reception when I got there so had a wait of 5 minutes but staff very friendly and helpful.
T.
Very convenient location however area would appear to be in decline which was surprising as within metres of the Sky Tower, so a tourist area. We loved the rooftop pool with a good view of harbour, so take your camera. Thank you Heritage for looking after my family and myself.
V.
Great facility. Resort style amenities. Roof top pool, spa, gym and entertainment area. Indoor pool, spa and sauna and gym. Central location. Epic!
N.
My wife and little one stayed three nights with breakfast included. Excellent service and hotel room, enjoyed the spa each day. Breakfast included a great selection including vegetarian and vegan options. Even Kombucha and coffee machine included in price.
Hotel in great central location with quick walk to sky tower, queen Street and britomart train station.
Highly recommend facilities, breakfast and staff service.
E.
I often stay here. I love it.The rooms are huge and luxurious. Location is central heart of the CBD. Nice and quiet I assume soundproofed unlike other Hotels I've stated at. Fabulous sauna here too.
B.
Stayed for over night, good service and room was nice. Loved the continental breakfast, a real treat, all sorts of things to make up a healthy cold breakfast. Better than the regular cooked breakfast food on offer.
C.
We attended an event at The Heritage and on the way to the banquet hall we passed through the hotel. It was fascinating to see how the old building had been updated and incorporated into a hotel. The banquet was excellent in a lovely room with the old decorated ceiling very evident and the view over the city from the balcony beautiful.
J.
Awesome room on the 12th floor, "Tower Superior Room". Had a washing machine, dishwasher etc, really comfortable bed. But the view was superb
C.
Good views. Its very nice to stay in a building with a good history. Very convenient location right in the middle of Auckland.
J.
Staying in a one bedroom studio style apartment. This place has giant windows!its nice and clean and has a kitchen too. Some of the fixtures don't work perfectly and the air conditioning controller is a dial without numbers...but it has one of the nicest pools in Auckland. It also has a tennis court and sauna. There's actually an indoor lap pool too and two gym rooms. It's a bit of a mission to find them but that's part of the adventure.
K.
Stunning Hetitage building with welcoming staff. This is our new go to place to stay in Auckland.
P.
Almost fabulous - let down by the shower. Staff were warm and welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable, food was delicious, but the shower was challenging (difficult to get the temperature right after waiting an age for it to warm up).
P.
Nice hotel. Has heritage charm with modern technology and amenities. The staff are lovely. Even though it is in the city, it is pretty quiet and handy to restaurants and cafes.
T.
Relatively nice accommodation, nothing too fancy but we had an air bnb regardless. But in the morning we had the bledisloe cup in the restaurant which was cool. 3/5 for the accommodation and 1 for seeing the all blacks
R.
Great central location very helpful friendly staff. Room was a good size and presented well. Beds were very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant for breakfast lovely setting and breakfast was delicious
S.
Loved the air bnb that we got at this place. Very cute and cosy, everything was top notch. Just falling short of one star because would've preferred some natural sunlight in the apartment.
But lovely place over all!
J.
Probably the best service I've had in NZ. How many other hotels would cook dinner for 4 at 10.30 at night I wonder? This one did. Just an amazing weekend, thank you!!
E.
This is my first time in Auckland and what I know about this hotel is that it's split into 2 - an apartment area and the hotel area. I was staying in the apartment area of this establishment and I love it. There's a whole kitchen in the room - oven, microwave, dishwasher, a hob to cook on. There's even a washing machine in the toilet! The room is spacious and cosy with a balcony which is amazing to sit out at in this great weather right now. It's very centrally located, the sky tower being located right be t to you and supermarkets and restaurants just littered around the building which makes late night food runs very convenient. The staff are amazing and friendly, and quick to serve. I called down for an adaptor and someone was at my door, adaptor in hand, in less than 5 mins. It's am amazing place and I would definitely be back.
A.
If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
This is a great hotel. With well appointed rooms and great facilities. I particularly like the gym and roof top pool. The restaurant has one of th best vegetarian continental breakfast buffets I've seen. The bar is a great place to stop off for a scotch to end the night on too
M.
The location is excellent. Rooms are large and beds comfortable, although the decor is dated. The spa pool and sauna were great as was the service.
R.
We stayed for two nights. The primary reason was to attend a Conference. Every staff member (from the young man - Joel? - who helped us with our bags on arrival to the young man who bought our car from parking on leaving) performed their duties with excellence. Food at Hector's (both breakfasts and dinner) was superb. The food provided for the conference was superb. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
M.
We booked a night out with a friend had had an amazing experience. Room was tidy, clean, and the company was great.
Would definitely recommend coming again for a night away from the kids.
S.
A great hotel used by many of our Sports Rental Car customers. They speak highly of the hotel and its location when we pick them up. Tom Rosentreter >>>>> SportsCarRental.co.nz <<<<<
c.
Historic (as the name heritage says) building. Former Farmers building but has been a hotel for long time. As you move through the hotel you can see the old flooring, beams etc.
The hotel signature restaurant "Hectors" (named after long departed cockatoo) is located inside the alcove made by the surrounding rooms.
Famously is the Grand Tearoom on the 7th floor. Nowadays used for elaborate functions and events.
The hotel added an apartment style wing about 20 years ago.
B.
Come to this hotel regularly to service and see it from all angles . Staff are professional and are attentive. Also a high standard of cleanliness. Good place to stay .
D.
It's a good hotel with serviced apartment facilities in downtown Auckland. However, the hotel is undergoing renovation at the moment. Works are from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. It can get really noisy during the day.
M.
Comfortable and well serviced hotel accommodation.
R.
We visited Hectors for breakfast and had the best vegetarian continental breakfasts in a beautiful atrium setting.
The vegetarian, vegan and raw selections were amazing and everything we tried was fresh and delicious.
A.
Lovely clean rooms, super comfy beds, superb restaurant, all you could ask for really. Super close to bars, supermarket, cafes and shopping. Very quiet considering location. Valet parking.
B.
Meeting expectation as a hotel. Centrally located down town suitable for people keen on activities in the bottom section of town. If you're lucky you'll get a sea view to your room also :)
a.
Great place. Visited a mate here and the room as are very nice. Will 100% be staying here need time I need accommodation.
G.
The Heritage is a very good base from which to explore Auckland. The Sky Centre is nearby where you can pick up the Explorer bus and visit some of Auckland's historic sites. Whilst in the opposite direction is a downhill walk to the ferry terminal enabling you to see other parts of the surrounding area. Also in this location is The Viaduct where there is an abundance of restaurants and bars.
The Heritage Hotel is a very good hotel with great service and very helpful and friendly staff.
S.
Amazing stay! Such lovely service from the moment we got there. Lovely room with an even better view! Will definitely be back.
R.
Small room, creaking floors. Dining room large and airy with reasonably priced food and fair selection of food choices. Staff helpful with dining requirements. Nice central location.
H.
The service was great and the accommodation comfortable.Hot pool on the roof a bonus for a quiet evening dip
T.
Great hotel. Old but renovated very beautifully. They really looked after us well. The facilities are clean and well maintained as well too.
C.
Awesome stay, staff fabulous and all amenities in hotel are great especially outdoor heated pool. Ribs in restaurant best ever.
J.
Very convenient location for walking to in the CBD. Conference rooms work well but can hear neighbouring seminars sometimes, which is quite distracting.
S.
Stayed over level three lock down so didn't get the full experience but I will be going back to see if my rating will change.
B.
My preferred place to stay in Auckland. Good standard of service and room. $35 buffet breakfast can be reduced to $25 if booked on arrival.
S.
What a beautifully restored building, it was an absolute pleasure to stay in such a stunning hotel. Staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious. Will be back 😀
A.
Nice place to stay but a couple of probs. Asked for quiet room and given room next to a family with young children. Also noisey no-hopers in plaza area next door late night/early evening. We reported the latter to the concierge the next day. Alan
A.
Great location, great view on the rooftop. Will be going back there
J.
It's a really nice hotel! The staff is very cooperative. The harbour view rooms are worth to come for
M.
Spacious room, good amenities such as gym and pool. Great location. Just nearby to shops and restaurants but not too close to be very busy in the evening.
W.
Great service. Happy, friendly, welcoming staff. Good food. Clean, nice ambience. Well located. Recommended.
J.
Very friendly staff, fantastic facilities. And just a great view from the roof top pool & gym.
R.
Funny historic hotel, building was originally a warehouse or similar. Generous styled rooms, a little crofty, but pleasant place to stay. Good location.
P.
The location is great, right within the CBD and near sky tower. The connectivity with public transport is good too.
The room is average though with limit of 1hr for free WiFi.
A.
Just booked our stay and very happy with the process and friendly service so far!
D.
Handy to downtown Auckland, next to Sky Tower Casino. Rooms comfortable without being plush. Some of the bedroom cabinets a wee bit dated.
R.
Huge room, clean and tidy, very central. Awesome deal.
N.
Fantastic location, nice big rooms and the most comfortable bed I have had the pleasure if sleeping on in a hotel
M.
Great hotel and staff! Internet is reliable but expensive if you stream a lot so not good for kids who are technology addicts. Breakfast options delectable!
L.
Enjoyed the service and accessibility to the waterfront and city centre. However the rooms are slightly dated and the food at dinner unfortunately was not up to what we expected.
J.
We went here for a wedding, the clear view from the 8th floor across the harbour was very nice, service level of staff was exceptional in all areas and the food was delicious.
A.
Great location and fantastic beds, can't help but have a great night sleep
K.
Great location, has a pool, gym & a spa.
D.
The room was great, and service was lovely. It's located close to many great places to eat/drink.
A.
Freindly staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast buffet was okay. Surprisingly coffee not included...
t.
Wonderful experience in a modern motel convenient to the inner city
P.
Central Auckland close to lots of places including Les Mills, Sky city, waterfront and central city. Friendly staff and pool always good to relax in. Shame they got rid of the spa!
A.
We had a work team breakfast at the Hectors Restaurant. The food is great but the buffet menu of $34pp is slightly overpriced.
A.
Fantastic hotel in the heart of downtown Auckland. Walking distance to all amenities. Great heated rooftop pool.
T.
Great venue for cooperate events, huge selection of rooms and a range of AV options available. Hotel suites and facilities are of great quality too.
J.
Excellent service and comfortable bed in the room, thanks for the late check out as well, we needed it after a night out on the town
S.
Fantastic staff at the front desk. Great concierge service. Spacious room with character. Awesome
F.
The staff are helpful and it's a great central location near the Viaduct and Sky City. I was staying in one of the private apartments that had amazing views and was well decorated.
S.
Very good hotel . Stayed for more than 3 weeks Good morning breakfast 👍👍.. very friendly staff..
d.
Lovely clean room and fabulous pool.
A.
It was very clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating polite and the breakfast was excellent!
S.
Room was great. Walls were a little bare but apart from that it was fantastic. Loved the high ceilings.
S.
Great hotel. A little pricey but all in all great 2 nights stay
M.
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Amazing rooms, good gym
R.
Great experience from the staff here. Very welcoming and Hector's Restaurant has a top notch menu.
J.
Amazing facilities.. a walk downhill to the viaduct.. restaurants and great walk along the parade
H.
Well it was nice. Slow slightly archaic building. Terrible pillows, stop pretending they are good with your instructions on how to use your pillows.
M.
Great weekend break Room superb with a view across the harbour Rooftop pool in the sun pleasant spot to relax
A.
It's great. The restaurant is awesome, the pools are a lot of fun and the kids clamor to go there often.
R.
Liked it and that's about it. Nothing special. Food was OK but customer service was great.
M.
Nice location. Clean room. Good breakfast. General areas were not as clean
W.
Heritage lovely get away. It's a must to take a friend or cuzin lol to get away from your every day life. I will do it again in a heart beat

Great night out in the city. Very central with awesome views out to the Harbour Bridge
A.
Fabulous from the outside but inside looks very dated. The whole hotel needs to be spruced up
M.
Conference facilities were excellent, food was superb and the staff friendly and efficient.
A.
Fairly nice place in the heart of the CBD. Lobby and rooms are showing their age
T.
Great location and accommodation with great resort facilities
c.
Awesome place to start, central to everything. My daughter and I loved the rooftop pool.
L.
Nice decor, average food, only 3 toilets/showers... But pleasant
H.
Style comfort and location in both the old and newer rooms. Usually at a competitive price.
A.
Parking was a hassle but everything else was great. Memories of old Farmer's top floor playground from when I was a child
R.
The bar staff was really kind and efficient, beer was cold and snacks were great.
B.
Good if you get the Tower rooms. The old hotel rooms are really dated and pretty nasty
S.
Lovely suite with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Had a great stay
K.
Friendly staff. Food was ok but my steak was overcooked. Nice atmosphere.
M.
All and all not a bad stay, rooms were clean and the staff were nice.
J.
Good service. Gym was hard to find but had great views and sufficient equipment
B.
Spa not working. Some of the other patrons so noisy
J.
Always a great place to stay, with an awesome breakfast to top it off!
