Absolutely wonderful stay. Hotel reception staff were lovely, always giving a cheery greeting each day and going above and beyond at checkout time.
The marina deluxe view room was absolutely fantastic - spacious, practical, nice decor, very clean and functional. Not to mention the balcony which got a lot of use during our stay. Magnificent views over the Viaduct harbour and neighbouring restaurants which were also a delight.
Rooms included a large size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, safe, bath, shower, toaster, kettle, laundry - you name it. A real home away from home (though more luxurious).
The lovely handwritten greeting and gift were a beautiful touch and much appreciated.
Despite rooms being in full view of marina there are no issues with privacy, with all having lovely thick drapes and roller blinds.
Love the bedroom being separate from the lounge, and the different access ways to the balcony as this allows guests to move around without disturbing someone in the other room.
Viaduct a bit quieter than usual, but any noise from the bars and restaurants was not heard in the rooms anyway. Lovely downstairs lobby areas and at the end of the hallway too on our floor.
I had such a wonderful stay, best Auckland hotel I've been to and probably one of the best when compared to other places too. Worst part of our stay was leaving.
Can't wait to come back! :)

Loved our stay here for my wife's birthday. Location was awesome, as were all the staff and their friendly service. Amazing view to the marina and just everything about this hotel was excellent. Will definitely be back again soon.
T.
While the serviced apartments were very comfortable and nice, it wasn't really well stocked with kitchen equipment. Location was great but the occasional noise pollution from the early morning bars isn't that pleasant. However the staff were polite, nice and extremely helpful.
C.
We stayed here for a Week for Christmas 2021.
The room was spacious and clean and Emil was incredibly helpful. Perfect location in the Viaduct.
J.
We came for a relax and birthday celebration. Staff were fantastic. Reception staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great location. Fantastic restaurants adjacent. Fabulous views of marina, harbour bridge and promenade. A lot of action in the area. Private function in the bar next door had very loud music the bass penetrated the walls. But they stopped around 1am. Just what you would expect in a popular area. The unit is nicely furnished and tasteful. Very relaxing. Two TVs are nice if you want to watch in bed and partner wants to watch something else. We will come back here.
M.
Will be so going back here, vwonderful helpful staff . Got an upgrade for a minimum price. Rooms are spacious and clean. Had a view of of the harbour and the night lights. Great location
G.
I stayed there to celebrate my husband’d birthday. The staff of the hotel was so polite and friendly, the service of the front office and housekeeping was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay as the room and the view was very satisfying. I strongly recommend staying here and will surely visit again. Thank-you team Sebel for making my stay fantastic.
G.
Awesome! Location is fantastic, right in the action close to great restaurants, bars and walks, but what makes this hotel special is the amazing staff, super friendly, efficient and really welcoming. This feels like our home away from home and we're treated like friends by the wonderful team. Can't wait for our next visit!
S.
Gorgeous venue! Very friendly arrival at reception which continued every time we saw them.
Stayed In a private apartment, which is perfectly located to have easy accessibility to both the Viaduct and the Auckland CBD.
Great modern location with fantastic amenities!!
Lots of food venues and bars nearby and only a short walk to any and everything.
Highly recommend staying here!!
A.
Loved our apartment. Location was superb, as were all the staff. Will definitely be back next time we are in the city.
T.
Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, the bed was clean and comfortable, major issue with Taxi's blocking entrance to carpark. Room could certainly do with a refresh, scratched paint, stained carpet, dated appliances, poor noise insulation. Other that stay was pleasant, central location is good, not too bad on price either.
N.
Love this hotel and the service is great! The rooms are great , well equipped. , well lit up , and great for business or pleasure. The night lights at the harbour and the bridge is Amazing! The morning coffee over the balcony over looking the viaduct is a great start! Big thank you for all the great front staff including Dennis.
Plenary of choice for great food and cocktails just next to the hotel.

After living in Auckland I watched this hotel take shape and having moved away about a year ago chose The Sebel because of its absolutely prime position on The Viaduct Basin for a recent visit.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful especially as regards car parking which, you can imagine, is much sought in that area. No problem - they sorted it for us and we never got caught short when returning.
The hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant but it doesn’t need one. It is surrounded by great eateries and bars and we had no trouble finding a place to eat- on this trip The Giraffe was our favourite.
I’m not sure how old The Sebel is now but in some aspects it is starting to show it’s age but it’s position is such an asset that one can overlook the weary look. For example ‘people watching’ from our balcony overlooking The Viaduct basin right across to the Emirates team NZ and Prada AC bases to the walkway through to North Pier and even more restaurants and bars.
Checking in and out was a breeze and the welcome bottle of wine and cheeseboard was a pleasant and welcome surprise.
There is another Sebel a bit further down the Viaduct but for position this one is the best.
Thanks Sebel team!
S.
Fantastic location, great rooms, great service. The restaurants surrounding the hotel were all so delicious. The rooms were spacious and lovely. However, they do not offer free wifi. That’s the only downside about the hotel. As a paying hotel customer spending over $200/night, I think WiFi should be provided. If that’s not an issue for you, than absolutely book this hotel! It really is lovely!
M.
Being located on the Viaduct was awesome, plenty of Dining establishments to choose from. Nice room, very spacious. When checking in we were asked if we would like 2 complimentary drinks sent our room, we accepted, but the drinks never …
J.
After taking some time to check in and the hotel almost charging me again, we went to our room. It was super noisy from the extractor fans from the restaurants below. The team, all though fully booked made some changes for us and gave us an upgrade. The room was great
B.
Sebel Viaduct is awesome! It's the staff who make this place great, they really understand service with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble, just ask & they'll sort it out & quickly.
Check-in? You've already done that online, welcome, would you like a beer? No wonder all the guests walk around happy & relaxed. It's a frictionless guest arrival procedure that lets you get on with enjoying your stay.
Rooms are well-appointed & there's parking underneath. Expect some external noise, you're staying in the heart of an entertainment precinct.
P.
The Sebel is in a fantastic location with plenty of great restaurants within a very short walk, basically down stairs, and you are at the center of everything
Front desk staff were very efficient, rooms are of a good size, bed was comfortable, very little noise from the streets.
I had a basic room, without a harbour view but it was still of a good standard and had a city view Te cost was good, not huge like some in the city centre.
Overall i would stay there again, basic but everything you need
J.
Great location very friendly staff the only issue is the noise from the bars and restaurants below. Also the constant dumping of bottles from the bins can make for a very restless lights sleep
D.
I've stayed here a couple of times now. The rooms I've had have always been huge, with comfy beds and a great shower. A seperate table/desk to work at and a seperate lounge area. It's a great location right near the water, which means it's close to the running path. They don't have a restaurant but you can charge a few local places on the promenade to your room - which means you can get some good variety.
P.
Gret location and decent rooms. The best have a harbour view- worth trying to get. The rooms which face the multi story car park are ok, but a little dark. There is no bar or restaurant here, so breakfast is arranged with Giraffe restaurent next door and is very expensive and you can't really drop in for cornflakes and toast. On the bright side, the rooms have a kitchen area with a 'fridge, so you can always do some self catering.
K.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Clean and comfy. Fantastic location. Free Wi-fi would have been a great benefit. No view but that didnt worry us. we overlooked the carpark thru a concrete wall but loved the interior.
Great showers, large wardrobe with safe and laundry facilities offered free in room.
Would definitely stay here again.
R.
The room here was really nice (with washer and dryer built in, bonus!) and a really friendly staff. They offer the usual fully stocked mini-bar (which would cost a fortune to take part in) and some great selections of teas and press coffee.
The balcony is enough to stand on and little else, but is nice to have none-the-less. Just remember where this place is located - above a dozen bars by the water. Come 2am, if you're windows are open, this place is LOUD. My wife and I were woken about that time, as the bars were letting out and the happily tipsy folks were making their way to their cars are full vocal volume. It went on about 1/2 an hour before it settled down again. So, just be aware of location. But if you like easy access to a bunch of stuff, this is a really good place. Oh, and the image is the view from our room - nice.
Parking is horrible, but they do offer a few spots in their garage at $35/night.
J.
Good clean rooms. Mine had view of motorway but good sound proofing. Generous room size and bathrooms. Simple kitchenette, big 40" TV, free Wi-Fi in lobby for an hour. Fantastic location on harbour front amongst amazing restaurants
F.
Thank you to all the staff - We were privileged to interact with you, and especially notably, Lily (‘like the flower’ she said): A most delightful lady who went above and beyond with our check-in and initial impression of our room! Check-out was equally impressive - thank you Sankar (Duty Manager)! We enjoyed our very special overnight stay, planning to return very soon! You are all a credit to both The Sebel and to the City of Sails, Auckland!
P.
This hotel is perfectly situated, within walking distance of the Harbour and it's many restaurants, as well as the Skytower and Queen streets. The area has been refurbished with a modern look, which makes for a very inviting atmosphere. The rooms are a bit drab and could use some updating, but they were both fairly priced and functional. The one issue that I had was that they wanted to charge me a "convenience fee" for paying with a credit card, which is ridiculous and importantly, against card association (MasterCard and Visa) rules. I totally understand that accepting a credit card reflects a merchant cost, but association rules preclude the merchant from passing that cost on to the cardholder.
R.
Nice place to stay, has laundry, free pool and spa facilities.
Shower is not strong enough, so probably needs a little bit clean. Smart TV isn't smart enough to watch Netflix 😅
S.
Have stayed here multiple times. Highly recommend it. The viaduct bars and restaurants are literally downstairs. Staff and management are extremely friendly and welcoming. If you're concerned about noise from the bars etc would recommend staying in the non harbour view rooms otherwise definitely get the harbour view rooms. Very spacious and well appointed.
G.
The location of this hotel was great. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafe were around and looking at the harbor.
The size of the room (35m) was sufficient for family with a little kid. Unfortunately the communication was the downside of this place. I asked to provide a child crib via my booking and didn't hear back from administration. We arrived quite late and our son fall asleep in a car. So, we should wait for assembly of the cot before I can put him into the bed.
I liked the layout of the room and bathroom. It was handy to have a washing machine and a bath with the kid. The light at the bathroom was good to put makeup on. However, the lack of drawers created some difficulty to store clothes. Seems like built-in wardrobe should eliminated this issue, but the configuration inside just wasn't right. There were only three coat hangers and it were fixed quickly by our request. I liked sun block curtains that created nice darkness for kid's nap time.
The parking was downstairs and it wasn't easy to find for the first time arrivals. No signs at all. Bear in mind extra 35NZD a per day on top of your accommodation. It's a good alternative right across the road under a viaduct "City Parking" for 25NZD. But we didn't know how to find it when we arrived at night.
K.
Great stay here, I stayed here on business. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings with the bars below, but they don't stay open for too long. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the supermarket to grab supplies. A nice spacious apartment with wonderful views and pretty quiet. I love how you can't hear the other door from the other apartments closing during the night.
M.
Very nice hotel with apartment rooms and a decent rate compare to the Hilton or other hotels on the water. We were upgraded to a harbor view and loved our stay. The staff are wonderful and this is a prime location. Note that on the weekends in the evenings it can get loud in the Viaduct area with all of the bars and restaurants below. The Giraffe cafe / restaurant just off the lobby has splendid meals early and late.
R.
Rooms were great. Bed was nice. We had a washer dryer which came in very handy. Location could not be better if you want to get dinner at the viaduct. Staff was helpful. We ate at Giraffe in the lobby for breakfast and really enjoyed it.
T.
Friendliness of the hotel staff made our stay here worthwhile. The room was spacious. The best feature is the convenience. The location is excellent and handy to restaurants and harbour. Convenient to everything in Viaduct Harbour and surrounding area. I didnt have breakfast at the hotel-so I had no comment.
j.
A tremendous place to stay and be in a relaxed environment.
There's nothing better when the staff are so on top of things, you can just enjoy being in a well-polished machine. Everyone is friendly, the patrons are happy and jovial- this, in the middle of winter.
The location is about as good as it gets- 5 star views of the gorgeous marina, harbor bridge and people watching from our 4th level apartment.
The adjacent world class pool/gym is magnificent. Free swims and only $8 for a daily gym pass. Couldn't be happier!
The full kitchen is a dream, as is the washer/dryer set up.
If my wife and I didn't have a family, we could happily live out our days here!
Bravo Sebel Suites!
J.
We had a great time. Fantastic and friendly staff, they even gave my son a teddy bear on arrival. Everyone was warm and accommodating. Would stay there again
C.
Very clean and Comfortable accommodation. Great views from most of the rooms. The Staff were very Polite and eager to please. The Hotel is located close to everything. Including up to 30 restaurants
H.
Free thinking staff that can handle customer satisfaction would compliment this location greatly also being partnered with giraffe let's you down too.
Keeping customers happy should be your main priority!
J.
Great place to stay for view and restaurants as all say. Mamy of these require dinner bookings. I'm recommending for cruise ship guests. Easy flat 10 minute walk to the terminal and hoho bus departure area. Rooms at 4.5 star nut quite nice. Laundry can be done. Emjoy
P.
Hotel is in a very convenient location by Viaduct. Our room was a self contained apartment which would be great for a longer stay. Dined in one of restaurants just downstairs.
Received an upgraded room at check-in which was a nice touch.
As mentioned in other reviews, remember the hotel is above restaraunts and bars so can get loud around closing time and with special events i.e. Champions League final cheering was our wake up.
R.
such a great location. spacious suite with great veiws. comfortable and clean suite e everything we needed. a tableside lamp was hanging limp and broken...seemed to spoil the look of the room...but we Loved our stay here
A.
Good hotel located on Auckland Viaduct Harbour. I stayed in a 1 bed suite which had Harbour facing views. Location is brilliant. Rooms size is big for the price but no complentory breakfast is provided. Suite is filled equipped with kitchen and washing machine, dryer, etc. Room service is not that great. It is located very close to Queen Street. Nice place to stay in Harbour area.
S.
I paid for the deluxe suite . It was a great sized room and great location however the room itself didn’t feel clean it was very poorly dressed and overall didn’t feel worth the money spent .
R.
Stayed one night with a friend. Room was a good size, large bathroom with 2 doors for access but must say, the view was beautiful, both day and night..staff helpful and accommodating..great place to stay for direct access to the hustle n bustle of the viaduct..
R.
Good location and service, stunning view on the wharf and yachts. But we stayed for 3 weeks and everything was covered with dust in the end. I also noticed the cleaning was not thorough during our stay.
r.
We were booked in a studio with city view for two nights. There was hardly any view though. The room however was super comfortable with all the amenities, including a washing machine and dryer. The internet is chargeable, however the charges were waived once we signed up for Accor group membership.
J.
The Sebel - A must stay and I definetly will be coming here from now on... I usually don't do reviews but today I had one of my worst shopping excursions ever when an arrogant, rude shop assistant told me I was too fat for their shop. Double ouch! Anyway wasn't feeling in the best of moods and not to happy with Aucklands customer service. Came back to my hotel and the guys at the Sebel made it so much better. Really brought a smile to my face. I was booked in here for 2 nights and everything was top notch. Quiet, modern, relaxing and clean. The dryer and washing machine were a great add plus the kitchen facilities. Room service and food delicious... Thank you guys especially the night desk crew but also all the front counter crew during the day. The bubbly you gave me really made my evening.. So once again thanks.... its nice to encounter great customer service from real people.
J.
Great spot right in the middle of all the viaduct action. Restaurants all around and convenient to shopping and offices in the CBD. The rooms are spacious enough, but barely make the definition of "suites." Basically, the area with the bed can be sealed off from the main room by a sliding door, which leaves hardly any room to walk around the bed. Also, plan on taking a very long time to get to this hotel. Traffic in the CBD is a nightmare, and the roads around the hotel are massively jammed. Finding the carpark is another adventure altogether - you have to know where to look as is sanwiched between a couple of shops several metres from the hotel entrance. And there is no place to pull up and check in. If you miss the entrance, plan to spend 15-20 minutes circling around to get back to the hotel.
D.
Great rooms, excellent location. The price is up there, but so is everything around there. For the price, though, the room is absolutely fantastic and the views are amazing. The hotel is a bit tricky to find if you're using GPS... They could do better there.
A.
Nice hotel, but they were "low on room keys" so using the elevators which require a room key is a pain in the butt. They also charge for WiFi which I HATE!!!
If you stay here eat at Soul which is located right next door. They have great food! Definitely our best meal in New Zealand. You will thank me later!
B.
Nice large rooms. Everything was clean. Rooms had mini kitchen and laundry. Parking cost and wifi isn't free unless you sign up for free membership with the front desk. Friendly staff
L.
staff were friendly and very helpful, I left my computer charger behind and they managed to find it and return it. thank you. Room was clean and the location was good. very comfortable stay.
C.
Wow. So glad I changed my mind and stayed at the Sebel. Perfect location overlooking the Wynard quarter. Great room! Friendly staff. Close resturants that you can charge back to your room. Thanks Sebel.
M.
I cannot praise the staff in this hotel highly enough. The day before we were due to check in i broke my ankle ( although at that stage didnt know it was broken ) after going over on it. When we got there i was in a fair amount of pain and they couldnt have been more helpful in getting me to a hospital. Once i got back to the hotel they went above and beyond to make sure my husband and i were comfortable and had everything we needed.
J.
Great location. Room was excellent. Obviously has had an upgrade recently.
Will definitely be back.
t.
Great restaurant and bar right on the harbour. We did not eat here just had cocktails. Great selection of wine and beers. We sat on beanbag chairs on a artificial turf area. There was a live DJ playing music, fantastic Sunday!
W.
LOVED this hotel. The view is SPECTACULAR from the room, perfectly located, a huge immaculately clean room and friendly staff. What more can you want?
P.
Surprising, no perk coffee! yet there is a coffee plunger. No robe but has slippers, room door quite scratched, front desk not overly helpful.
D.
Cordial reception. Great views of harbor from room. Room is mini suite which meant I could read travel brochures while my wife slept. Great location next to water front and surrounded by terrific restaurants.
J.
We always stay at the Sebel when we stay in the city, mainly because they are one of the only hotels that have balcony's. The rooms are spacious and nice and tidy and the suites are set up with a good sized kitchen. Makes for an enjoyable stay in the city.
D.
Great studio apartment with excellent facilities if you want to cater for yourself. Plenty of dining choices on the doorstep, though. I can recommend Dr Rudi's for breakfast.
S.
Room was a little tired, though spacious enough. I was on the side with the view of the street and a carpark... Not a lot of inspiration there. Staff were friendly and helpful.
M.
Great size room (I had city view suite). Limited room-service menu though, however a number of local restaurants allow charge back to your room.
G.
Clean and comfortable room and so close to every thing we needed. Very friendly and helpful front desk
V.
Good functional hotel. Restaurants are separate, water front properties. The Giraffe is a great place for breakfast, opens by 7 am.
D.
Had 2 nights here before the start of our cruise. Wonderful location overlooking the Marina & loads of restaurants & bars close by and then it was only a short drive to the Cruise Terminal.
L.
I found the Sebel well run, very accommodating, clean, close to eateries and the ABD. The view of the Viaduct Basin at night is fabulous.... Looking across to Americas cup central and the Harbour Bridge.
N.
Facing viaduct harbour, it has great view, great access to all the restaurants - just step out of the entrance. Great staff and great facility. I keep coming back.
T.
Covid-19 hasn't been kind to this hotel and the noise from the viaduct and local bought clubs means sleep isn't going to be easy.
J.
Best location in Auckland. Sound proofed and quiet, good sized self contained rooms but next to the trendy waterside restaurant area. Walk to Queen Street shopping precinct in 5 min. I'm staying via AirBNB in a Studio apartment but Sebel manages the front desk and the majority of the apartments in the building.
B.
Another awesome mini holiday at the Sebel Viaduct .super helpful and friendly staff. Look forward to our next holiday there.
A.
Nice location and staff were good....but 1992 just called and it wants it's hotel back
c.
The staff was very accommodating. The location was perfect.
A.
Little on the pricey side but good location and great facilities. I like the washing machine, oven, cutlery etc. I recommend asking for a room on the harbour side as the views are much better
J.
Nice room, amazing view of the Harbor, little loud with the Auckland night life but the curtains drown out alot of noise. Highly enjoyed my stay!
B.
Very comfortable,pleasant staff
Great Views and so handy to Harbour & Boats
S.
My husband and I stayed over a year ago, we come back and stayed again we were not disappointed the best room upgrade looking over the the waterfront great sleep . Thanks again
L.
The harbor view is simply amazing. I guess I would classify this as an all suite hotel. The services offered are while limited, the overall experience makes up for the rest. DO NOT GET THE CITY VIEW!
S.
Fabulous. staff very helpful and friendly...rooms are wonderful with decks and wonderful views.. mant wonderful restaurants a a short walk away. .ferry, bus and train transport minutes away.. close to shopping on Queen street . sky tower a close walk away...and many maby more things to see and do..10+
E.
Rooms are great, but lots of road noise. Cleaning staff did an amazing job
B.
Great views over Viaduct Harbour, but our room was very tired and in need of refurb.
M.
good accommodation, great location, regular wi-fi and was hacked as soon as we checked out even being paid, only drawback, however I recommend
S.
Room interior are now a little dated, but they are well appointed and clean.
Hotel dining options were limited at the time (due to construction).
S.
Fantastic customers service with amazing staff
Lovely clean luxuries room
Don't normally stay on first floor - slight extra street noise
Extremely happy with close proximity of fantastic restaurants
D.
Lovely Welcome friendly staff, room clean and comfortable .Washing machine and Dryers.
Beautiful Views , great food around accommodation
O.
All the team made me feel like home and they were like family.
D.
Great location. No car parking although a car isn't needed anyway. We had a spacious room with harbour view.
S.
Perfect location and nice tidy rooms. Ours had a lovely lookout into the Auckland Marina and plenty of amazing bars and eaterys downstairs!
K.
Great Hotel with rooms having facilities like Kitchenette, Washer, Dryer etc. Location is very close to the Viaduct Harbor. Good for families.
P.
Quality stay, could not hear the bars below at all, sound proofing very good. Price is as expected for easy walking distance to wharves, bars and restaurants.
J.
I made the arduous walk in the blistering heat from the Auckland harbour oaks, towing a suitcase large enough to hold an adult body, a large hiking backpack and a work bag which I wore on the front, making me look like a heavily pregnant woman. Into the glorious sebel I confidently struggled because google maps told me so. And glorious was the lobby. The lady was gorgeous and helpful but informed my that I didn't have a booking. Turns out there's another sebel 230m away called sebel quay West (this was sebel viaduct). Sadly I donned my pregnancy bag, backpack and Mafia style suitcase and headed onwards. The dream remains, get go the sebel viaduct!
s.
A bit of a walk to shops etc, but can't beat the quietness and walk around the harbour at your door step not to mention the amazing view. Rooms are not huge but clean, tidy and have everything u need.
R.
Great Hotel, friendly and helpful staff.
K.
Great location, I've stayed here once before. Rooms are nice with comfy beds and a great shower.
C.
Clean, great location, well.laid out suite with everything needed (except a sharp knife to cut the limes for our vodka soda). Enjoyed the stay.
A.
Overall a very good experience. Friendly staff, nice studio rooms. I just which the free WIFI would not end after the first day...
T.
This hotel was so accommodating. We had another hotel that was a nightmare so we left & landed on the steps of the beautiful Sebel a bit after midnight and was so pleased at the service and accommodations
S.
Customer service is fantastic. They upgraded me to seaview. It was stunning and comfortable. Handy to all fabulous restaurants.
s.
Bit dated. Bedding too hot even tho the air conditioning was turned down. Great location. Staff lovely
A.
Always a pleasure going to the Viaduct. I visit an old friend who stays there whenever I am in Auckland and the staff are always very attentive, helpful and polite. A great location as well!
P.
Had great night .... Was a Sunday so not as load as a Saturday would have been. Looked over the viaduct so was a great veiw
A.
We enjoyed our stay. Close to the dock to walk to our ship and the nearby restaurants. Very disappointing view from our window
P.
Nice and central to the Viaduct, Restaurants etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend and stay again.
E.
The hotel it could not see luxury but the rooms are great! All the services and very quiet. The zone is very good.
J.
Amazing harbour view. Value for money. I wish I was on holidays and not business. Surrounded with lot of good restaurants.
E.
Disappointed with our roomand its scaffolding view especially as we paid top price. Should have gone with Trivago, like the ads say. Lol
D.
Great hotel, waterfront view. Awesome rooms
F.
Great hotel with a great water front location and harbor views
P.
Lovely place heaps of places to eat for the amount of money that we pay for the room I expected bigger balcony
J.
Time for a bit if refurbishment as looking tired. Also needs better Street signage as hard to find
A.
Needs double glazing on windows and a bigger bed! Double bed was tiny and even my feet hung over the end. Could hear all the bar noise from downstairs - even on a Tuesday night.
J.
Cheaper to pick up a prepaid sim and use it as a hotspot ($25) than use their overpriced wireless ($30). Depending where your room is, you can be kept awake all night by the music down at the Irish pub.
J.
Great place particularly if you like the viaduct harbour.
B.
The best hotel in Viaduct! Can have a wonderful view and all the pubs and restaurants start 2meters from the hotel door!
c.
Great location.
Will be returning
Great view and service.
M.
Great water front position. Rooms a.little tired but good value. Awesome staff.
O.
Very comfy and clean accommodation, great views, great kitchen and laundry services in our room.
H.
Really helpful staff who made sure our stay great, room was big and great location as well
M.
Comfortable stay, great area to walk around just outside the hotel
P.
Good clean rooms with an absolutely fantastic location right on the harbour.
A.
Rooms clean but a bit dated. Desk staff on night not very welcoming.
c.
Great view of the harbour. Close to local restaurants.
Free harbour bridge light show while driving whisky
J.
It was fantastic and awesome place. Check it out it's in the heart of Auckland waterfront. Great for family day out.
D.
Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Staff are excellent. Highly recommended.
H.
I hate when a hotel ask you to pay for WiFi . Nice hotel but still had a visa charge hold on our account a week after we left ?
C.
Great hotel, fab service ,beautiful surroundings and views, cool restaurant. Nice staff.
R.
Nice self contained studio apartments close to the city centre and surrounded by good places to eat and grab a drink.

Very helpful staff who made sure our stay was most enjoyable.
J.
We cam to rest with peace and quiet and achieved that due to the hotel staff etc.
M.
Leaky toilet, handy if you want to be near viaduct. Loved the deep bath.
D.
Very tidy, clean and spacious lobbies with great views on the harbour.
S.
We were in Auckalnd for three days and a show, The Sebel has a great location and is right in the middle of the viaduct
T.
Great place to stay...self contained serviced 1 bedroom apartments.
H.
Great location and the kitchen serves some very good dishes
D.
Great room lots of space to move around with lots of places to eat and be entertained
P.
Great modern rooms, plenty of space with modern amenities. Restaurants on your door step.
S.
Enjoyed our stay and the night Live would definitely come Back again
R.
Amazing viaduct view, not common to see a real 4 seater dining set in a suite.
A.
