All around FANTASTIC! Great customer Service. Very well presented and clean rooms with a great splash of colour. Great Central location. Close to K roads coffee shops and antiquity fashion and home goods shops. Small walk to Auckland Town Hall. Great selection of Asian eateries very close by. Appx 20min walk or 5min bus to Britomart, Wynyard Quarter and the Ferries. Would highly recommend for your next stay in Auckland CBD

Amazing and new hotel! We stayed here for a night due to construction in our apartment and were blown away at the value for money this hotel provides. The rooms are extremely spacious, comfy and stylishly designed. The staff were also friendly and attentive. We had an issue with someone in a neighbouring room having a party with loud music and within minutes of raising the issue were given a new room and had a great sleep. Even with COVID the hotel still recognised our accor gold status by upgrading our room and leaving our complementary drinks outside our door for us to collect contactlessly. This is a new hotel at the top of Queen St. Near K Road where there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Might be a bit of a hike uphill from Customs Road and Britomart. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Overall a very good hotel. I would give it 5 stars if not for the 2 negatives. Booked a room with breakfast and this was an absolute travesty for what they charged. $25+ Toast and mini muffins is what you get. I am told the kitchen was not yet open and they could not cook. Poor planning in my opinion. It was so horrid i had to give it a miss most of my stay. Housekeeping was also a bit inconsistent with towels and restocking forgotten.

It is a nice ambient and modern feel like kind of hotel. The amenities and the additional upgrades such as bluetooth speakers and or alarm clock are simple things yet gives us all the comfort and convince are all present. Toiletries are always stocked up and the staffs are all accommodating. Hopefully their carpark floor plan will improve soon and expand more. All in all, I had a good experience.

Fabulous stay and the staff were professional and extremely obliging. Highly recommend. Bed was so comfortable and location top notch. Enjoyed breakfast which was delivered to our room. as the restaurant isn’t opened yet because it’s so new. We will definitely be back. Lastly when booking a space for your vehicle state the size so it can be accommodated because there’s limited spaces for bigger vehicles. This is $35 per night in secure space.

I had a lovely stay at the Mercure with my family. The staff were warm and lovely. One young man in particular asked how our day was (we had a bad day and sluggishly replied good and walked in to the lift) when we returned back to the lobby he was already on his way up to our room to bring us a block of whittakers chocolate to make the day a little better for us. Bless his soul, 10/10 service and stay!

Great room and awesome bathroom. Great service from the staff. Only downside was the cost of my meal from the Basement restaurant. Very expensive for what I received.

Service here is phenomenal, I have stayed here around 5wks all up over the last few months and it's clean, comfy, close to all amenities and again the service from the staff is above and beyond, I cannot fault the lovely staff..

Staff are super friendly and went above their job description. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Very clean and modern. I had a beautiful 25mins walk to the museum and 15mins to the hospital.

Great central location. Reasonably priced. Fantastic service. We stayed here on two seperate occasions. Bookings were made through Whatif and were a complete shambles, but Rosie was absolutely amazing and sorted it out for us, both times. 100% recommend staying here, just book direct with the hotel, not through Whatif.

I was super impressed with this place! Great location and really quiet. Great bathroom, loved the Amazon shower 👌🏼. Nice friendly service. Will definitely stay here again!
