T.We stayed here for 3 months after we lost our home to Flooding. Ian the manager was ever so helpful and made us feel so welcome and there was nothing he wouldn't do to accommodate our needs. During lockdown this was a very stressful time for us and ALL the staff were amazing!!!!! Would recommend staying here to anyone.
B.Place was spotless and clean. Lovely chatty staff. Suprised to find it had pool/spa/sauna and gym. No pressure around checkout. They had the spa ready in the morning for us. Really nice experience.
s.I found the room clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. What i really liked was the friendly host, he was lovely and accomodating. My only gripe is the wifi/ hotspot. I found it very slow, it kept turning off and of greatest concern was the frequent popups saying it was unsecure and dangerous. So i didnt use it at all. But in saying that, i will definitely be staying again.
C.I stayed at this motel last year for 3 weeks while my husband was in hospital. I have stayed in many motels throughout the years and this has to have been one of the best so far. The owner Ian was just amazing. The cleaning staff amazing. The rooms very clean and had everything I needed. I was upgraded to a family room to accommodate my family who were coming and going to visit my husband. This 2 bedroom unit was amazing. TV in the lounge as well as a TV in one of the bedrooms. Nice lounge space and great kitchen facilities. Beds were so comfortable. I could not have asked for better service then what I received from all people involved in running this place. Towels were replaced everyday and sheets were changed every second day. Thank you so much to Ian and staff keep up the amazing hospitality. I have since been back here 2 more times since then and will continue to go back there when ever visiting auckland.
R.Of all the motels I've stayed in over the years this is by far the absolute best. The rooms are amazing, large, clean, full equipped and very comfortable. The staff are great, super friendly and very accommodating. On one occasion one of the staff stayed behind at the office an hour after closing just so they can give me the key to my room. On another occasion I misplaced my wife's entire jewelry collection and only realized after checking out. I rushed back to find they had found it and kept it safe for me. Needless to say I was very impressed appreciative with their honesty. They have more then 8 sky channels playing so that's a massive bonus when you just wanna lay in bed. Bathrooms are fully equipped and the showers are great. Nice strong water pressure. Beds are very comfortable. The location is great. Right next to Lyndale, supermarkets and a couple of bars. Overall a great experience.
S.Oh such a wonderful motel... Lovely customer service, the man was so friendly... Had everything we needed... And omg... As soon as we walked in... All you could smell was dryness and cleanliness... The bathroom smelt like cleaning products... The bed was so comfortable... Highly recommend this motel...
c.Management was very helpful and understanding when we got stuck in Auckland waiting for our van to be fixed, letting us book a day or 2 at a time. Staff are friendly, and the place is clean and well maintained. 100% would stay again, we were very grateful

L.I spent a night here a week ago en route to Tauranga. The lovely warm welcome from Michael set the tone for a very comfortable stay. I had booked a studio apartment but was upgraded to a very spacious 2 storey apartment. My stay was short so I didn’t have time to explore the general facilities of the motel or the surrounding areas, but I can say that my accommodation was excellent. Everything was fresh and clean, the kitchenette had everything I needed, there were sofas to lounge on in front of the flat screen tv, and finally a very comfortable large bed and quality linen for a good night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend this motel and am looking forward to returning for my last night before leaving New Zealand.

M.Really helpful and friendly owners. Booked a night for one room for two couples in seperate rooms. When we got there the owner said the painters left our booked room late and the room had a fresh paint smell. So he gave us two seperate rooms instead for the same price, very helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy with cooking facilities. Will stay there again.

R.One of the best known Motel in Auckland for short stay, compatitively priced with all the usual amenities for a family. Staffs very friendly and helpful. The owner IAN WALDRON is perhaps the most friendly and customer friendly person I have ever known.

Gym and spa could do some renovating but overall Me and my family enjoyed our stay here

S.Mum stayed here unfortunately didn't get put in at the ground level as requested but tidy enough and quite big units
E.We have stayed regularly over several years and always found the units extremely clean and well presented - owner is a hardworking man and very welcoming, always remembered we were from Rotorua etc.
