Doesn't look like much from the outside, but a great value hotel in the center of Auckland. Rooms were on the small side, but well equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a heated towel rack. Staff were very helpful during my stay, and assisted in arranging a day trip that I planned at the last minute. Well done!

This hotel doesn't look that great from outside but our room was large clean and comfortable bed. Also has a washing machine fridge toaster and dishwasher. If like us your In transit or city break definitely recomend .

Very comfortable room with good facilities. This is an appartment complex so there is no restaurant and you are very much on your own. However, there are plenty of breakfast bars and restaurants within easy walking distance in the city district so you are well catered for. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. If this is the type of hotel that you are looking for then this one is well worth a try.

Great location, a short walk to the city centre without all the noise of being too central. Good communication, as we received an email ahead of our check in. Room was nice although cleaning could do with a little improvement as we still had a few crumbs left over from our breakfast. Facilities were great though! Loved the dish washer and washing machine/dryer.

Fast confirmation, quick check-in, friendly and informative staffs, full function kitchen, in-room washing machanin and dryer......i really like it. Plus, this hotel is very close by city center, also walking distance to the water front …

The location in such a small city is perfect, a bit distant from the noisy downtown but quiet walkable. Easy for airport transportation as well. The kitchen is good although the microwave stores don＇t seem working at all. The staff is quite limit so if you missed their cleaning time no hope to get the make-up service even upon request.

It is a place near to the town center. You can walk to Albert Park and Shopping Street (Queenstr.) in like 10-15 minutes. One thing I didn't like was that the room service that wasn't friendly or helpful at all. They forgot to clean our bed for 3 days. Also there were two extra hand towels after one time but whe didn't have these ones from the beginning so I guess this wasn't completed carefully at all. Another problem was the police station next door that was pretty loud during days and sometimes even nights.

Nice hotel. I hadn't stayed at a Ramada since I was a kid and they were usually very basic. We had a pretty great room! The kitchen was a great bonus, as well as the washer and dryer. It was in a great location.

I'm happy with my hotel choice while in Auckland! I stayed here 3 nonconsecutive nights and enjoyed it! It is in the center of the CBD, a few minutes walk to the Queen St. SkyBus lounge. Even though it is in the heart of the city, it was quiet and very comfortable! The suite option was grand because I did utilize the kitchenette. There's a washer/dryer in bathroom. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly! I felt safe especially as a solo traveler! I'd stay here again! Keep up the great work! Thank you!!

Nice clean hotel. Late check in until midnight, and arrangements can be made to pick up keys later if flights delayed. Parking is restricted, but available, staff friendly and helpful (borrowed an umbrella in rain storm). Decent coffee next door, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, theatres, Sky City and all of Auckland downtown.

The rooms were very clean, had all of the amenities, and were a great location to downtown Auckland. This is the room for you if you want to have quick access to all the fun adventures. The staff was prompt, kind, and very professional.

Hidden away but still close enough to easily walk to the city. There was not loads of space in the room but more than enough. Having the kitchenette was a real bonus even with a washing m/c for those staying a bit longer. The price being very good and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

Small room with kitchenette and bathroom. All in good state and well maintained. The hotel in direct in the city centre and close to all shops and downtown attractions. Parking is a problem. The hotel has limited capacity and charges nzd 28 per day.

The rooms, all staff and management are fantastic. A great place to stay with a convenient location. Friendly people and a private area compared to most motels and apartments in the city, so relaxing. Modern. Great cleanliness.

Value pretty good - service improvable. 3.5 stars. We arrived on Friday evening by car from the airport. Within the last two weeks we've seen 8 hotels on our Australia/NZ trip so at least I have to leave a feedback for this one as it was kinda disappointing. After I've carried two heavy pieces of luggage up the stairs to get to the reception I didn't see anyone right away. (there is an elevator but someone needs to inform the arriving guests better about how to use it). The service representative showed up and let's say: "You don't learn that in any hotel school" :) Very cold conversation.....wouldn't care too much but the 4 star rating is due to the following: We got a room up on the 6th floor. So far so good. Not so good - the elevator just goes up to the 5th floor and that gentleman at the reception desk couldn't care less how we will get our two big pieces of luggage there. So I asked "So we must carry our two big luggage pieces from the 5th to the 6th?" - yes. No adequate service reaction here- no offer for any help or anything. No motivation. It's not about I couldn't carry our stuff up there but if each luggage piece is for sure > 23kg it's getting both at that check in: A special service experience and a work out to get to your room. But I made it - two doors and quite some stairs- definitely a "different" check in. The room was nice and everything was ok but the check in situation in combination with the receptionist's body language shocked us. We still can recommend this hotel- however- if you get the 6th floor you better just carry hand luggage. :)

Perfect location for exploring the city. Can't get lost as it's on the same street as the massive sky tower. Rooms are good size and bed is comfy. Perfect after a 34hr travel from the UK

Great budget hotel in easy location. Hotel rooms have kitchenette with microwave and a washer/dryer in washroom. Staff are friendly. No Room safe . Twin beds are smaller than normal twin beds. Just FYI

Comfy bed well appointed room. However this stay some idiots banging on doors before 4am woke me up and kept me awake. Management have said they will follow up, which is good.

Rooms were fully featured with everything you'd expect and more, with enough space but not too much. Parking of large vehicles might be problematic, but with nearby car parks and on-street parking the issue is quickly forgotten. Excellent hotel centrally located.

Good price / value, but don’t expect an amazing hotel. Rooms are on the larger side and the staff is helpful, however the outside and entrance area look very old. Also quite a few steps at the entrance which makes life hard with suitcases. Convenient location, close to Queen Street.

Nice rooms for the price and location, they also have dryers and washing machines, you just can't open any windows so the room heats up when dryer is on

Nice, not very expensive rooms. Close to downtown. However some rooms have inadequate amount of sunlight. So you have to use artificial lights all the time.

We stayed here for one night following a ten day cruise before further traveling, the location is ideal for a visit to the sky tower and the viaduct area, the kitchen was very welcome as was the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, nice clean modern rooms and friendly and efficient staff , ideal for a short stay in Auckland, well done.

Our room was tucked away on the ground floor. It was spacious enough with a good kitchenette and washer dryer.

The ramada is a great place to stay in when visiting Auckland it handy to everything the people running it are extremely helpful and polite would stay again in a heartbeat lovely and clean.
