Ramada hotel continues to impress. I find these rooms spacious and light filled and with all that I need for a comfortable stay. Staff are super friendly and really take care of me.

Stayed here last year. Everything was fine. Room was clear tidy and well equipped. Staff was helpful. Highly recommended and will return again.

Awesome!!! Very Clean!!! My room was quiet and very comfortable. Modern. Great shower. Was helpful to have a washing machine and dryer in room as I was here for 7 nights. Smart TV helped as well. Great location. I'll will definitely stay here again!!!

We bought a weekend AirNZ grabaseat to Auckland, so this hotel was chosen for us. We couldn't have chosen better ourselves! The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Skybus stop in Hobson st, which was very convenient. We recieved a very friendly welcome from the reception staff, and check in was very smooth. We recieved an upgrade to a room with a seaview, which was very nice. The room was lovely. Top marks for cleanliness, not a speck of dust anywhere. The studio suite had everything one could desire. Microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, even a washing machine and a dryer! There was an extensive set of kitchen equipment, crockery, and oven dishes. The aircon worked very well, just as well, as the room caught the afternoon sun and could get very warm. The room was pretty soundproof, nice and peaceful, not noisy. The location is very good, lots of eating establishments a couple of minutes walk away, including two 24 hr convenience stores. We needed to catch a ferry to Tiritiri Matangi Island the next morning, and it was an easy walk down Hobson St to the Wharf. This hotel was perfect for the two of us, and we would definitely stay there again.

The communication from the beginning with Karen has been amazing and truly appreciative, stress free and honestly the instructions to get inside Auckland city to Ramada was a breeze...the Hotel is really clean, comfortable and affordable. Please ask for a ocean view, city view in your booking..it has a fantastic view especially at night. Thank you so much Karen for taking care of our needs and everyone at Ramada. I definitely recommend your hotel to anyone that want a night of enjoyment in Auckland city this is the place to stay.

The service was excellent! We were able to park our Jeep for $30 per night. The room was small but for 2 nights this was fine for us. The room and hotel are fairly new and everything was meticulously clean. For it's location, which is central Auckland CBD itches very quiet. Nice selection of coffee and tea and a mini fridge if you need it. Top of the line blow dryer and great water pressure in the shower.

So close to the city, a few minutes walking distance, good eating places nearby and the room was lovely. It was modern and quiet. The reception staff very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you have business in the city or want a weekend away in Auckland.

Whenever booking accommodation in Auckland City - I always chose to stay at Remada on Victoria Street West. It's competitively priced and within walking distance to the Viaduct and Auckland CBD. There is also a Countdown conveniently located down the street. Every interaction I've had with their staff have always been positive and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy and have everything you could need for a short stay in Auckland + the showers are amazing! I would highly recommend upgrading to the Studio Apartment, it has a great wee kitchenette including microwave and fridge freezer + the convenience of being able to wash and dry your clothes from the comfort of your own room. Nothing beats returning home with a suitcase minus the washing!

From the receptionist to the room, everything was high standard. Helpful knowledgeable staff and fantastic view north including harbour Bridge from the balcony.

Just ok ... clean for sleeping and showering. Parking is quite bad, the car lifts mean you cannot open your doors, would suggest an alternative for this

Smallish rooms, clean and comfortable. Reasonable value given proximity to CBD, Victoria Harbour and Sky City. Parking a bit tight.

Got the Executive suite. While nicely appointed, the room is on the hot side, and the aircon struggled. This is April btw

A newly built hotel that’s very new on everything. Lifts are still wrap with protection inside, and some carts are placed along the corridor. The room is equipped with utensils, toaster, oven, kettle, glasses and cups with kitchen sink and dish washer. There’s also washing machine and dryer, with washing liquid/powder provided just in case you need to wash them. Location of the hotel is perfect, not too close to town that gets busy and noisy, but close enough to be able to go by feet. Reception closes at 10pm so pls contact them before. And there is no available carpark slot without pre booking so please Ensure to make hotel aware if you intend to drive. Alternatively, You can park them on the street till 5am for free but after that parking fee incurs.
