Stayed for business, 2 nights. Friendly staff, convenient location, and nice clean facilities. Had a good view as a bonus as well. Definitely ticks all the boxes for a short stay. The corridors are a bit narrow, but won't be an issue if you're not spending the night in them.

I was allocated to SO/ Auckland for MIQ, they were super professional, polite and thorough with their processes. All hotel staff, nurses, medical staff, health and wellness, Navy, police and security did each of their jobs so well and they all knew what was going on, and did well at explaining updates or things they weren't sure about!! SO/ Hotel is very modern and has great space to stay, there were so many modern features in their room, I was able to watch tv from the bathtub!!
I hope everyone that stays here will be cooperative with everyone involved and working hard to keep NZ safe. THANK YOU!!
N.
Nearly 3/4 of the way through our MIQ stay, the hotel is great and the staff are so so lovely. It's a very intimate setting for two people as there is no separate bathroom, but the tub is really nice.
I do want to leave a note that the his/hers stuff throughout the hotel room feels a bit inappropriate, it might work for some but it's not all that inclusive.
Thanks for the stay :)

Lovely hotel. Very modern. Stylish rooms. Very friendly & welcoming staff. In the heart of the CBD. Highly recommended.
L.
Incredible rooms with the top rated chef in Auckland guiding the restaurant. Rooftop bar has great views and amazing cocktails
K.
Currently day 8 of MIQ and can say that this hotel is AMAZING!!! Staff are lovely and are genuinely doing all they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Excellent food that is delivered hot and great room!

Review as a MIQ Hotel. Room is not very large but is modern. The bed and pillows are very good. Room has a day bed and there is a bath that I used to wash my clothes in (this is my 4th isolation and a bath beats the sink all day for this). The WiFi is adequate enough to stream 1080p.
The room wasn't very clean on arrival and looked like it could have been better vacuumed as it had someones finger nails and other rubbish still visible in the carpet. There was also food scraps in the draw handles and hand prints on the windows.
The provided food is excellent and they cater for dietary requirements well. Also, if you are hungry, just add extra meat to your order.
The biggest let down in this hotel is that it has limited access to exercise with a small area that will only cater for 7-8 people at a time. As such, you get a 30min slot for walking (that is half what you get in prison) as they no longer bus you off site.
They are very particular/precious about staff contact with guests and have a mad rule about how you can only dispose of your rubbish at set times of the day.
If exercise is not a priority, then you could rate this a 4/5. However, for me I can only give it a 3/5 rating.
M.
Decent and friendly staff. GREAT view of the city and harbour. Good room and luxurious bathroom. Need to get the small things right. For example, two TVs in my room but one remote; and the other one they sent didn't work properly. Good food and especially, the breakfast. Nothing major is wrong here though and the small things probably go wrong because of the Covid and MIQ situation. Overall, very good experience and would recommend.
W.
Beautiful room, well appointed, could not wish for a better hotel to stay for MIQ
V.
All staff tried very hard to be helpful and friendly, some may feel they try a bit too hard. Staff seemed to know more about the hotel than just their jobs, which was useful.
Found the room layout a bit quirky but very clean and functional.
Managed to work out how the access cards worked. Pool, spa, gym and sauna were nice. If the cleaner had not extensively explained the access and system (eg. towel availability) we may not have used the pool area.
Room air-conditioning struggled to cool the room but very hot weather. TV suffered pixellation.
Had a snack in the reception area, food portions larger than expected so ultimately good value.
Will consider staying there again.
V.
Brand new hotel, staff is super helpful and the food at the restaurant is just amazing. I keep going back and order the same every time: mushroom fricassee, mashed potato and steak. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view. Rooms are super comfortable but only possible to share with your partner as the bathroom is integrated to the room
D.
We enjoyed the decor and the staff were incredibly friendly. The views from the upstairs bar were excellent. Room was intimate and offered a mere sliding glass door for separation from the toilet so I hope you are close with your partner. Had some odd thermostat behavior where AC would only run for 30 minutes before shutting off without reaching set point. Pool and spa just opened and look great! It’s a new hotel so expect some growing pains but the staff were very pleasant. Lots of noise downtown with new buildings going in but that’s expected. The location is great as long as you don’t mind adjacent sketchy massage parlors.

SO stylish, SO chic, SO cool.
SO/ Auckland is an amazing Hotel, the design creates such a unique atmosphere and ambience. There is so many different artistic and interesting features, it really is a pleasure taking it all in.
Every member of staff that I had dealings with were very professional.
Both bars are great, MIXO in the lobby and HI-SO on the roof. I had some great and unique cocktails, the bar snacks and food are also good. Not many beers but the standard internationals are available and some stock beers from Lion's Panhead Brewery.
The swimming pool is pretty cool, the gym is beside the pool and is well equipped and functional. The spa facilities are beyond great, the staff are all amazing, I had such a relaxing and rewarding experience both for the body and mind. The spa menu is extensive, do not hesitate to make use of it.
Harbour Society restaurant is also fantastic, such a great location on the 15th floor, the views are brilliant and the décor is cool as expected. Breakfast is a high quality diverse buffet and also à la carte, there is some talented baristas here, coffee beans are ok. The lunch menu is very good for an exceptionally reasonable price. The dinner menu is great and I look forward to returning, there is certainly so much potential here and the staff obviously have plenty of talent. If I am to be critical, while the food is of mostly good quality and the presentation of the food is exquisite, there is certainly an element of style over substance with the current menu (May 2019). Not the quantity or quality, just the mix of so many different items on some plates, some in quite small proportions, this doesn't make for a cohesive or balanced eating experience. Having said that, do not hesitate to get in here and experience as much of the menu as possible, it is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The wine list is quite extensive, with the Coravin wine preservation system in use allowing a great variety and quality of wines to be tried by the glass.
The room I stayed in was SO stylish, the bed is of high quality as well as the linens. I enjoyed the pillows that came standard, there is other options available, the sleeping experience is quite relaxing and luxurious. A deep bath is in the room that fills reasonably fast, a bath menu is available. The shower is spacious with a removable rose and rain head, separate mixers are available for each so both can be used together at full flow or separately. The complimentary (included) mini bar snacks and drinks (non alcoholic), as well as the Nespresso machine, teas and chocolate are all good.
Again, if I am being critical there is a bit of form over function or style over substance to some construction and design elements. If you have some knowledge of construction or design you will potentially be quite entertained by the practicality and finish of some elements, take it for what it is and enjoy it, everything might not be to everyone's taste or ideals but what in this world is. It is such a shame, albeit understandable, that the building was not double glazed when it was renovated, there is certainly the potential for outside noise to easily enter the room, Auckland is a busy city, traffic and construction is happening everywhere. It is also a shame that not more thought or maybe effort was put into the sound proofing between rooms. TV or music noise and voices travel between the rooms easily. Activities in the corridor are very loud in the rooms, probably this was not helped by the gap under the entry door. My suggestion if you feel this will bother you is to bring some ear plugs or similar, certainly do not let this put you off coming to experience at such an amazing hotel. I slept very well with earplugs in and noise was not an issue, the bed was so comfortable it is hard not to sleep well. The air conditioning is very effective.
If you are thinking about heading to SO for a stay, drinks, dining a spa or even better all of this do not hesitate, I am confident that it will be a great experience. I look forward to returning.

We are currently staying here. A really nice and luxury design hotel, with stunning views over the city. Nice spacious rooms. The only thing, that I really can’t get my head around, is, why a contemporary 5-star hotel, that is clearly focused on modern, luxury lifestyle and therefore attracts an openminded and well-educated target group, extensively reproduces sex-role stereotypes in so many aspects of its concept: we (two male guests) moved into our room today and found two bathrobes in the room: one has “his” written on it in big letters, the other one “her”. Also two different amenities sets: for „her“ with a facial mask, for „him“ with a shaving balm. The same for the slippers: Marked with „his“ and „her“. Interesting how small the details can be that make a modern hotel brand looks a bit ... dusty.
But still, overall: nice hotel. Will stay two more days - and presumingly wear “her” bathrobe tomorrow.

This is a fun hotel is a great location.
Nice and central to many excellent restaurants, fashion and fun.
The rooms are visually stunning with many details you don’t see often: free mini bar, welcome platter and beautiful art.
Power points were tricky to find but there were 1 free each side of the bed.
The hotel is hitting the Chic set with a clear aim to the 20-40 jet set market.
The roof top bar is popular and targeting the similar market.
Breakfast had a good view however they could work on their tea and coffee options.
What was remarkable was the highly personal and care the management team went to. They were very keen to ensure I had a great stay and took on shared feedback when I was checking out.
For me this was a huge tick and will bring me back.
Part of the Accor range if you are a club member.
M.
Hubby’s favorite spot. Always a treat coming here. Food and service always consistent. Good after hours free street parking out front. What I love most about this place is that it’s fine dining but the patrons are mostly super casual, cargo shorts and flip flops, but each and every individual gets treated exactly the same by the highly trained professional staff. Keep up the top work guys.
A.
We stayed here for one night, for our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff were wonderful. The restaurant and food amazing. My husband fell ill during the night, and the staff were fantastic. Very caring. Thank you so much everyone. My husband is back home now. The rooms were lovely, the bed was very comfortable. The little plates of goodies they provided for us for our anniversary were wonderful. Thank you everyone for looking after me and my husband. Would definitely go back again.
T.
Location is fine. Rooms are good. Service was good overall. Lobby bar is a little small with not that great of a vibe. The restaurant and rooftop bar were fully booked on New Year’s Eve which made staying here a disappointment. Website had no info on the private event at the rooftop and nobody returned my email inquiring prior to arrival.
A.
Amazing staff but Rooms are very over priced for the size photos make them much bigger than they are. Got a suite, very disappointing however beds were brilliant Over the top modern fit out. I'm an Accor member so I was expecting much more. Great location. Smack bang in town. Valet staff were amazing. Credit to the company. Give it a try for yourself. Roof top bar and restaurant the main draw card to go back.
L.
We usually stay at the Sofitel when we stay in Auckland, but thought we would try SO/ this time.
Rooms were a good size, and well equipped. Very pleased with the bed and pillows.
Staff in the lobby were very attentive but not over bearing. Before we checked out I called down so they could have the car ready; once we got down to check out the concierge came right over and said he had the car ready and confirmed it was for us.
That simple act showed true competence and attention.
Rooftop bar was ok, I’d suggest that you just ban smoking all together. It’s hardly good social behaviour these days anyway.
K.
No doubt the best hotel experience we have ever had. From first turning up at reception we have both been blown away by not only the service but also the quality of the room and facilities. It was our 10th year wedding Anniversary and we are already planning to come back next year. We were given a room upgrade, a beautiful card and desserts acknowledging our anniversary, aswell as pampering bath accessories. Thank you SO much! Look forward to coming back next year
B.
Great room. Comfy bed and soft pillows. Unfortunately breccy experience didnt meet expectations - kitchen seemed to be short staffed resulting in a significant wait. However when the food did arrive, it ticked all the boxes. Wife and I enjoyed couples massage at SO spa. Would highly recommend.
G.
Stayed at So Sofitel Auckland to celebrate my 3yo son’s birthday and was positively surprised by the amazing service we had here. The staff prepared a big 3 balloon, an ice cream cake and even penned a message to celebrate the occasion.
The hotel was also very new... love the Super Comfy Sofitel beds and the bathtub that’s perfect for a couple + our Son. A lot of small details were taken care of in the amenities box and the overall decor very modern and contemporary.
The location is also perfect, very convenient for walking along queens st.
So far one of our best Sofitel and hotel stays ever!!
Highly recommended :)
D.
Really Nice + Chic Hotel in a cool location, centrally located in Downtown Auckland. The atmosphere is a bit eclectic, but nicely done, and the vibe has been pretty lively.
The staff has been really great, the rooms and amenities are awesome and the pool/spa area are pretty cool!
Good place to stay here in Auckland, NZ!
*Room in Photo is a "Cozy King"; Photos on their website aren't very descriptive as there are a few variations*
A.
The fine dining restaurant Harbour Society was first rate. Superb service and beautifully presented food. The views over downtown and the harbour are beautiful. This is a perfect restaurant for a special occasion. I can't comment on the rooms as we didn't stay in house but if they are as good as the restaurant, then this is an excellent addition to the Auckland hospitality scene.
P.
A truly amazing hotel and experience. From the time you walk into the hotel it is so different to any other hotel in Auckland.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful - So/ professional.
The restaurant and roof top bar have unobstructed views across the harbour.
The only negative - after we finished dining we went to the roof top bar and were very surprised they allowed smoking - not a good look for a hotel of this quality.
What an amazing weekend - thank you.
S.
Excellent hotel, we arrived very late and were welcomed by the night manager. Really attentive, helpful and welcoming. The hotel furnishings are super, the bar area looks stunning. The rooms are spacious and have everything you will need to be comfortable. Comfy beds, pillows, towels... Super!
M.
A modern, quirky, high quality downtown hotel. The ground floor reception incorpates the Mixo bar and the space is worth a visit by itself. Our room was just as quirky. A cleverly designed open plan space with no internal walls. The bed was supremely comfortable. Love it.
M.
All public space ambience felt luxurious, moody modern romantic, room decor however felt slightly mismatched and confusing. My husband did wish there was a door to the toilet, our pillows were devine, felt very quiet and private especially when the room next door was occupied. Overall the staff felt slightly too casual for the money we were spending. Breakfast buffet felt light, but their menu which was an additional charge had broader options. Our waitress thought swiss chard was cheese and when we asked for a pot of tea 15mins before the restaurant was closing we were refused however another diner then received a coffee. Carpet in our room was not affixed to the floor very well, we also had an extra curtain rail but no curtains, presume they intend to put sheers in at some stage. It lacks the quality finishes to detail I would expect for a new hotel. Overall an average experience at a premium cost.
B.
SO/ is all about the flashy-ness. From oversized chandeliers to upturned couches, the aim is to dazzle.
Attended a 2-day conference here recently and was blown away by the quality of the premises and food provided.
Day 1 highlight was the roast beef and the smoked salmon on day 2.
Definitely recommend booking a conference at SO/ in one of the many rooms available!
They will not disappoint.
S.
a fantastic place to stay in Auckland. great for business travel with good internet, space in the rooms to work and a decent bar on the roof with amazing views.
excellent welcome and the staff bend over backwards to help. comfy beds, quiet rooms and interesting furnishings. coffee shop in the planning, but so/ is close by lots of great restaurants and cafes.
I didn't get to use it this time but the gym and indoor pool look great, and weren't busy when I dropped in for a look.
def worth trying, one of the best hotels in Auckland.
J.
SO/ Hotel is incredible. The rooms are beautifully designed, quiet and so much attention to detail. The views and location are ideal! Felt luxurious and true 5 star. From valet parking to the rooftop bar the staff were amazing - esp Robert and Raf. Will 100% recommend.

This review is for Harbour Society Restaurant on the 15th floor. Didn't stay at the hotel.
Superb food. Almost every dish was delicious and all were beautifully presented. The signature crayfish ($34) was cooked so well that all of us said that it is the best we've eaten. The only negative was that the server could've added a bit more drama during serving and slowed the process down a bit at this stage as it is not often you get smoke encased in a glass cloche in a dish. The lamb rack was divine, the ora king salmon melted in your mouth and the scallops got a great rating from my pal too. You get complimentary breads with truffle butter at the start, and amuse bouche. Price is on the higher end with mains in the $35-49 range instead of $25-$38. Portions can be a tad small to decent depending on how much you eat. Expect to pay around $100+ pp depending on your drinks if you go for entry, main, a drink and dessert.
Desserts were mostly good with some being more exciting that others. My hazelnut chocolate was just a flat sweet note but others like the baileys parfait and apple compote were amazing. The apple has a basil ice-cream that was unexpected and refreshing.
Service was generally good but if your server is not around, don't expect the others to even glance at your way or assist in getting your server for you. They blithely not even look your way. So that could get improved.
You get charged for water as you don't have the choice of 'plain' water like other establishments. No, no...you are given Antipodes ones.
Decor was modern.
H.
We were there for COVID-19 Quarantine, and the room is absolutely stunning. The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom is amazing. It had a large bath and a rain shower. I wish I could have stayed loger
s.
Totally enjoyed my stay. The staff very welcoming. Complementary tea. I definitely will be advising friends about this Hotel. The designs are stunning. Stayed here to celebrate my 40th bday. Our room perfect. No flaws. Breakfast perfect.
V.
Likes: Wine glasses in the bath tub :) Alcohol free but FREE minibar. Nothing is too much trouble. Welcoming staff. Cute ceramic coffee cups designed to look like disposable plastic cups. Pillow menu. Check in was quick, fuss free and welcoming. Upgraded our room type as we are Accor Gold members.
Dislikes: size of meat patty on cheeseburger was off kilter compared to the size of the bun (ordered room service). Seems like it was a last minute bang up job using patties designed for the sliders? No relish or ketchup on the cheeseburger. Drowned in wasabi mayo.
Lighting in the room can be hard to work out. No simple thing to turn on a light switch. Construction going on outside (but that’s all over Auckland at the moment). Rooftop bar calls last drinks at 10.30pm on a Thursday. Seems early if you’ve flown in from other parts of the world and your body clock feels like it’s a lot earlier in the night. Was hard to get served. 4 people behind the counter. One serving. One chatting to her male friend whom had just arrived with a group of his friends. One stacking a dishwasher / doing something with glasses and one “floating”. No acknowledgement given. I was made to feel as though I was invisible. Seemed to be a mind set of “if we don’t look at you, you won’t see us...therefore we won’t have to talk to you or serve you”. Not customer focused but the rest of the hotel is.
g.
This is an amazing hotel. It is very modern and is full of technology to make the stay more memorable. The bathroom is fantastic. A stay in this hotel is an experience like nothing else I have stayed in. There are lots of small amounts of amazing, everywhere.
A.
The hotel tries hard to be an art hotel but it isnt. They have put quirky designs ahead of what guests really need. Assistance at night is virtually non existent. I checked in late and needed to change the bedding to non feather and after 45 mins a feather doona arrived! Placing a desk next to the bath is another oddity and the room layout is simply clumsy.
A.
Hard to fault. My room was superb, champagne in the bar chilled perfectly and my dirty martini made with style and just the right amount of olives. Dont miss the roof top bar a must visit
P.
The rooftop bar sets this place far in front of most hotels in Auckland, it has a great vibe and fantastic view over the harbour. Now the restaurant.. wow!!, an ingenious and adventurous menu, attentive and prompt delivery. Floor manager Arjul really knows his wines and helps turn dinner into an experience!
K.
Went and had lunch, was quite disappointed. Portion size was very small, with only two options for entree, main and dessert. Service was not the best considering it was quiet (only 4 tables total). Waitress was standing behind counter on his phone, while we were waiting for our table to be cleared and place an order for our mains. Was really looking forward to it.. but less disappointed. Restaurant had beautiful views though, I just wish the food and service was a lot better!
J.
Breakfast was delicious!! Thank you to the all team ( tapestry, kitchen, and the waitresses) we were treated like royalty :)
The panorama of the bay from there it's just incredible :)
We stopped by the Spa area and it was one of breathtaking beauty :)
Highly recommended
B.
Amazing experience! We loved our stay at So. Very modern and funky, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and gorgeous. Will definitely be coming back again.
M.
If you are looking for a design hotel, this is probably as far out as you can get. It's a very new hotel, being only about a year old, and located right at the center of Auckland. The entire place is design with a bold and unconventional twist, and the interior is designed and decorated by the world renowned Marcel Wanders. Don't miss a chance to witness a true masterpiece from a great artist.
D.
The Harbour society restaurant completely exceeded the low expectations set by the garish hotel lobby. From the moment we stepped in the wait staff were consistently attentive, and we decided upon a 4 course promotional menu consisting of the crayfish entree (the signature), scallop, duck and hazelnut dessert. The Crayfish dish, which we were told was designed for Vladimir Putin, was theatrically unveiled and beautifully designed. The duck poached in milk was smooth and buttery. Each course was astounding, and the complimentary bread, amuse-bouche and petit fours were also welcome surprises. It is not often that can taste what I consider to be creative genius in a meal, but I left the restaurant in awe of the talent of the chef, and also surprisingly full.
L.
Harbour Society has to be one of the best lunch spots in Auckland. Loved the food, the decor, the view and the staff. The hotel looks amazing and it’s going to be top of my list. Can’t wait to dine there again soon.
S.
I didn't stay at the hotel I ate at the restaurant. It was a strange and mediocre meal. They run a grill akin to what you might find at one of those surf and turf restaurants: you choose your protein and one of four saurces to go with it, and then your sides. The sides were odd. The steamed vegetables reminded me of what you might get in one of those frozen vegetable mixed bags - Chinese stir fry theme. The waitress could not speak good English but I'm not sure that could be used as an excuse for interpreting that "a vodka martini - dirty; a dirty vodka martini" meant my dinner companion wanted two martinis to herself. I requested a sparkling wine and she came back with a bottle for me. After clarification that I meant a glass, the glass I was poured was from a bottle that had obviously been opened for some time, and while it was sealed, the wine was half flat. Yeah... I won't be going back.
L.
Just visited the bar, didn't stay in the hotel - but the bar was nice. Cool decor, the entrance to the hotel is very funky, and up at the top at the bar has funky decor too. The prices at the bar were reasonable, but the service was quite slow and the music was surprisingly loud so early in the night with people just sitting around trying to talk.
J.
Opulent. Comfortable, central. The rooms are beautiful, seriously; well appointed, down to cocierge supplied welcome gifts!
Try it, I believe you will love it too.
My longest review ever, just because!
N.
great food, stylish decor, rooftop bar very cool. It has a lot of potential but I think the bar staff need to be quicker. So many staff and had to wait a long time for drinks
N.
The team at SO/ Auckland are great and really know how to personalise your stay. The hotel is beautiful and I would highly recommend it. Thank you to the team who went above and beyond to make the stay SO special!
G.
Very nice location and room. We'll worth a visit, if you go try the duck breast poached in milk, a great dish. Initial service to get a first drink was a little slow but overall a great experience.
A.
Stayed two nights and really enjoyed our time here. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room and facilities were fantastic. My new favourite hotel in Auckland.
L.
The hotel just open in November 2018 and twin bed are very small. Facilities inside snack and drink are free. Great breakfast and valet services charges 50 NZ per day . Lounge and pool still not available.hotel close to harbour within walking distance.
C.
Check out the trip advisor reviews - often has the rooftop bar closed to guest for private bookings. Nice hotel, in a good location - but check to make sure the facilities you want to use are open.
A.
I was meeting some people here. It's a relatively new hotel in Auckland. I only saw the lobby area and downstairs conference area. It's very impressive, and quirky. The staff were very helpful.
A.
Accor Hotels latest and greatest offering in Auckland . From the lobby bar to the rooftop bar and everything in between it is very luxurious. Very spacious rooms with all manner of mod cons and a fabulous rain shower
M.
Lovely rooms. Amazing bed. Enjoyed the hand made deserts I found on my bench by the Nespresso machine.
The rooms are large and I found it to be really quiet.
S.
Very impressed with SO. From the first step through their doors the staff are attentive and wanting to please. Rooms are excellent and rooftop bar is deff a must visit.
J.
Went to collect granddaughter from MIQ. Great service from all who were undertaking her care
S.
Best outdoor terrace view in Auckland! ...as it overlooks the water South East toward Rangitoto and the city. Hotel and Bar give an opulent first impression, in a very relaxed atmosphere.
M.
Won a voucher to stay here and it was one of our favourite places we have ever stayed, the staff were amazing and absolutely loved our room with the bath it. Perfect spot so close to everything , definitely will be back
J.
Great bar - good bar food and drinks - could be better but for a bar food is good- service drinks and atmosphere fab! Views and a good crowd - got there at 5 pm and stayed till late late closing time— best in Auckland
E.
I can’t find the Harbour Society on google maps. You should add it so that customers like me can leave reviews for it! We had a great meal there tonight and Leo provided fantastic service.
K.
Most amazing hotel.. very innovative and interesting interiors, absolutely fabulous and helping staff.. the rooms were very neat and the room service on point 😍😍 well, the lifts are bit of a trouble 😝😝 but that doesn't matter.. the roof top restaurant is amazing, with a very good view.. absolutely loved the hotel and the stay.. just one suggestion- if you could please work on the menu, just felt the food wasn't that impressive
T.
Looks like a hip hotel, but still has a lame old-fashioned check-in process wasting 15 minutes (we don’t want free juice and a useless briefing: just give us our keys).
Will say that the service team has been very responsive.
T.
Loved it here, classy decor, great cocktails, good sounds, stunning views but attracts a young crowd of kids on Sat night instead of the sophisticated types you would expect which is a pity. Could have been a one off though...
D.
Staff are SO friendly, hotel is SO amazing, cocktails from rooftop bar were SO delicious, room and views were SO awesome, we loved it SO much.
S.
Best Hotel we have stayed at for a long time. Staff were super friendly and food was great to. We will be back again
Y.
Great location, handy to britomart, viaduct and queen street. Stunning decor and attentive staff. Superb restaurant and the rooftop bar is a must. Will be staying there again.
V.
Good service, rooms are well equipped but can be hard to sleep because of your music from the rooftop bar blaring until 4am.
L.
Just lived this new restaurant. Outstanding views and a new menu every week. So we'll presented and delicious of course. Everything is top quality.
M.
Whether it's one night or a week SO\ never fails to make you feel like a rock star. The staff made our anniversary one to remember! Thank you SO\
C.
This is my absolutely favorite Hotel to stay in. Everything and everyone is amazing. Can't wait for my next stay.
K.
Visited the restaurant on the 15th floor; great views of Auckland Harbour and outer gulf islands. Reasonable pricing for such a nice place.
P.

I’ve spent 14 days here for quarantine. Nice staff and good service 👌🏾🤩

Hotel nowoczesny ale bywa ofiarą tejże nowoczesności stale zawieszające się karty dostępu do windy , baru, spa to należałoby poprawić. Personale bardzo uprzejmy szczególnie manager Raj Batta absolutny profesjonalista zaangażowany i kompetentny.
